Kunming Hot Springs Hotels

I've stayed in thousands of five-star hotels, and this one truly made me want to stay longer. No need to even go to Japan anymore; Tokyo probably has at least 3,000 hotels like this. It's perfectly suited for those who seek ultimate tranquility and beauty, and dislike noisy and superficial environments. The service was also excellent, although it felt a bit understaffed. Even though the room itself didn't have a hot spring bath, the SPA massage was absolutely amazing! This place isn't suitable for families with many noisy children, as it would disrupt the aesthetic. I wouldn't recommend it for large families with elderly people or many kids. Facilities: Excellent, on par with five-star hotels. Environment: Superb. It's located within the Expo Park, with mountain and forest attractions right outside – incredibly relaxing.

Traveling with kids and elderly family members during the holidays, the staff were all very polite. The family room we booked was spacious, and the amenities for kids were a thoughtful touch. We also received breakfast vouchers and hot spring tickets, which the children absolutely loved. They even gave the kids toys upon check-out, which was a very nice gesture. Definitely worth staying here.

The room was incredibly spacious, a villa-style type, and from our specific room, we had a fantastic view of Dianchi Lake. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly warm and welcoming, with excellent attitudes, which made our check-in experience very pleasant. West Hill Park is also very, very close by. We will definitely be back next time!

My family loved the hotel. It was spacious with a courtyard, a lake, and fish. The gym was large and well-equipped with a wide variety of equipment. There were two heated swimming pools, which were cleaned every night. The hot spring water next to the pools was also drained and replaced with fresh water the next day. There were both indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot spring water was drawn from underground. The whole hotel was a recreational attraction. We originally only booked one night, but we were so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel that we extended our stay for another day. When my child got wet, the staff even kindly took them to dry.

I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my days in Kunming. Although the hotel decor is a bit dated, you can tell a lot of thought went into it. The service, in particular, was excellent. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly genuine. I really felt the sincerity and kindness of the Yunnan people. The hot springs were also quite clean. The breakfast at this place was exceptionally well-prepared; the ingredients and flavors were all delightful. I'll definitely return after their renovation is complete.

The room was a bit old, and there was some water overflow when showering. However, the environment and breakfast were good. It's about a 1.5 km taxi ride to Sunac Houhai, which makes it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and enjoying views of Dianchi Lake. It was quite good value for money during the Chinese New Year.

The hotel boasts luxurious decor and is conveniently located right next to the hot spring baths. We brought our child here specifically for the hot springs this trip, and the whole family had a fantastic time. It was clean and hygienic, and the environment was elegant and tranquil. Thumbs up!

Don't want to leave Yunnan this summer! When the kids were young, we always chose Jinfang, and now that my parents are older, Jinfang is still our first choice. Everything was fantastic! The outdoor hot springs offer unlimited access, and even on checkout day, your key card sleeve grants entry – it feels like endless refills, such a treat! My son, who is growing up, even joined me for tea on the tatami mat. The wild mushroom claypot rice at the restaurant was authentic and delicious; the 'crossing-the-bridge' noodles were also excellent. The chicken broth had no MSG – it tasted a bit plain while eating, but afterward, I wasn't thirsty at all, which really made it memorable. The breakfast buffet was faultless, especially since I love European-style comics, but also can't do without rice noodles. I had to have both the mini desserts and the rice rolls!

Facilities: Super comprehensive, they even have razors and everything is quite new. Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected. Environment: Very quiet and comfortable. Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently. Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean. The room was super spacious.
