The location is indeed convenient. However, the hotel has no air conditioning, and the front desk queues were long and slow, making me sweat profusely. The original room they gave me was tiny, and worse, it was right above a bar. Even with the windows closed, the noise was unbearable. I managed to request a room change at the front desk, and luckily, they moved me to an inner room, which was much quieter! The only odd thing was that the front desk wouldn't immediately give me a new room key (even though I still had my old one); they insisted I clear out the old room first and come back to the front desk with my luggage. After some discussion, they agreed that only one person needed to go down to pick up the key, which was strange. The room's cleanliness was very mediocre; the water from the kettle was still milky even after the second boil. The windows were also covered in stains.

Great little guest house with all mod cons and a quirky rooftop access within my room with quaint views. Only downside was initial communication. While I was sent an email with instructions as to what to do for remote access it wasn't accessible as the email was blocked out by trip.com and I had to get in touch directly.
The check in would have been good if it was an hour or two earlier.

Facilities: Very good, it has everything you need. Slippers and toiletries aren't provided, but there's shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. There are three elevators.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean. The only issue was a strong, strange smell in the third-floor hallway, possibly due to recent renovation work in that area, but it didn't affect the room at all.
Location: A 15-minute walk from King's Cross Station. Public transport nearby is very convenient, getting me to everywhere I wanted to go. I even walked to the British Museum, which was easy for someone who enjoys walking a lot.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. I couldn't check in early as my room wasn't ready, but luggage storage was quick and easy. The welcome cookie was tasty. There's no free drinking water; a bottle costs 2 pounds, but there's a Tesco just a few hundred meters away.
I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There was road construction outside, but it didn't affect the room at all. Plenty of dining options nearby too.
Overall, everything was great. Considering the price for accommodation in London, it offers excellent value for money.

This was the first hotel in the UK that I've stayed at. It's a bit far from the city center, but public transportation is very convenient, with both subway and bus lines nearby. The walk from the subway station to the apartment is quite lively, passing snack bars, supermarkets, pubs, and even a cinema. During the day, you'll see many Indian-owned '10-yuan shops' and phone repair places, which gives it a vibe similar to a third or fourth-tier city in China. The apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen, but I didn't use it much, except for making instant noodles. The bedding was just okay, and while the bathroom was spacious, its other amenities were also average. However, compared to other hotels I had booked, the value for money was decent.

I chose this hotel because it was close to an event I was attending. The location was perfect for me. The breakfast wasn't the most varied, but I never left hungry. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. A nice touch was having four hangers for clothes. Overall, I was happy with my trip and the hotel. The photo was taken upon check-out, but of course, everything was clean when I checked in.

NHOW London is a fantastic, modern hotel with a quirky and stylish design. From the moment you walk in, the bold décor and fun atmosphere make it feel like a unique experience rather than just a place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth and hassle-free.
We stayed here with our dog, and while we had to pay extra for the pet stay, it was well worth it! The hotel is genuinely dog-friendly, and they made sure our pup was comfortable. We also treated our dog to the dog afternoon tea, which was an adorable experience—again, an extra cost, but totally worth it for pet lovers.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with comfortable beds and fun, colorful touches. The location is also great—within walking distance of Old Street Station and well-connected to explore the city.
A short walk away, there are plenty of great restaurants, catering to a variety of tastes. We had dinner at Omnom, an exceptional vegan Indian restaurant, and it was one of the highlights of our stay—highly recommended!
Overall, if you’re looking for a stylish, pet-friendly hotel with a fun vibe, NHOW London is a fantastic choice!

Dear Hotel Management,
I would like to report the serious issues we encountered during our stay at your hotel, which we attended with my family for a business meeting. Throughout our stay in room 152, the heating system was not functioning. When we reported the issue, providing a tiny electric radiator for such a large room was far from professional.
Furthermore, my request to speak with a manager upon checkout was met with the response that the manager would only arrive after 2:00 PM. This is unacceptable for an establishment that should prioritize customer satisfaction. Given the disruption to our night and our trust in your brand, the 20% discount offered is highly inadequate.
I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that I be contacted with a more constructive resolution.
Sincerely,
Mustafa Tuğrul USTOK

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. However, the hotel itself is a bit dated, especially the shower facilities which could definitely use an update. Breakfast was simple with not much variety. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and there's a bus stop right outside.

