The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing.
The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting.
Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

Guest UserExcellent service! We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was quickly resolved and we even got an upgrade. Our stay was fantastic. This hotel is a prime example of top-notch service you'd expect from a traditional five-star establishment. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Beijing.

Guest UserThe PuXuan Hotel and Spa, is definitely ONE OF A KIND. It is truly a luxurious experience.
We experienced several aspects of the hotel: room service, laundry, spa, and even special requests.
Our journey started when we arrived to the hotel at 8am. The staff welcomed us warmly and offered tot ake care of our luggage while we explored Beijing and came back to do the proper check-in. We stayed at the parking lobby for a while, and they never tried to push us out. (In other hotels they do).
Once we checked in, everything just kept improving. The rooms is simply magnificent, a “smart room” but in a really SMART. No over complicated controls, everything was user-friendly.
I want to highlight the design of the room, and specially THE BATHROOM. I loved the sower, everything was clean and offered a great shower experience.
Then the HOTEL SERVICES MY GOD, kudos to the all of the staff. We ordered room service and the menu was INCREDIBLE. We are from Mexico and they had Quesadillas, and a great wagyu burger! The service was quick and the food was delicious. The Creme Brulee was my favorite. We also request some laundry and MY GOD the quality of it. My linen shirt came back AS GOOD AS NEW, honestly. No single crease.
About the hotel SPA, it was a truly magical experience. I reserved a traditional Chinese Medicine massage and the service was great. Although, from what I’ve experienced in other hotel spas, the price for me was a little bit off, despite the ambiance and the quality of the room. One note is that the robe felt old, it had some loose threads (and I mean I know this is is a small detail, but with everything else being just perfect, it just felt out of place to be honest).
Now, the cherry on top WAS THEY NOTICED MY BIRTHDAY. Like, even i had forgotten it! Honestly! They went above and beyond to make this a truly special occasion for me! I was really touched by this present. With the overall experience I was really motivated to comeback to the PuXuan but with this small but significant detail I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP COMING BACK.
Needless to say the food, the breakfast, the overall quality of the place is spectacular. Yes, maybe it can feel too modern at times, but you can feel the Chinese hospitality and details through the hotel.
The hotel manager was kind enough to wave us goodbye at the checkout (and I loved her shoes by the way, she was so stylish). I personally want to thank her for keeping this high standards of services! THANK YOU!
Please BOOK The PuXuan, do not hesitate on it!

Zuogeyoushenfenderen88I've been to Gubei Water Town a few times, and each time, I've stayed at the Gubei Light Hotel. There were years in between my visits, and it wasn't that I deliberately chose this hotel; it just consistently came out on top when I compared all the options. This time, the service was even better! Manager Zhao Benlin provided attentive service throughout, from confirming my reservation after booking to communicating during my stay – everything was comprehensive. They even accommodated our small requests, from the welcome fruit upon arrival to a send-off when we left, which made us feel very comfortable. A big thumbs up to Manager Zhao! Next time I go, I won't even bother looking at other options; I'll just contact Manager Zhao directly! 👍

Guest UserI visit Gubei Water Town every year and have stayed in countless inns there. Yang's Inn and Qingcheng Inn are two places I feel offer superb environments for their balcony rooms. The rooms are very spacious, and the balconies are large enough to feed swans, mandarin ducks, and regular ducks. You can even watch the Iron Flower performance from the balcony at night. The location is central and convenient for getting anywhere.

Guest UserThis is my second time here, and it's definitely my go-to hotel when visiting Gubei Water Town. The room was spotless, and the service was excellent. Even though it's located just outside the main entrance, getting in and out of the scenic area is super convenient – it only takes three minutes to walk there. I was pleasantly surprised because on my last visit, I was quite disappointed with the Chinese restaurant's food, but this time around, the overall quality has significantly improved.

Guest UserWe stayed at Bolo Hotel for one night after a long day visiting the Great Wall, and what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Liam.
From the moment we arrived, Liam impressed us with his initiative and professionalism. As soon as we stepped out of the car, he immediately helped with our luggage and insisted on carrying our bags. While all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, Liam stood out by a mile because of how proactive he was in anticipating guests' needs.
We had purchased some fruits from a nearby local market, and without us even asking, Liam offered to wash them and later presented them beautifully plated in our room. He also offered to assist with our laundry, consistently going above and beyond what would normally be expected.
What impressed us most was that his attentiveness never felt forced. On the morning of our departure, despite having worked late the previous evening, he personally came by during breakfast to check that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay. At checkout, he had already noted our departure time and, without any prompting from us, proactively asked whether he should come and help with our luggage.
His service was truly second to none. Liam is a tremendous asset to Bolo Hotel and embodies the very highest standards of hospitality. He sets an example that many in the industry could learn from. We are extremely grateful for his kindness, initiative, and genuine care throughout our stay.
Thank you, Liam, for making our short stay such a memorable one.

Guest UserThe hotel boasts an elegant environment, making you feel like you have an entire mountain to yourself. Built into the hillside, the two-bedroom suite we booked this time was located mid-mountain. The hotel community has complete facilities, and the main entrance is fenced off with a gate, so the security is reassuring and makes you feel very safe.
The shuttle service uses Voyah commercial vans, which are super comfortable! The staff helped with our luggage, which was very thoughtful and attentive. It's about 10 kilometers from Badaling Great Wall, and Shuiguan Great Wall is nearby and not crowded. Juyongguan Great Wall is also conveniently located on the way to Beijing South Station, so we stopped by, making our trip even more rich and fulfilling.

Guest UserWe had such a fantastic time bringing our child to the Le Du Port Marriott this trip! My child was participating in a robotics competition, and after adding the hotel's butler, Skyller, on WeChat, they pre-checked us in so my child could rest during lunchtime. We learned it was also my child's birthday that day, and they even prepared balloons and a small cake, which made my child incredibly happy. Any requests were promptly addressed. A huge thumbs up to Skyller! 👍 The room was spacious and clean, and the children's amenities were thoughtfully prepared; the small slippers and toothbrush made my child feel really involved. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and there was even a dedicated children's serving area, making mealtime enjoyable for my little one and stress-free for us. The pool temperature was just right for splashing around and enjoying the hot springs with the kids, plus there's a children's play area. It was a truly special birthday, and the attention to detail in the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this to families looking for a 'one-stop' destination for kids around Beijing.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can reach the foot of the Great Wall in just two minutes. The room was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My in-laws, who were traveling with me, loved just relaxing in the armchair by the window, breathing in the fresh air, so much so that they said there was no need to even climb the Great Wall – just staying at the hotel was a treat in itself. There's also an adorable tabby cat at the hotel that loves getting belly rubs. Dining was convenient too; Yanxi Fishing Village is right in the courtyard, and the food portions were generous. After we came back from the Great Wall, we rested at the hotel, and the staff even thoughtfully brought us afternoon tea. It was such a warm gesture and really helped to wash away the fatigue from climbing the Wall. The scenery at Mutianyu is just beautiful! We'll definitely be back, and when we return, we'll stay here again and come to pet your cat once more!
