"Great location, comfy beds, friendly staff. Breakfast was nice too, and not too busy. The reception team helped with dinner recommendations, money change, and ordering stuff to the hotel."

"Absolutely no amenities provided in the room. You have to ask to the receptionist and even so, they don't give you the basic set at once. Male receptionist was not friendly at all, cold and inhospitable. Wasn't a pleasant experience. Room was pretty small but it wasn't an issue personally. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Hot water ran 24/7. Room got cleaned everyday, but I notice it did get dusty. One of my personal belonging got damaged during cleaning but I didn't lodge a complaint. At 12-1 AM the garbage truck will come daily and it will be noisy if your room faces the street. Hotel allowed luggage storage. They will issue you a ticket to get your stuffs back. Location wise, it's a 10 mins walk to the Canal metro station that takes you to city center. No major shopping malls nearby, only small convenient stores and plenty of bars/diners."

"Very pleasant hotel, albeit not in the very center of Madrid. Very clean and well-maintained. Our room was all right, but located in the basement, which made it feel somewhat dingy. Upon arrival we wanted to get something to eat at the bar while waiting for the room to be cleaned. However, the wait was inacceptable. Breakfast is more like 3*. Probably too expensive for what it offers, but unforfunately Madrid hotels are quite expensive."

"Hotel is in modern design and nicely clean. It has all necessities we need. Booked with breakfast but the restarant we went was different from the photos they advertised here and not in the same building. The breakfast we had was only tea or coffee, juice and toast or Croissant there was no other choice. The breakfast was not worth to what I've paid. Hotel doesn't have physical reception with staffs where you can check in as the traditional way. You can only do online check-in to be able to get your room number and access code. Use What's Up to communicate with hotel for any service. Location is not right in the center but near metro stations with easy commute."

"The room was very clean and tidy, with linens updated every day. The only drawback was that the shower in the room didn't work on the third day, but they promptly replaced the room. It's a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there are good bars and restaurants around, including a delicious pizza place. Recommended!"

"The hotel is overall is absolutely amazing. Staff 10/10, service 10/10. It's just I travelled alone, the room I had was single occupancy, bit overrated and the guest next door was loud. Means I can hear each and every noise from next door. Disturbed my sleep many times can even hear when someone is walking next door. Didn't get much peace in room. Just because the guest next door. Got up every morning with bit of headaches. Buy surroundings are amazing, nice restaurant and shops are really handy. Near the city centre and the easy access for the metro and the way to the airport. Loved everything about Exe Moncloa"

"I want to thank the entire staff, but especially the Guest Relations Manager (Lucía Varadé), for their kindness upon arrival and their warmth upon departure. They were also able to resolve a situation that was bothering me regarding the noise from the air conditioning/heating in the room. They handled it professionally and made sure we could rest. The two handwritten notes that Lucía left in the room were wonderful, and I will keep them as an example of how a small gesture like this touches the heart. I love this hotel, and if the prices allow, I will definitely keep it in mind when I'm in Madrid."
