The breakfast is included but the quality is second to none, to my knowledge based on my own Japan travel experience. "It was located in a really nice place if you like calm quiet locations (Mojiko). It’s also by the water so it’s really pretty. The only downside is it’s kinda far from all the major stuff in Fukuoka but other than that it was really nice! Good for people looking for an escape from a major city! There’s multiple convenience stores near by as well!"

It is located near the metro and a bus station is located out front that will take you to the locations. A mall is located next to the hotel which has plenty of eating options. Room was small but very clean. Very helpful front desk. Good option."

The night view from the window and the Strait Messe were very beautiful. It was used from a far place on a business trip, but it became a good memory."

There's a supermarket nearby, including a DAISO, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is rice balls, which can be eaten in your room."