Very Good
WWonderwanderWe have had some hiccups during our stay, ie microwave not working, but the staff has been helpful and wet out of the way to resolve the issues. Nice to have cooking facilities. Good location
GGuest UserStaff were really lovely, the room was very clean and housekeeping changed our sheets and towels after the first night. Bokan was amazing. The gym only had weights up to 10kg so wasn’t of much use.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and the environment was comfortable, highly recommended. Overall, the experience was great, and it's not far from the city center, so it's definitely worth recommending. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic, making for an excellent experience.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserThe staff's service attitude was excellent, but the facilities left much to be desired. The bathroom fixtures were quite old, and the shower, in particular, wasn't designed for Asian heights, making it difficult to control the water flow. Washing was a real struggle, and there were several clogs, impacting cleanliness. Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience.
Additionally, the hotel room faced the street, so the constant noise of passing cars was unavoidable. If you're a light sleeper, it would be extremely hard to fall asleep!!
MM.AshalThe reception team were friendly at check in, and I was given a beautiful tin of truffles and some drinks vouchers (maybe as a diamond member?). This was really a special touch and appreciated.
However the room itself wasn’t great. I’ve stayed in quite a few London hotels so know you don’t get lots of space and for 1 night you don’t need much, but this room was so small it was a struggle to move about.
The air conditioning was on but it was weak. Thankfully the window opened slightly but it remained warm in the room.
Bathroom was dated, quite small and felt cheap.
Minor point but the pillows and duvet didn’t feel like the usual Hilton ones, they seemed thicker…
Overall, it was clean, relatively quiet and had great service which is all that’s really needed, but it felt more of a budget hotel with Hilton price tag.
I do think they are doing everything they can to make stays as good as possible, since they can’t really do anything about the room sizes.
LLiyaniuThe room was incredibly small! I couldn't believe how tiny 10 square meters felt. I was genuinely shocked when I opened the door. It was even difficult to open my luggage. The table was pathetically small, and there wasn't even a chair. Storage space was extremely limited. The bathroom was even tinier, comparable to an airplane lavatory. Overall, my stay was very uncomfortable. The only positives were the comfortable bed and the breakfast, which at least offered some variety. After a difficult two nights, I decisively moved to the Hilton across the street, and the experience was significantly better. What baffles me is that this place was even more expensive than the Hilton. On the whole, dining and getting around were very convenient, with various UCL colleges in the vicinity. There's a Nero Cafe right next door, so if you don't want the hotel breakfast, you can grab something there. Heading south down the street, you'll find quite a few Chinese restaurants, which is very handy.
GGuest UserIt is a proper old-style purpose-built hotel, with 12 floors, large lobby and corridors and other relaxation, dining (Chinese restaurant, Irish pub, café) and entertainment areas (tea room), many lifts. The Superior room (an upgrade offered by reception from Stabdard for £10) was spacious and had nice panoramic views towards Albert Hall and BT tower. It was, however, on the train track facing side of the building. The tube may be audible from lower rooms, and such rooms probably have the view obstructed by surrounding tower buildings, but on the 9th floor the train noise was not intrusive, and trains do not run at night. It may also be down to the external soundproofing. The internal soundproofing is not as good, in fact around midnight I could hear a group talk and laugh. I used a higher air conditioning volume for white noise and it was not a massive problem. The bathroom could be revamped (the grout could be revived, silicone reapplied), but there was nothing to detract from the overall enjoyable experience. Good shower pressure and temperature, toiletries included conditioner. Convenient USB port for charging.
SSvetlana….The location is great, walking distance to Oxford street, very close to the metro and Hide park.
We booked a standard double room but we were upgraded and got a renovated room on the 4th floor.
It was very warm and we didn’t use AC.
Wi Fi was good
The bed is a bit small, but for 2 nights ok.
We had coffee and tea bags.
It was clean
The staff was very friendly
The only thing we didn’t like is the lift. It’s very old and it was stuck several times, so I had to take steps
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is great- just a 5 minute walk from Paddington which in turn is just two stops on the Tube from the west end. You are also less than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Kensington Park. Service at reception and in the restaurant was excellent. The continental breakfast is really good with a wide choice that includes boiled eggs, cold meats and cheese. The rooms are spotless in terms of cleanliness but be aware that if you wake up just before 9 and want a shower the water may not be hot due to wider use but at other times is hot.
