Stayed at First World Hotel, the Guinness World Record largest hotel in the world with 7351 rooms. The colourful building is iconic. Perfect location right in the heart of Genting Highlands, directly connected to SkyAvenue mall, indoor theme park, restaurants and casino. The mountain air is cool and pleasant. Self check-in kiosks work smoothly. Rooms are clean and great value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Genting.

We enjoyed the stay. There is a small indoor playground and cartoon for the children at the lobby. The kids love it. No mozzies and it was actually quite cold at night. Sufficient beds for a family of 4. Mattresses are on the floor so not worried young children will fall off the bed. Everything was good, it is just 2 mins walk to theme park.

The only down side is there’s no dedicated parking area for SkyWorld Hotel, we actually parked at Highlands Hotel parking area (opposite road to SkyWorld Hotel).

Room quite good after refurbished. The hotel has kindly given me 26th floor with nice golf view. The staffs at Ayu Awana was polite
& friendly. I wanted to try the Lodge but it was closed for private events. I went for a walk along the golf course. Had a good morning exercise & ordered hot mocha & cheesecake after the walk. Cheesecake taste need some improvement I guess, overall a good stay for me.

First, i find the naming of all the hotels confusing. Genting should just have unique names for their hotels rather than Highlands hotel - formerly known as Resorts Hotel. Then they have RW hotel formerly known as something else, Sky world hotel, Resorts World. Don't repeat the words Resort, World, Highland and make them unique.
There is nothing seriously wrong except for the price. For its price, I expected the hotel to be much better. The rooms are rather jaded to be frank. I mean the price of Resorts world is about a fifth of what I paid for Highlands hotel - makes me really wonder what I am getting foe such a premium price.

We recently stayed at Crockfords Genting and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. As the premier hotel at Genting Highlands, it truly lives up to its reputation.

🏨 Accommodation

Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the view over the highlands was stunning. Everything felt premium — from the modern amenities to the thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special.

👨💼 Service

Service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we met — from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant teams — was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Special thanks to the concierge team who assisted us with arrangements and recommendations with a warm smile.

📍 Location & Convenience

Perfectly connected to SkyAvenue, casinos, and attractions via covered walkways — so easy to get around, even in rain. Yet it remains quiet and private, a true luxury escape above the bustle.

🍽️ Dining & Facilities

The facilities are world-class — elegant lobby, relaxing spa, and excellent dining options right within the hotel. Breakfast was high-quality with plenty of variety, and service there was equally attentive.

The hotel service was good, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was average. The hotel is connected to Wintown, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the view was open, it was often foggy and unclear.

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a really great stay at Awana Kijal!

Really appreciate the hospitality sepanjang kami stay. Definitely a memorable experience and would love to come back again! ✨

While it is an older property, it is exceptionally clean and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. It sits far from the city noise, right in the heart of nature, featuring a stunning beachfront infinity pool. Island hopping tours are incredibly easy to access from here. The staff are wonderful, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!
