Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Shenzhen

Our recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei was absolutely wonderful and full of thoughtful touches that made it truly memorable. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband’s early birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging our room for the occasion. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made us feel incredibly special and appreciated. Special thanks to the amazing front desk team—Tina, Luna, and Lily—who were all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made a lasting impression. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Huaqiangbei, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. Yannan MRT station is just less than 100 meters away from the hotel. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options every morning. The hotel staff were also very helpful in receiving parcels on our behalf and the housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and comfortable each day.

Excellent location near the Hubei Metro Station I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in and check-out were both very efficient. I was checked in by Wei Cheng and checked out by Lucy, and both were friendly and professional. The lobby is huge and welcoming, and I was quite impressed by the smart lift system. The room is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I also liked that the bathroom has separate cubicles for the shower and toilet, which makes it more convenient. The air-conditioning worked perfectly cool and quiet, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. It’s just a pity that the Hilton bear was sold out during my visit. I would have loved to bring one home!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for business travelers. The front desk staff provided exceptional service; they proactively helped with my luggage during check-in and even gave a children's toy, showing impeccable attention to detail. The room was well soundproofed, the air conditioning and WiFi were stable, and there were no unpleasant odors throughout my week-long business trip. Overall, fantastic value for money!

The hotel’s location is fantastic—conveniently situated with easy access to transportation and local attractions. My room was **spotlessly clean**, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. What truly stood out, though, was the **exceptional service** from the staff, especially **Amber at the reception**. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me a late checkout since my flight was in the evening. Her hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable! I highly recommend this hotel for its **great value, cleanliness, and friendly team**. Thank you, Amber and Hampton by Hilton, for a seamless stay—I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is good, just three subway stops from Window of the World, and within walking distance to MixC World. Both the environment and cleanliness are excellent; rooms are spotless and thoroughly cleaned daily. They even have robots that deliver takeaways directly to your floor. The staff are friendly, always smiling, and very service-oriented. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom design is somewhat impractical. The door tends to roll up the bath mat when opened, and privacy is an issue. Additionally, having to queue for breakfast on weekends was a bit unexpected, as the restaurant is quite small.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The location is superb, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities are also excellent, featuring robot service that ensures amenities are promptly restocked, and bottled water is generously provided. The service is great. The environment is also very pleasant, and it's conveniently located right next to Xixiang Tianhong. The Xixiang Metro Station is directly outside the door, making getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it's an excellent choice and definitely worth a stay!

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near a shopping mall, just a short walk away. The facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I especially appreciated the smart control system for lighting and the ability to monitor the washing machine’s progress. Another great perk was that the staff could sign for online shopping deliveries on our behalf. One minor note: The air conditioning seems to run on an auto mode, turning on and off at intervals, which might be something to adjust for personal comfort. Overall, a fantastic experience!

As I was passing through Shenzhen with plans to shop at Sam's Club in Longgang, I opted for a hotel nearby. When traveling with my child, I usually pick Hampton by Hilton. While I often stay at Ji Hotel and Atour for business trips, they don't quite match Hampton's attention to service details. For family travel, Hampton always feels much warmer and more inviting to me. Beyond that, everything was as expected – the usual comfort and high standards. Since the lobby is on the 6th floor and I had a lot of luggage, a bellhop was already waiting for me at B3 with a luggage cart, which truly deserves a special mention! Although we only stayed for one night, it was indeed excellent and definitely worth recommending.

It’s a nice place to sleep. The staff (Rena, Liz and Kiki (I think) they tried so hard to accommodate me despite not speaking an ounce of English. Thank you so much. The downside (for me, my fault for not checking) was the location cause I kinda had plans around areas that were 40 or so minutes away. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

A comfortable stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen North Station! It's an 8-minute walk to Tianhong Shopping Mall. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed, and the shower had excellent water pressure and a stable temperature. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly made noodle soup and coffee were absolutely delicious. Eric at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and even kindly upgraded my room. Every detail was spot on. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen!
