Overall, pretty good! The bathrooms could use some renovation.
The host is cool and fun – she speaks Chinese and Korean, but not much English. No worries, a translator app will help you out.
The location is a bit far from the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by bus to get downtown. The hotel is on a hill, surrounded by mountains, with clean air. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the hotel, up a steep slope, but it's not too bad.
Anyway, if you prefer to stay in a private room, this is the best option for the price in Korea, rather than renting a bunk bed in a hostel downtown or near the city for the same cost.
A small but very cozy room with everything you need. The heated mattress made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. They always cleaned my room upon request. One staff member even walked with me to a 24-hour convenience store and helped me top up my transportation card for the first time – that was really kind of him! The hotel itself is close to the metro station. It's super convenient to get to the city center from Line 4, or really anywhere! There are also many cafes and a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby. I'm sure I'll stay there again next time. Excellent value for money.

This price has a separate room, a separate washroom, it is very worth it, if you don't want to live with others in a space, you can choose this motel. Just pay attention to check in check-in time, not 2pm or 3pm, in the afternoon is 7pm, but fortunately, you can put down your luggage first and then come back. There is no elevator to go up the stairs. Stayed for one night and the experience was okay.

Not far from the station and the staff are very friendly. The room is spacious, and I liked having a bathtub and a PC. However, the body wash wasn't refilled when I checked in, and the toilet was clogged, so I had to call the front desk multiple times. Also, cleaning supplies were left in the hallway until the evening, making it a bit narrow.

The hotel is quite nice and a have enough space for us to move around. The check in time is 7pm but the owner give us early check in. This makes us really ease as we need to put luggage and going out back. The owner is nice! Although we have communication barrier but he communicate with translator which we can understand each other. I ordered room for 2 but as a last min plan I bring another one person. The owner give a discount on the additional guest. Good service as we first step up in the hotel 👍🏼 During the check in time, the owner shows us how to turn on the heater but the tv seems like not working. But the next day the tv is working fine which the owner is putting his effort to make the tv working although I already said it’s okay (bcs we don’t have enough time to watch). Good service!
Toilet is clean like a new toilet. We stayed 4d3n and the owner ask us if we want to clean the room. The next day our hotel is cleaned up and replace with the new towels, mineral water. There is heater in the bed which really helpful for us since the weather is cold. There are fan and air conditioning. Water dispenser and microwave also have.
There is CU Mart infront of the hotel. This makes us ease for to topup & refund the t-money card.
The only cons is - distance from hotel to the nearest subway station (MIA STATION) is around 15mins walking which makes me very tired. Seems like close but it is far actually. So only one time we walking to the station and the rest of the days we take taxi. Not recommended for those that very rely on public transport. No nearest bus station also. Not suitable for tourists/traveller unless you okay to walk along the way until station or main road.

The hotel is located near Suyu or Mia Station (about a 10-minute walk). The staff was friendly and responded to all requests immediately. The room itself was standard size, with space for two large suitcases. Overall, it was clean and quiet; we didn't notice any noise from neighbors or the street.
The room was cleaned upon request.
On the ground floor, you can make toast with jam and boil eggs, which is very convenient. There's a CU in the adjacent building, and a 7-Eleven and GS25 not far away. At Suyu Station, you'll find Burger King and KFC. Towards Mia Station, there's a market where you can buy fruit and enjoy street food.
The only downside for us was that the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist center. When we returned to the hotel tired in the evenings, the commute felt long.
However, we knew about this beforehand, and it was just a minor inconvenience.
If the distance doesn't bother you, we recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay and great value!
We had a wonderful stay here. The location is very convenient, only 5 minutes from Suyu Station Exit 3. Having an escalator at the exit made it so much easier to manage our heavy bags.
Pros:
Convenience: Elevator in the building and English-speaking staff who are very welcoming.
Room: Clean, comfortable, and features a massive TV with Netflix. Toiletries are provided and replenished daily.
Food: The surrounding area is packed with delicious 24-hour eateries.
It takes a little time to travel into the main tourist hubs, but for the price and quality, it is definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

For 180$ For week stay it definitely doesn't meet expectations, not even the location is central for that price. It was relatively clean although some hairs were still in the bathroom and bed sheets. Bed sheets didn't feel fresh to Me honestly. Late 6pm check in was inconvenient. Can't say I enjoyed the stay.

Accommodation is very close to the light blue train station (Line4), just 2 minutes walk or maybe less.
Good service staff Come in to clean and change the sheets. Add water and add coffee every day. The room is spacious, clean, the bathroom is wide. Accommodation in Korea, the bathroom is often narrow. But here is the most spacious and comfortable. The younger sister from the hair dryer and has a hair pendant as well.
Usually, the accommodation usually only provides 2 shower cream and shampoo, but there is a conditioner here. In the future, if going to Korea again Will definitely choose to stay here again. If still the price is good like this
Accommodation is in a lively area with 7-11 , C U Daiso and a lot of restaurants around it near late karaoke shops. Sometimes you can hear soft music, but for us, there is no problem because it is so light that some nights we can't hear it very impressed.

