周邊環境來説酒店連着一個pub可以點酒啊飲料，pub裏一般都是周邊住着的老年顧客，白天還是蠻安全的（我沒在天黑晚上出去過），房間一個鑰匙，出門一樓一個鑰匙，老闆和員工人都很好，聊天知道我是中國人之後給我發的郵件都特意中文加拼音，特別可愛友善，需要客房清潔記得給酒店員工説，wifi比較流暢而且有冰箱

The receptionist are very friendly and warm, we checked in at 2am and they still kindly invited us into our room. The room was spacious with water, cookies and fruits, and these were refilled every day. Free buffet breakfast offered every morning, with toast, cereals, juice and even a machine for coffee. The hotel was very generous in every way. The AC was warm enough and the temperatures could be easily adjusted. It was sensitive and the room temperature was changed within minutes. We asked for bowls at night to cook our instant noodles and the hotel generously provided us with bowls and utensils. The location was not the best, but it’s within 1 hr walking distance to most of the tourist spots, but there was a bus stop very close to the hotel that which linked to most of the tourist spots. We had no difficulties in travelling around London was the most minimal transport cost. This is like the best hotel we’ve ever been in Europe. Clean rooms, adequate amenities with high quality, friendly staff, warm water, we will definitely stay in this hotel again next time when we are in London.

A very special accommodation, the room is beautiful, the staggered stairs are interesting, there are welcome snacks, and the location is good, but the wind is too loud and the light in the shared bathroom is broken and no one has repaired it.

The location is a little distance from TowerBridge , but the surrounding bus is more convenient, but I feel that there are more Arabs and Africans in the area. I was a little panicked when I went back at night. The lobby of this building is now being renovated, and there will be some decoration during the day, and it is fine at night. This room type is in the basement, quiet and light is suitable for sleep, but the air circulation is worse, you can choose the room type on demand.

The restaurant is very cozy! Breakfast is good! Our family of three stayed for five days. The service staff are very friendly and responsive! It is a cost-effective hotel in the Camberwell area. A few tens of meters away is the bus stop. Very convenient.

Average hostel, cleanliness is acceptable. The bar at the ground floor is the highlight of this place.

The location is not absolutely central, and the tube station was 10 minutes walk, but was convenient and quiet. There were two pubs nearby for food and drinks. The hotel reception was efficient and friendly. It was not the usual Hyatt Regency with limited facilities. The room I requested with a view of the Big Ben was amazing. However, it had a relatively small bed. The shower facilities were good and modern.

Location is amazing, right in the centre underground, food, shops all within walking distance. The capsule room itself is clean, mattress comfy, nice lighting and big mirror and sufficient hooks to hang stuff. Room is very quiet and surprisingly blocks out sound so great for a quiet good sleep even in the mornings when people are packing and moving around. Love that they have a fan in the room that is great to keep air circulating but can get a bit hot but lifting the shutter door a few inches helps. Although good hook space not great for someone with more than a backpack as there is no place to put a suitcase near you. Although check out is 10am the cleaners rush and can end up clearing and cleaning your room before you are even ready to check out yet. Check in progress is supposed to be easy but in trying to make things easier they just made more unnecessary steps. Like you can check in online but still have to check in when you arrive? There is security at the door at all times which feels safe as you have to confirm you have a room key before they let you into the building. Shared bathroom is close by to the room, showers are great plenty of hot water, sufficient space to put your stuff and hang stuff, toilets lack hooks and insufficient sink space compared to showers and toilets. No room to place essentials when using the sink and although they try cleaning the shared bathroom is lacking just due to the amount of people having to share that one bathroom. I would say at least 3 rooms have access to that one shared bathroom and each of those big rooms can fit 30+ people if full. Overall for a short overnight trip I would definitely stay again just due to comfort and location.

There are disposable thick slippers. The toiletries are all L'Occitane. It's clean. I might book here again if I go to London next time. It's very cost-effective among the four-star hotels in London.
