However, there were some drawbacks: the bathroom drain smelled bad and needed a new drain cartridge; the showerhead was clogged and needed to be cleaned with acetic acid; the soundproofing in the room wasn't great, so it could be noisy if there were energetic guests at night; the room wasn't cleaned for two nights, probably because there were too many guests; if we hadn't informed them in advance, we wouldn't have been able to eat breakfast until almost 9 am; if we were going to Cuihua Mountain, there was a luggage storage area there, so we shouldn't let the owner store our luggage at the convenience store."

"For our family trip during the Spring Festival holiday, we chose Cuihua Mountain, just over an hour from Xi'an! We opted for this newly opened guesthouse! The accommodation experience exceeded our expectations! First, the location is excellent, right next to Tianchi Lake, a 5-minute walk away. Second, the guesthouse environment is wonderful, with a courtyard design. I booked a hot spring room, which was clean, well-laid out, and spacious. The private courtyard in front of the room is perfect for tea and conversation. The room provided only disposable toiletries, a thoughtful and thoughtful touch. The room manager and his wife were incredibly friendly and polite, guiding us from the moment we started our ascent, patiently waiting for us at the village entrance, and helping with our luggage. "Good place with very kind staff. Stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the stay, room was nice and cozy with working air con throughout the year. Fair amount of DD taxis, not waiting for too long for one but not instantly find a driver either. Happy with the stay and would recommend as it is such a reasonable price."

"從房間到服務到管理都不如青年旅社。同等價位在三亞麗江這樣的旅遊區能訂到中高端連鎖酒店了，所以訂的時候我想着好好去放鬆一下，結果 除了房間自帶的私湯確實泡着很舒服、可以躺在床上看電影外，其他都是槽點，沒有這個接待能力和服務能力就不要給自己搞這麼高端定位OK？ 房間設施方面：1.標註全屋地暖，地哇涼哇涼的，我們去入住的時候，還沒進房間就聽到其他房客和老闆反應房間冷，我們入住之後房間冷的不能脱外套，一直開着暖風機，睡覺也穿着秋衣秋褲，到後半夜房間才熱起來。2.笑死，房間沒有房卡，沒有鑰匙。説是上一個房客沒退鑰匙，然後讓我交鑰匙按金，你都沒給我鑰匙讓我交按金。。我説你給我鑰匙了我給你按金好吧，最後也沒給鑰匙，我們中間出去玩雪什麼的就衹是把門閉起來，就隨便誰想進就進了，好在我們出來玩沒帶什麼貴重物品，我們也比較無所謂這個，但是結合900塊的房費，連鑰匙都沒有。。吐槽一下。。3.隔音巨差！外面小孩子尖叫聲不説了，本來尖叫聲穿透力也強，上樓下樓的腳步聲、大人正常的説話聲，我們房間裏都聽的一清二楚，我們滑雪完巨累，想睡覺，一直被吵醒，主要想着山裡安靜，也沒帶耳塞。這比咱家裡客廳和卧室的隔音還差，比100塊機場旁邊過夜用的爛酒店還差。還好晚上外面安靜能睡好。 服務管理方面：1.説是有停車場，其實就是門口一小片地方，我們去的時候車都把門口堵實了。我們自己的車上不去，停在了村民的停車場。也沒見有充電的地方。。2.我們帶了圍爐煮茶的東西，老闆説可以去樓頂，我們感受了一下，太冷了，剛下完雪，待不住，最後沒整，走的時候，老闆説，哎呀你們咋不早説，我們可以讓你們提供室內場地什麼什麼的。老闆。。這麼冷的天，誰能在外面一坐坐幾個小時燒烤煮茶。。我們退房了要走了，你跟我們説。。3.退房後和老闆當面説了，車都開出山區了，另外一個小姐姐説 後面還有客人，你們該退房了哦，那會才十一點半，就催人退房。。雖然我已經走了，但還是覺得不爽。。4.泡温泉入住期間衹能泡一次哦，多泡一次收費200哦 泡之前還要給酒店説，我當時就沒懂啥意思，為啥要提前説，是他們來放水還是啥情況，然而並沒有，給他們説完他們也就叮囑了一下怎麼放水而已，那這個在入住的時候一併説了就可以啊，為啥還要讓客人在泡之前給你説一聲 沒懂 5.公區很小，早餐本來想在公區吃，裏面擠了好多客人和小孩 我等餐的時候一直有其他客人也在催餐 還是那個問題，沒有這個接待能力 我本來就是西安人，沒在西安住過酒店，一般都是出去旅遊住酒店，住過七八十的青旅，住過一兩千的萬豪系，所以我在定這個民宿的時候，就根據價格預想了一下體驗，可能是期待過高，住的過程中逐漸力竭。。老闆説，不好意思啊我們這個溝通不到位，客服説，不好意思下次請你來喝茶。但其實就是前面溝通太不暢了，導致人不想溝通了，也沒有主動服務意識，客人問你你才説 也可能是我要求有點高，用連鎖酒店的標準要求民宿了，主要是你價格在那裡擺着。客觀來説環境，温泉，投影都特別好，泡温泉的時候真的舒服。翠華山的雪景很美，離遊客中心也近。 本來打算是多訂間房，和朋友打牌、圍爐煮茶，多虧朋友有其他安排來不了，否則感覺不好意思面對朋友額額 春節也想來滑雪，還想着復刻元旦假期的安排，這下滑完雪直接開回家，好歹能睡個好覺 真心希望你們能把管理和服務搞好，不要浪費好的景色和設施"
