"This hotel is a hidden gem! I'm extremely satisfied, it's a fantastic hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, even by domestic standards. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the shower and washroom are roomy, and there's a separate toilet. The price is incredibly cheap, offering amazing value for money. The hotel lobby and the path from the rooms to the elevators feel like a luxurious five-star standard. It's spotlessly clean, and the service attitude was excellent. There's a shopping mall right across the street, making dining very convenient. It's also super close to the ferry terminal for Ehime, making it a great place to stay. Getting to shopping areas like Shinsaibashi is also easy, as the subway isn't far. I highly recommend staying here; I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Osaka!"

"I asked for a room with one bed, but there were actually two, which surprised me! I returned to the front desk with my heavy luggage and when I checked, they said, ”The room has been changed.” They should have told me in advance and gotten my approval. I had no choice but to register the 100 yen tax fee at the designated machine. The machine asked me if I wanted to pay by credit card or cash, so I pressed the cash button. However, there was no reaction. I wondered if I could just insert the money without having to press it, and when I did, it came back. In conclusion, credit card is the only option!"

The executive lounge's happy hour offered a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including champagne, and a thoughtful variety of non-alcoholic options too. 🏊 Excellent Facilities, Utmost Convenience Guests have free access to the indoor pool and gym, and there's also an outdoor garden pool and spa. A Lawson convenience store is conveniently located in the hotel's basement – so handy! It's just a 3-minute walk to Nakafuto Subway Station, and there's a free shuttle bus service to and from JR Osaka Station. Plus, it's super close to Universal Studios Japan. 🍽️ Diverse Dining, Delicious Offerings Multiple restaurants provide a variety of choices. The comprehensive breakfast is light yet features Japanese specialties, with fresh and sweet fruits. The seafood salad and other dishes in the executive lounge were also quite outstanding. Whether for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or solo travel, this hotel is simply perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka! "the hotel location is just 3 mins away from sakurajima eki. (benri ) its raining outside & the staff gave me an umbrella to use. i lovevthat the room was clean thanks to the cleaning staff quite & relaxing.. im a foreigner living in japan & its normal for us (majority)to have tattoo its sad that tattoed people cant use the hotspring. i just wish they could allow us to use even late hours but i respect the japanese culture. i enjoyed my stay & will comeback. 2days 1 night was not enough"

"I stayed here for one night before the Expo. The price was reasonable, and it's just two stops before Yumeshima Station, so even though I left at 6:30, I was able to arrive at Yumeshima by 7am, which was very convenient. As other reviewers have mentioned, I remember that the stairs up to the hotel entrance were quite steep and I was a little out of breath."

"The hotel room and facilities were very comfortable and clean. Self-collection of all the toiletries/dental/grooming items at the hotel’s ground floor next to the check-in area. Check-in process was very smooth and took less than 10 seconds with the front desk staff being very friendly, warm, helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was international and delicious. Also, it’s walking distance from Universal Studios Japan (USJ) and I came to stay the night before going to USJ and should have booked to stay the night after as well instead of going straight back to Kyoto, so would highly recommend everyone going to USJ to stay here both before and after."

"Excellent location, just two minutes away from subway station but in a quiet area away from the noise of the city. Lots of places to eat nearby. Friendly and helpful staff who helped me to book my reservation for Tiananmen Square. I booked a 4 bed female dorm - the room was fairly small but there was large lockers so the small room wasn't really an issue and it was only fully occupied on my last night. The beds are SOOOO HARD!! The mattress itself is soft but it's so thin that you feel like you're sleeping on the floor. It seems to be the same everywhere in China that I stayed but it's definitely worth mentioning. The bathroom was clean, toilet roll was provided and there was individual lights and power switches for the beds. The aircon (i think) was very noisy and it sounded like there was a constant dripping, as if someone had not closed the shower fully but seemed to be coming from the ceiling. There was no leak but just the noise. The beds move quite a lot when someone in the top bunk moves so that can wake you up if you're a light sleeper and the corridors smell of cigarette smoke. Lovely rooftop area and free laundry which is a huge bonus and very convenient. I'd definitely recommend as a base for exploring the city for a couple of days although I probably wouldn't stay again only because the beds were too hard for me."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right by the exit of Universal Studios. Downstairs, there are plenty of shops along Universal Studios Street, making shopping and dining super easy. There's even a Sushiro and a Lawson convenience store right on the ground floor. I only found out after checking in that the hotel offers luggage storage, so the information online saying they don't is incorrect. If you have luggage, you can drop it off at the hotel first and then head to Universal Studios. The hotel also has a gym. Oh, and the breakfast spread is fantastic! We woke up a bit late, and breakfast only runs until 10 AM, so by the time we got to the restaurant, we only had about half an hour to eat, which wasn't quite enough time 🤦♂️"

"The Family room is good for 4 but two of the beds are of smaller size. Breakfast is good and we can park our car next door for 1000 yen per day. The location is great as it is walking distance to ATC for food and tram stations. 290 yen and around 35 minutes to hit Umeda station. Dinner at Torikizoku, an everything 390yen yakitori restaurant at ATC and YO.U premium Yakiniku restaurant next door are off great value and experience."
