ASTRA Sky River Chiang Mai by Fang has done exactly that, and we are delighted to say that it has become our new hotel and home stay of choice whenever we find ourselves in this beautiful city. From the very first moment of our stay, ASTRA Sky River delivered on absolutely everything we were looking for. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and wonderfully relaxed, striking that perfect balance between comfort, character, and genuine care for its guests. It is the kind of place that understands exactly what a traveler needs and quietly gets on with providing it, without fanfare or pretense. Every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. The accommodation itself is superb, offering a level of comfort and quality that makes it incredibly easy to feel at home. The setting along the river adds a truly magical touch, giving the property a sense of peace and charm that is hard to find elsewhere in the city. What sets ASTRA Sky River apart, however, is the heart behind it. The hospitality here is personal, genuine, and deeply attentive, the kind of care that stays with you long after you have checked out and makes you count down the days until your return. The hotel is located right next to the Night Bazaar shopping area. The price was excellent value for money. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering expansive city views of Chiang Mai. In the morning, we strolled along the Mae Kha canal to the old market, enjoyed delicious and reasonably priced congee for breakfast, and also visited many nearby temples. It was definitely worth it, and we will definitely return.

Hua Yu An Hotel in Chiang Mai exceeded my expectations! It's a peaceful garden hotel tucked away, yet right on Chang Khlan Road, making night market strolls and food adventures super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and both the pool and garden were very photogenic. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist, making the entire stay relaxed and pleasant. It offers great value for money, and I felt very comfortable staying here in Chiang Mai.

Though dated, I like that the room is spacious and comes with a bath tub and separate shower area. The mattress may seem hard to many but we had a good sleep every night. The hotel is indeed dated but It is clean and comfortable. Location is right smack in the nightly bazaar but the nightly bazaar is really boring to us. Taking Bolt e-hailing is affordable so it is just 10 to 15 minutes' ride to anywhere in Chiangmai city. Breakfast was edible but it was the same menu for the 5 days we were there. If I visit Chiangmai again I will probably pick somewhere nearer to the Thae Phae Gate area.

Overall consider good at a very decent price. If travellers would like to have a higher end hotel, then this probably would not meet the expectations. But this hotel is good at the price.

Treasure family hotel, the key is clean and convenient, you can cook by yourself The key road extends in all directions. It is basically located on the edge of the ancient city. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There are also many foods and drinks in the surrounding living area. Affordable and delicious. They also have a durian shop. The quality is very good. The landlord is very good. Hope it's good business. It's worth it.

Lovely little hotel just round the corner from the end of the night bazaar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The tea and coffee is downstairs by reception so a little inconvenient but it didn’t bother us. The lady who runs it was very friendly. We were on 5th floor and there is no lift but there is a luggage lift so very helpful. Nice big bed, a little firm for us but nice room overall. Lovely sunrise view from the balcony. The only thing is that the air conditioning unit outside on the balcony is very noisy so not relaxing to sit out there.

Upon check-in, we received a welcome gift package. The surrounding area isn't as bustling as it used to be, but it's still conveniently close to Big C shopping mall for dining and shopping. The hotel is within the pickup/drop-off range for almost all day tours. The room was clean, and the elevator was fast and smooth. The staff were warm and polite. There's a smoking area outside the lobby, and the pool is fantastic.

I have booked this hotel multiple times for my mum and my mum truly enjoys every stay here. The staff are consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which makes a big difference to her experience. She would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Mövenpick Chiang Mai for their dedication and effort in maintaining such a high service standard. She was especially delighted by the festive touch, with Santa Claus distributing chocolates to guests, which added a lovely and thoughtful atmosphere to the stay. My mum also commented that Mövenpick stands out compared to Dusit Princess Chiang Mai, particularly in terms of accessibility and overall service quality. Thank you once again to the entire team for making her stay so enjoyable and memorable.
