I usually don't write reviews, but the service at this hotel was truly frustrating.
First, the environment and location are great, and the hotel facilities are new, clean, and tidy.
However, when checking in, there were about 30 people in line in the lobby, and only three or four staff members at the front desk. The efficiency was incredibly low. One family of three seemed to be dealing with something for about twenty minutes. Then, they have a few self-service machines. A staff member led me to one of them, and even though there was a Chinese language option, they selected Japanese. I thought they were helping me, but after I entered my name, they just left ! Luckily, I know a bit of Japanese, otherwise, I would have been completely lost.
What made me most speechless was after checking out. I stored my luggage and went out to eat. When I returned to pick up my luggage, my friend went to the restroom, and I sat in the lobby for a bit. Immediately, a female staff member came over and asked me what I was doing there. She asked if I was picking up luggage. I said yes, but my friend was in the restroom, so I needed to wait a bit. She then asked, ”How long?!” What's the deal? Can't I even sit in your high-and-mighty lobby after checking out? It was truly speechless.

Guest UserThis was my first time staying at Tokyu, and don't make the mistake I did by thinking the small reception desk at the main entrance is for check-ins – it's not. Check-in is on the second floor. When I first arrived with my child, I asked the ground floor staff if we could check in early, but they didn't mention that check-in was on the second floor. My child and I傻傻 (foolishly) waited until 3 PM to go to the ground floor reception, only to be told to go to the second floor. Once upstairs, there was a long queue, and we didn't get checked in until almost 4 PM. If I had known check-in was on the second floor, my child and I would have gone there to queue much earlier.
The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, but the hotel breakfast is good with a wide variety. The location is also very convenient, directly connected to a mall and the subway.

It's only 50 meters to Keikyu Tsurumi Station, making it a great place to stay for a layover at Haneda Airport. Although it's a small station, there are all the necessary drugstores and cosmetics shops around. The room is a standard JR hotel style. You can store your luggage after check-out.

The room was quite spacious, and being right by the sea, I could enjoy ocean views from the window. The location is super convenient – it's only about 300-400 meters from the Big Ferris Wheel, 700-800 meters from the Red Brick Warehouse, 200 meters from the Convention Center, and 300-400 meters from the Portside Shopping Area. Chinatown is roughly 1.3 km away, and Noge Yokocho is about 1.2 km. Absolutely fantastic location!

Guest UserOverall, a pleasant stay. The bed is extremely comfy. Having three pillows is a plus. Compared to the conventional hotel in Tokyo, this hotel is relatively large for this standard. The view from the hotel is decent. It’s wished that there are washing machines available. One critical thing is that the room is quite dusty though… You can see the dust floating under the light at the entrance.
As for the transportation, it’s around a 3-4 minute walk from Shin-Takashima station (an extra 210yen if you depart from Yokohama station).
You can also walk from Yokohama station, but it takes around 15 minutes (and drains quite a lot of stamina if you are carrying your luggage around)
The area around the hotel is quite modern but not overwhelming crowded (maybe there wasn’t a concert at KT Zepp Yokohama during my stay at the hotel). There is two 711 nearby and a small-scale food court as well. Other than that, there are not much to shop nearby.
In a nutshell, a good hotel with a quiet but not intimidating ambience at night. A less dusty room would be highly appreciated. The location is good enough if paying a 420 yen-round trip everyday for one stop from Yokohama is not financially burdening to you.

If you’re looking for a hotel near K-Arena, this one is absolutely worth considering.
The location is excellent, situated in a business district with plenty of restaurants available during the daytime. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient, although it closes at 11:00 PM. After around 9:00 PM, it can be a bit difficult to find late-night food nearby. However, the vending machines offer options like takoyaki and pork teriyaki rice, which are helpful for a quick late-night meal.
The room is spacious enough for two people and offers a great view. The bathroom is large and separated from the toilet, which makes it more comfortable to use.
Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to pick up, and they provide everything you might need—cleansing oil, face wash, cotton buds, conditioner, shaving cream, shaving kits, and more. Pajamas are also provided in the room, and they are very comfortable.
One of the highlights is the onsen located on the lobby floor, open until 1:00 AM. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings or events.
There is also a laundry area with washing and drying machines at a very affordable price. However, the dryer may not fully dry clothes even after 90 minutes, so keep that in mind.
The lobby area is suitable for working late into the night. Wi-Fi is strong, and complimentary coffee and hot tea are available 24/7.
The TV is excellent—Sharp 4K with good sound quality—perfect for watching your own Netflix content.
Overall, a great stay, especially for business travelers or anyone attending events at K-Arena.

BunjinIt was a comfortable bed that came with a TV and headphones, everyday fresh loungewear and towels would be provided and there was a large communal area with sinks and vanities. However, you will be asked to leave the hostel or wait in the reception lounge between 11am and 4pm. The receptionist I spoke to had a high level of english.

The hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

Anonymous UserThe location is super convenient. From Exit 3 of Motomachi-Chukagai Station (Tokyu Toyoko Line), turn left and walk straight. When you spot a 7-Eleven, turn left again. Continue to the very end of the street, and you'll see the hotel sign in the upper right corner. Head inside, and that's the hotel entrance.

Since it was my first time making a reservation, I had some trouble getting into the room, but they responded quickly so there was no problem. The accommodation fee was cheap, so I was able to spend more money on sightseeing. There were convenience stores, restaurants, and parking lots nearby, so it was comfortable.
