Room was clean and has a freshly cleaned smell. Always a good sign when hotels are clean. Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room. The downside of the room is that some plug sockets didn’t work. There’s only a total of 3 sockets in the room. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near the subway station and walking distance to Nanchan Street area where there’s a lot of shops. If you’re staying here, remember to come out and see the Nanchan Temple at night. The lights make the temple look magical. Best timing to see it in the evening.

Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated. The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine. They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

Traveling with kids during spring break, this Holiday Inn Express was perfectly located. It's not far from the attractions, and right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Before check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was huge, with two separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, offering great privacy. Excellent value for money!

First time in Wuxi, stayed near Sanyang Plaza, right across from Henglong Plaza. It's only two subway stops from Wuxi Railway Station, so getting around and shopping was very convenient. This Atour hotel had a small room, but it was clean and tidy. The price was a bit high due to the holiday, but the front desk service was very enthusiastic. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was still quite good.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, so the lobby and restaurant were temporarily relocated, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the hotel's service was excellent. The butler proactively contacted me to confirm my room preferences, and everything was perfectly set up when I entered the room. Although the restaurant was moved to a smaller area with fewer buffet options, they offered a la carte service. Dishes like eggs Benedict and scrambled eggs were beautifully plated and presented, which was fantastic!

The ingredients were fresh, portions were generous, and the dishes tasted authentic, appealing to all senses. Serving speed was fast, the restaurant environment was clean and tidy, and the tables and chairs were neatly arranged, creating a very comfortable dining atmosphere. The staff were warm and attentive, always available when called, providing thoughtful and polite service. The prices were also very reasonable, offering incredible value for money. It's suitable for both solo dining and gatherings with friends. I left feeling very satisfied. I sincerely recommend everyone to check it out; you definitely won't be disappointed. I'll be coming back often! **Service/Accommodation Version** The overall experience was fantastic! The environment was clean and elegant, with a sensible layout that made me feel very relaxed. The staff were professional and friendly, providing meticulous service throughout. Any requests were quickly addressed. All facilities were well-equipped and well-maintained, making them convenient and easy to use. The location was also very convenient, making travel easy. The entire process was pleasant and comfortable, exceeding my expectations in every aspect. It offers great value for money and a perfect experience. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose this place again if I get the chance!

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

My kids are grown up now, so I specifically booked a family room for this trip. The hotel started off great, but then I noticed the attention to detail was lacking! First, the single bed in the room was a spring bed, and the mattress was clearly old and deeply sunken in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My child didn't complain, but as a parent, I felt quite uneasy. Since it's a family room, why wouldn't they provide a standard single bed? Secondly, the restaurant service. The coffee machine needed cleaning, and I even told a staff member, but by the time we finished our meal, the coffee still hadn't been served. Breakfast in the restaurant goes until 10 AM, but when we went at 9:30 AM, some dishes and drinks were no longer being refilled. I don't think this is right. They don't offer a discount for eating after 9:30 AM, so shouldn't all food items be fully stocked?

I always choose to stay here whenever I'm in Wuxi, and it's consistently a fantastic experience. The front desk service is excellent and attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. This is my absolute go-to for accommodation in Wuxi! Highly recommend!
