"This hotel is on a hill so when you walk down to the beach in the pool it is quite a steep walk for those who are not as mobile. The hotel itself is okay during the winter season and the top pool is not in use and it’s absolutely freezing. The children’s pool is the warmer of the two what can I say about this hotel? The lobby area is beautiful. It’s clean well kept and looks nice. The biggest letdown for this hotel is its food. The food in this hotel. I’ve never tasted anything so bad. Everything is planned and lax flavour there’s only one2 decent restaurant to eat and that’s the fish restaurant even then that was okayreally it’s such a shame for this hotel. It could be so much more than what it is."

"Kind and helpful staff, drinking water provided in the room, almost everything was perfect - the food was good as well, and the golfcarts was extremely useful to avoid walking in the huge complex. The only downside was the massage staff who tried to get clients every day - but in Egypt that is the lifestyle."

"The location is great, about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. There is a McDonald's 30 seconds walk from the hotel and a small supermarket 2 minutes away, so it was convenient. There was a sign in the room saying to use the shower only a little at a time, and although I tried to be careful, the room still got flooded. I was also bothered by the small dead insects in the room. However, it was cheap and I was satisfied overall."

"The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, it's in the heart of the city center and the most lively place in Sharm El Sheikh and the beach is less than 100 meters away. The staff is very friendly and made my friend and I feel at home. We became friends, Mahmoud and Hazin made dinner a nice and different experience, also Zakaria was very energetic and lively who responded to our requests in room service and Mokhtar who served us breakfast with his beautiful smile. Of course the best part of the experience is that the best and most amazing parties in Sharm El Sheikh take place right in front of your room window, as soon as you step out of your room door you are in the biggest disco in Sharm El Sheikh. We have tried all the parties in all the party places in Sharm and they are all the best. The beach is very beautiful and has all services, but the person called Gomaa was very vulgar and he would reserve the first row, even if we went to the beach early in the morning he wanted to make us sit in a late row, and at noon we find that visitors came and he wanted to make them sit in the first row even though we came before them."

"I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway."

"The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)"

"An ordinary hotel, average, but not worth the money. Definitely not worth 5*. This hotel is 4* at most. Old furniture, cracked tiles, something doesn't work, the food gets boring on the third day. Juices are chemicals, natural ones - rarely. Not worth the money, it's a long walk to the sea through another hotel, and even there the beach is for 3 hotels, there are never enough sun loungers. The territory is small, basically a well in the yard is the whole territory. I would definitely not come back a second time. Ps. Once I saw a guy in the canteen wiping dirt off clean mugs with his finger, who was standing at the counter, since then we only drank from paper cups"

"It was amazing stay, people are extremely friendly especially Amira at the reception and guy at the restaurant service (waiters). The hotel is very clean the location is very good. You need more variety in the restaurant, but every thing else is good."
