"The room was very clean and quiet. Any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was generous and delicious, delivered right to the room. Upon departure, we received a thoughtful farewell gift of two bottles of water and a fridge magnet. The location is excellent, right inside Sun Island, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel also offers detached villas, which would be perfect for large family gatherings."
"This hotel is located within the Sun Island scenic area. I drove there directly, and parking was free. If you take the subway, the hotel also offers a shuttle service. The rooms were clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive, even offering complimentary jelly and drinks – a truly excellent experience!
My only suggestion: the breakfast portions were far too large. I recommend that the front desk display some photos or sample dishes to help guests plan their orders and avoid accidentally ordering too much and wasting food…"
"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to transportation, and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that ensured a great night's sleep every night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in quick and efficient, and they even offered thoughtful local recommendations. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff; they kept the room spotless every day and replenished supplies promptly. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western options to suit various tastes. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city!"
"The location is super convenient, right on Central Street. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed had just the right firmness. Breakfast was varied and delicious; I ate there for two days and didn't have the same thing twice. For supper, they offered congee (century egg and lean pork congee on the first night, plain congee on the second) along with millet congee and some small side dishes. When you're out exploring during the day, you can grab bottled drinking water from a small fridge at the reception. The in-room teapot, cups, and tray were a nice touch for enjoying tea. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."
"Honestly, the five-star rating goes to Xuebao, the concierge in the lobby. He was incredibly enthusiastic and made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived in Harbin. In contrast, the front desk staff were quite lackluster. The hotel's location is great, right next to Central Street, but the facilities are a bit dated, and the room cleaning wasn't particularly thorough. The room itself is very spacious, but the room rates are a mystery – they fluctuate constantly. The first time I booked, it was over 400 yuan, but after booking, I saw it dropped to just over 300, so I promptly canceled and rebooked. Later, due to a change in plans, I wanted to extend for one night, and the price was over 600 yuan. For this hotel, a price of over 600 without breakfast feels a bit expensive. The concierge's service really made up for the shortcomings."
"I booked the basic room type through Ctrip for 90 yuan. The room was on the basement level, requiring a walk down stairs. The room was large and spacious, but it was surrounded by walls, had no windows, and no connection to the outside. Don't expect an upgrade to a room with a window or on an upper floor if you book the basic room type through Ctrip. My companion had a leg injury and was limping in and out, but still had to climb the stairs to the basement level. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with elderly people, sick individuals, or anyone with mobility issues.
Late check-out isn't allowed; you must check out by 12 PM. Late check-out costs 35 yuan per hour, clearly priced. Ctrip also doesn't offer their own extended check-out until 2 PM.
We stayed in room 9 on the basement level. The air conditioning wasn't working well; the buttons wouldn't activate it. The joint between the bathroom and the main room was damaged, and my companion slipped there after it got wet, though thankfully wasn't injured."
"The host was super kind! For the first two nights, there was a slight issue with the bed, but for the last two nights, they upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite. The hotel's location is excellent; I personally loved it. You just cross the road and you're at the riverside with plenty of activities. It's walking distance to Zhaplin Park, Zhongyang Street, Flood Control Monument, and Parkson Mall. The Baroque area is just two subway stations away. The price was great, really good value for money. Highly recommend!"
"Clean and tidy, no need for AC as it's super warm. Excellent location with a subway station right downstairs. All amenities are conveniently located nearby. The owner is really nice, embodying the warmth and hospitality of Northerners – always ready to answer any questions. The owner's mom is especially wonderful! Kind and enthusiastic! This room offers breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset, perfect for photos."
"This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is excellent, right near a bus stop which makes getting around super easy. The room layout is well-designed with plenty of storage space, and the cleanliness was top-notch – the toilet and shower area were spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both cooling and heating. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and they were quick to address any requests. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely book again."
"The hotel is located in the Zhonghua Baroque scenic area, making it convenient to get around by subway or taxi. There are plenty of dining and shopping options right downstairs. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. Plus, there's free parking in the backyard, which saves on parking fees. With great amenities and an affordable price, it's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling."

GGuihuaxiaodoushabaoMy stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Every day when I went out, the cleaning staff made sure my room was sparkling clean and comfortable. The river-view room offered a spectacular vista of the Songhua River Bridge, and being right above the cable car's 'Castle on the River' made getting around incredibly convenient. The concierge who checked me in, and the staff who assisted me with a 'Princess, your carriage awaits!' level of service when I checked out, both provided such enthusiastic and thoughtful help, leaving me with wonderful memories of my trip to Harbin.

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!
MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

GGuest UserHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.
MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserThe hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

白白雪在东北This hotel is conveniently located near the Harbin Train Station (and metro station). It has also several cozy cafes within walking distance. The shower is a bit small and only offers 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo. Overall, it was a good fit for easy access to the metro, cafes, and train station.

NNiutou™The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!
