Very good. We're celebrating our wedding anniversary here and all the services are exceeding our expectations. Totally recommended. Thank you so much for making our day felt special!

Booked 1 bedroom residence for the family. The bed is really comfy and huge. The apartment has a nice small balcony from the bedroom, washing machine dryer and kitchenette. I enjoyed my amazing view as we stayed over new year. We could see all the fireworks and the changing lights of Citibank. Location is great as Pacific place is accessible from the hotel lobby. Only thing is if you GRAB food, they find it hard to deliver to the hotel but manageable. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Very attentive staff. They read our message that we came to hotel to celebrate our 10th year friendship. There were little touches of surprise during breakfast and dinner. Customised pancakes and chocolate ice cream! And even prepared a cake in hotel room and wishez written on the mirror. Incredibly touched! Not forgetting a mini gift (2 lion plush toys)when we checkout!  Room is big and expected of ritz Carlton, the classic bathtub by the window and tv. Cleanliness is top notch, highly recommend. Special mention to Pricilla. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and checking on us.

We was here because the other was fully booked, and we tried to walk from our hotel to see the NYE at Burj Khalifah, and it was worth it

Every day, our daughters were met with a new surprise, a thoughtful gesture, a warm smile, a little personal touch that made them feel special. 

These were not just hotel courtesies, they were heartfelt emotions that we felt deeply and carried home with us.

A heartfelt thank you to the team working tirelessly behind the scenes, those whose names may not be in the spotlight, but whose dedication turns a stay into something extraordinary. 

They may not hold grand titles, but with their hands and hearts, they craft an experience that transcends luxury, a feeling of genuine care and belonging.

The Ritz-Carlton Dubai was not just a hotel we stayed in. 

It was a place where we felt truly welcome, not just as guests, but as friends. 

And that is a feeling we will always treasure.

Neat, comfortable, safe, excellent location

The hotel is quite old; the facilities really show their age. I wouldn't recommend buying access to the executive lounge – it's a total rip-off, seriously. There are no freshly cooked hot dishes, and the lunch selection is incredibly sparse. On the second day, I went up to the 52nd floor for breakfast because I just couldn't face the lounge again. The room amenities are also quite dated. During evening turndown service, they only replenished the water and toiletries, but didn't even restock the toothpaste. On the positive side, the staff at the executive lounge and the front desk were all very friendly. Parking is also self-paid. It cost me 188 RMB for one night, though I used IFC points to cover 80 RMB of that.

I stayed here for two nights. On the first morning, there was a bit of a snag during breakfast. I was having a breakfast meeting with a friend, and throughout the meal, staff kept asking us how many people were dining. It was quite embarrassing to be stopped at the entrance again. I had already informed them that I’d purchased executive lounge access and asked them to check with the lounge staff, but it seems there was still a communication breakdown. I also ordered room service, and the panini was cold, the bread was very dry, and the fries were also cold, so I only ate the filling. Whenever I'm in Shanghai, I always choose this hotel because it's a familiar place and everything is usually great. I hope in the future, communication with guests can be more detailed to avoid misunderstandings.
