"I highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful.I had booked a triple room, but their system only showed two guests; however, the staff immediately came up to prepare the extra bed for me. Super efficient! The breakfast was fantastic—there’s a pancake machine, and they even have hot chocolate, which my kids absolutely loved. The biggest surprise was finding Dove toiletries in the bathroom! Out of all the Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed in, this one is definitely the best. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in London!"

"This hotel was close to underground station and buses...staff helpful,carried my suitcase upstairs and downstairs when arrived and left....self catering breakfast was new to us but worked really well, good to see thinking of environment and less waste...only thing I would have liked was access to a kettle but to be honest I forgot to ask at reception if we could use during the day, handy shop right nextdoor for all needs."

"We booked this hotel for an event near-by and it's the perfect location. Within walkable distance to the Lizzy line and Stratford station isn't too far. Friendly staff and decent room. It is what I would expect from a reputable chain like Ibis. I had a lovely stay."

"The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came every day. The transportation was also very convenient. The double room was quite spacious, and the facilities were relatively new. My only complaint is that the breakfast was very basic and repetitive; I ate the same things for three days straight and got tired of it."

"Honestly, this was one of the best family stays we've ever had. Every member of staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. I would especially like to recognise Alexandra at reception. She provided truly exceptional customer service. Having stayed in many hotels over the years, I can honestly say I have rarely experienced service at this level. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and even helped arrange a lovely surprise in our room for a birthday celebration. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she genuinely went the extra mile to make our stay special. She deserves a pay rise! I don't normally leave reviews, but Alexandra's outstanding service, along with the excellent support from the rest of the team, motivated me to do so. The hotel is conveniently located, only about a 6-minute walk from Canning Town Station, making it easy to get around London. We stayed with our 3 month old son and found the room to be spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. Everything was excellent – from the room and facilities to the delicious breakfast. Fabulous staff, great location, and a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit London."

"The hotel was very pleasant and clean. Yes it’s a small room but very reasonably priced for London. Only a few minutes from the tube. Fine for a solo traveller and had everything you need. Plus the downstairs lounge restaurant was good and a place to easily work in the day if needed. Would recommend beehive next door for coffee breakfast."

"This hotel is located right next to one of London's biggest shopping malls, making it super convenient for shopping. In the evenings, I could just pop over to M&S to grab some fruit and breakfast items. The subway station is only a five-minute walk away, and overall, it offers great value for money!"

"Good points: -Services are great and staff are helpful and nice. -Free tea and coffee -Near supermarket and train station -Small light next to the bed Bad points: -The toilet is a bit smelly -Hair dryers are located in B1/F which is inconvenient -Small kitchen -Will be noisy at night sometime because of the bars nearby -Expensive laundry (about 8 pounds)"

"Close ro amenities I was attending a hospital appointment so this hotel offered everything I needed. If you need to see London jump on a 38 bus takes you all over London. Central location, restaurants 5 mins away, plenty of cafes, 3 mins from Hackney Empire if you are seeing a show. Definitely would use again"

"Great location near Mile End underground station and Queen Mary University. Very unique setting as the hotel has ca 12 rooms above a cool pub. The rooms are simple but well maintained, very clean and comfortable, good bathroom, and well insulated from the pub noise. There is some noise from the street and the ventilator, so not suitable for guests who require absolute silence. Staff is very friendly and helpful."