Great
RRoger Ow YongFirst time in Seoul and stay in hotel. Hotel was excellent: receptionist is helpful and courteous. Check in and out is fast. Hotel facilities is excellent too. Water pressure is high, with separate restrooms. Living room had a sliding door to close to separate restrooms and washing basin. Had a small vacancy is more than enough. Location is the best walking distance 2-3mins to hongdiv MRT station exit 9. Overall is professional and high standard of living. I surely with stay again for next trip to Seoul never regret . I like make commitment to housing keeping for the well done, receptionist will help to call taxi for customer . Well done !
GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at Ninetree Insadong, the first time booked on a different platform. The location is excellent, right across from Jogyesa Temple (you can book a room with a temple view) and near two subway stations, Anguk on Line 3 (nearer) and Jonggak on Line 1 (slightly farther but still within walking distance). The location made it easy to get around Seoul by public transport and the hotel is also near the airport bus 6011 stop, so you travel to and from the airport easily. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel is right above the Anyoung Insadong mall which made it convenient to grab snacks or drinks or souvenirs from the mall's shops. You also get easy access to Insadong street with lots of eateries, cafes and souvenir shops. The area has a relaxed cultural vibe without being overcrowded. If you are vegetarian or vegan, the area has a number of vegetarian and vegan eateries. The room itself was fairly standard for a four star hotel. The staff were very helpful when I needed to make calls to a local number to arrange something and also helped with communication and translation. Kudos to the wonderful staff.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts convenient transportation. You can take the airport bus to and from the airport, and the drop-off point is also where you catch the return bus, which is super handy. I took bus 6015 and got off at Myeongdong Station. After getting off, you'll see Subway Exit 8. Head towards Exit 8, and at the first intersection, turn right and walk straight. (Make sure you don't go past the CU convenience store; it's actually right opposite Exit 8.) It's quite close, just a few hundred meters walk. The hotel is also very close to our embassy, which gave me extra peace of mind. Every morning, I could see the embassy from my window seat. The room was a bit small; opening a 28-inch suitcase made it feel a bit cramped, but the hotel's cleanliness was good. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it's in lively Myeongdong, it was very quiet at night, which was fantastic.
AAnonymous UserLoved the location, close to metro and there’s a convenience store onsite. Room was bright, spacious, clean, had well built storage spaces. Gym was spacious, clean and new. Washing machine and dryer in room. The service staff were very polite and helpful.
The only thing that I thought could be improved on was perhaps the hotel providing some free laundry detergent. It’s not expensive to purchase from the front desk (krw 1000) but it’s a hassle to have to go down to purchase it. It’ll be nice and much more convenient if they just provide enough for a use or two in the room.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Sinsa Subway Station, and if you stick to the main road, there's no steep hill like some photos online might suggest.
It's right next to Seoul Forest, and you can walk to Apgujeong in about 10-15 minutes. There's also a three-story Olive Young just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is super convenient! While the rooms aren't huge, the soundproofing is pretty good, and the shower water pressure is absolutely fantastic!
If you stay here, definitely make sure to check out the cafe on the top floor – the views are amazing. Overall, highly recommend. (Pics 1 & 2: Hotel rooftop cafe/bar. Pics 3 & 4: Views from the room)
YYan-ZhengThis hotel is super close to Seoul Station, accessible from either Exit 1 or 7 (see picture 4). We had an overnight layover before catching the KTX, so staying here was incredibly convenient. You can even walk here along the Seoullo 7017 Skygarden. Plus, there's Lotte Outlets and a supermarket nearby for some shopping. We booked a family twin room with a queen bed (1.5m) and a single bed (1.1m), perfect for three people, and the space was just right. Check-out is at 12 PM, and at around 700 [currency, presumably KRW], it's really good value for money. The service was good, though we didn't get a chance to use any other facilities!
BBokexierdienThe hotel has a great location. It's just two turns away from Chungmuro Subway Station Exit 8. Airport buses 6105 and 6011 also stop near Exit 8, making it very convenient to get to the hotel.
It's a fully self-service hotel with a self-check-in machine that has Chinese language options, which is super handy.
The room door uses a key code, which is easy to operate. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a slight step down from the toilet area to the shower, which prevents water from splashing out.
Myeongdong is also within walking distance. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.
AAnonymous UserStayed in a twin room in March. It was on the 4th floor, facing the main street with a tower view. The hotel's email after booking made the check-in process clear and easy to understand, which was helpful. Although the pre-arrival information stated that toiletries like shampoo wouldn't be provided, they were actually available in the room. Even though there was no Wi-Fi in the room, they offered pocket Wi-Fi rentals, which made my stay very comfortable. The toilet had a bidet, but the paper couldn't be flushed and had to be put in a trash can. This wasn't a big issue as I was prepared for it beforehand (the trash was collected when the room was cleaned). Considering the convenience, I would definitely consider staying here again.
AAnonymous UserOverall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and quickly moved me when I had an issue. On my first night, I felt unsafe due to an aggressive roommate and left to stay elsewhere. The next day I was given a new room with a respectful roommate, and I felt safe, rested well, and had a great experience. I really appreciated how the staff handled everything
P. S.
Special thanks to Manager Noel, receptionist Anna, Gabriel and Isabella!
AAllysh@comfortable place...close to dongmyo flea market..have to wait for more money because it's random when walking, wash your eyes at dongmyo flea market..close to laundry..wanting to wash clothes in the middle of the night is ok..,,😂😂😂
