Decent hotel extended for a day to explore more of London. The extension gave me a breakfast included. The breakfast was well below average, limited options and the coffee was cheap. If its included in the fee, have a try. If you want to add on a breakfast I would suggest thinking twice and trying the shops around the hotel for more variation and quality.

When booking this hotel you known it’s not going to be the Ritz so this review is fair for the type of hotel. The location is super central yet the hotel is a zen of calm. It’s a little strange having no windows anywhere but the design works to minimise the effect. Rooms are what you expect, incredibly simple but clean and decent bathroom with toiletries and fresh towels. Decent wifi means you don’t miss a TV and this is not a hotel for lounging, it’s a bed for the night which is comfy enough if a little low to the ground. The gym is an additional fee which the website doesn’t make super clear - £10 a day. Despite the positives, the bedding was bad! Blood stained sheets and bed bugs! I was biten all over during the night and awoke to dozens of red blotches all over my body. It really puts me off returning despite everything else. It is good value for money but you don’t expect bed bugs!

We thoroughly enjoyed the communist and the convenient location of the hotel. The decor was very multicultural, and the size of the room was satisfactory. It was very spacious given me affordability. Breakfast was included for no extra expense. Staff were well informed and accessibility 24/7 was available whilst still remaining a secure location. Wide selection for breakfast for a small hotel.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The room was compact and cute overall, and the hygiene was excellent. Although the breakfast in the morning was simple, you could tell it was made with great care given the limited budget.

Enjoyable stay at the Astor Court Hotel. The location was excellent and the room clean neat and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly supplying extra pillows when we needed them. Overall I would say good value for money. The continental breakfast however was adequate but very basic so I would question if it was worth it. If you’re in a hurry then it may fit the bill otherwise I would go out to eat.

My wife and I had a stay at Mimis recently, and overall, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. However, I suggest doing some research beforehand, as the rooms are quite tiny. Even though we were aware of this before arriving, we were still a bit surprised by just how small they were. Despite this, it didn't negatively impact our experience or spoil our stay. The room and bathroom was nicely decorated. I only have a few minor observations rather than complaints. Upon check-in, we requested a late check-out, but the person at the reception seemed a bit abrupt, as he did with an older couple in front of us who had questions about their room location in the annex and that they hoped to stay in the main building. The pillows provided were not very supportive, as they deflated to almost nothing. If we had stayed for more than one night and asked for extra pillows, they would have been accommodating. Regarding breakfast, we inquired about the options available and were informed that they offered coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide hot food, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the choice of continental-style breakfast with cold meats and other items; we would have been willing to pay for it as we only wanted somthing light. Despite these very small things, they did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. We still had a pleasant time, and we are looking forward to returning to Mimis in the future. Location is great!

I was genuinely surprised by the quality and setup of the cocoons. The mattress, pillow, duvet and towels were all good quality, and each cocoon had useful touches like plugs and lighting that made it feel comfortable rather than basic. The shower and toilet facilities are more like a modern gym than a hostel. They’ve upgraded the showers to black thermostatic units with large rainfall-style heads and handheld hoses, which makes the experience much nicer. A small but lovely detail was the calm background music in the bathroom areas. There are also mirrors with good lighting for makeup and plugs available for hair dryers, which is really practical.

The hotel was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and high-quality. The only downside was that the room only had a very small table, which made it inconvenient to place things, so many items had to be put on the floor.

My sister and I stayed in the deluxe double room last weekend (2 nights). We were impressed with the room and its facilities. The bathroom was also nice but there was a bad smell when we arrived. I'm not sure if this is the drainage system in London? The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good with a variety of options (bread, cereal, pastries, fruits etc). The downside to the breakfast was that it was in a small room. Conveniently located, I would recommend a stay in the hotel.

We had a good stay overall. Mr Alex in front desk was so friendly and welcoming, he made sure we were assisted properly. He was a ⭐ Been to a lot of Holiday Inn and the hotel was amazing. The only little issue was the bathroom that was so narrow and almost touching the door from the toilet bowl but I can say that the toilet and batch was still good as they had this non slip mat for safety. We are satisfied and will be back. ☺️
