As a hotel that's been open for over ten years, it still maintains its consistently warm service. However, the in-room facilities are showing their age, and there's a noticeable gap compared to newly opened hotels. This hotel's strong suit is its excellent value for money; for the same price, you won't find a hotel with better convenience for getting around. Therefore, it's still highly recommended.

Nice hotel, located in the Orchard area, very convenient. The room was spacious, nice bathroom. Bed: king-size, good, but I prefer soft mattress and the pillows were nice, but I would prefer a set of 1 firmer and 1 softer. Air-conditioning control worked very well, I was able to select the room temperature to my preference. 
Facilities: large pool. Gym good enough: had 3 cable machine stations, complete dumbells rack with 1 bench,  and 2 (or 3?) treadmills. Had breakfast at Coffee Lounge restaurant at the hotel, and the buffet had a wide selection of Western, Chinese, and local food. Had dinner at Coffee Lounge restaurant.Took the 4-course, not a complaint, just that the tenderloin in the menu was replaced by rump steak. Aside from that all was quite good. I didn't ask, but they gave me a discount for that...

The location is pretty good, with convenient subway access right next to Chinatown. However, most shops in Chinatown were closed during the Chinese New Year. On the first day, it rained, so we took a taxi instead of the subway, and it was incredibly expensive. A 3.2km ride cost 34 Singapore dollars (likely due to holiday surge pricing). So, friends, remember to take the subway when you're in Singapore, don't hail a taxi. The facilities are just okay, but the breakfast was filling.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The room was large, clean, that bathroom was amazing and the balcony with a heater was a beautiful touch. 
Only negative is that we were charged for drinking a bottle of water ( call me cheap)

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the service is impeccable. The deposit was refunded very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I drank two bottles of water, but there was no deduction from the deposit—an unexpected bonus. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the hotel facilities. The blue bed runner is of poor quality; it sheds lint that ends up on the sheets. More attention should be given to the details of room amenities such as bedding and towels. Additionally, some beverages in the fridge require a bottle opener, but I couldn’t find one among the room tools. Wishing the hotel continued success in its operations.

Our stay at Amiana Resort Nha Trang was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, with breathtaking ocean views, a peaceful private beach, and crystal-clear saltwater pools that make you feel like you’re in paradise.

What truly made our experience exceptional were the amazing staff, especially Tai and Tuyen. Both went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
	•	Tai was incredibly attentive and friendly — always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and his professionalism really stood out.
	•	Tuyen was equally wonderful, with such kindness and attention to detail. Her cheerful attitude and helpful recommendations made our trip even more enjoyable.

Every meal we had at the resort was delicious, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service was consistently top-notch. The combination of luxury, nature, and heartfelt hospitality truly sets Amiana apart from other resorts in Nha Trang.

We can’t thank Tai, Tuyen, and the entire Amiana team enough for making our vacation so special. We’ll definitely be returning — and recommending Amiana Resort Nha Trang to all our friends and family!
