The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helped us with almost all our needs immediately. Even when we checked out at 5 AM, her service attitude was excellent. The hotel's location is great, close to scenic spots and the snack street, making it very convenient to get around. You can even walk into the night market just around the corner. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The only minor drawback was that I found the shower water to be a little too cool. However, this didn't significantly affect our stay; overall, it was still very good!

Everything was fine overall, but first-time check-in can be a little confusing. The hotel is located inside a shared building with local residents, and although there is a sign with the hotel’s name, it doesn’t clearly indicate which elevator to take. I initially thought all six elevators were for the hotel. It would really help if the Trip.com listing clearly mentioned which elevator to use and that the admin/reception area is on Level 3—especially for foreign guests or in cases where data or Wi-Fi access isn’t working.

The following is an experience of staying here, excluding eating and fitness:

The hotel I stayed in this time was really good😄! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The facilities were also complete, and there was a free laundry room, which was very convenient for people like me who don't want to bring too many clothes when traveling. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation around, and it's easy to go anywhere. The service staff were also very enthusiastic, and they could help solve any problems in time, which made me feel very warm. The overall stay experience was great!

Wanxi might be a brand under Qianna. When we took a taxi there, the navigation directly showed the parking lot, but the hotel and the parking lot weren't even in the same place. My family and I had to walk quite a distance with dozens of pounds of luggage... We redeemed breakfast with points, and it was a bit pricey, similar to their other branches in different provinces and cities. On our last morning, the restaurant was crowded, and there weren't enough staff, so they seemed overwhelmed... The room itself, probably because it's an old building that was renovated, had wallpaper peeling in places and the window was a bit small. Otherwise, everything else was acceptable.

I went to school with the object in Zhengzhou. I opened this store for two days on the weekend. It is only two or three kilometers away from Longsui Mountain. There is a shared bicycle at the door. It takes 15 minutes to arrive. The facilities are quite new. The hair dryer will not be powered off. You can blow your hair dry and it will not be very dry. Next time I come to Kaifeng, I will choose this recommendation.

The service was excellent, and the front desk lady was very thoughtful and attentive. The location is great, close to all the attractions, and right by Longting Lake. There are also many small bars and cafes nearby, making it very pleasant to enjoy the lake view in the evening.

Room are clean ! The interior is old but ok!
Room to room sound proofing is not very good!
Good for overnight stays

The overall stay experience exceeded expectations, the room was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the bathroom water pressure was sufficient, and the wet and dry separation was done well. The check-in speed at the front desk is fast, the attitude is gentle, the consultation response is also very timely, the corridor is quiet and not noisy, the price is very good, I will choose this next time I come to the local area.
