We have been staying here 3 years on a row , absolutely love this service apartment, it has everything you can think of, it’s very clean , it has a washing machine, microwave etc, all the necessities etc, the staff are wonderful, especially Vivi, who has been here since the first time I came . Dongmen is on the doorstep, liajie metro is 3 min walk away! Already planning our stay for next year!

QQQ3838. From a real world traveler. It is a very nice hotel in the price range. The hotel room is big and clean. However, the main entrance is in a dirty alley way. If you are stay in thus hotel the first. It will be a bit hard to find. Take note no all room has a refrigerator, as I am from North America, sure love cold drink. But you can ask the front desk to keep the drink in their refrigerator for you. Ms. Abby and her colleague are very helpful, thanks. There also has all in one washers. To get to the hotel is easy. Get out the subway 老街 exit F. If you do not have heavy luggages. Then go stright for about 800 meter than turn right cross the road, then turn left to the alley way and you can see the hotel entrance. If you have heavy luggage, then use exit D. For exit D, you need to cross the road to the exit F. I will stay in this hotel. But for sure book early as the price went up if there have good booking. If the hotel put in an ICE machine and refrigerator in all room. Then this will be prefect.

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room.
The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping.
We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! It's only 300 meters from the subway station, which made getting back from sightseeing at night incredibly convenient. The front desk attendant was so friendly and welcoming. I arrived early before my room was ready, so she offered to store my luggage and handed me a glass of iced plum juice, saying 'It's hot, this will help you cool down.' I instantly felt refreshed and relaxed.
The room wasn't huge but it was exceptionally clean and fresh. The bedding had a subtle lavender scent and was so soft and comfortable. The bathroom mirror even had a magnifying makeup mirror next to it – such a thoughtful touch for female guests! For breakfast, the freshly ground soy milk and tea eggs were incredibly flavorful. The auntie in the dining area even noticed I took second helpings of fried dough sticks and offered to warm them up for me.
I stayed for two nights and didn't encounter a single issue. The attention to detail truly showed how much care they put into everything. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

the room and toilet looks a little old. The toilet bowl is converntional not the auto flush and wash backside type. The front desk is extremely helpful though. The breakfast is not fastastic better to do without. Missed going, walked passed without realising to my room several times. There is a massage parlour on the 5th floor providing some relieve. A small discount when you told them recommended or introduced by the hotel.

Fitst of all, thanks Amy and Tai Gor for their warm hospitality. Broad smile upon arrival and Amy still remembered me despite my last visit was like two months ago. We were given free upgrade to a higher and bigger room. The room looked like new with and everything you needed. Water pressure was good and we were given four bottles of drinking water for free. The hotel was located at the heart of Lao Street and right opposite to 1234 shopping mall. MTR exit is within one minute's walk. All in all, we were very satisfied.
Any downside? Well, my wife said the air-conditioners kept on and off at night. But I personally found it acceptable.

Service was good. Hotel aircon not able to adjust, wifi is very poor even we used data also not able to run smoothly. I feel weird for a hotel to just offer 1 person breakfast and we paid for a double room, this made the other person not able to have a breakfast and to pay RMB80 everyday so I find is not worth it. Also such a big hotel they do not have a proper weighing scale to weigh the luggage.

The hotel boasts well-appointed facilities and stylishly decorated rooms. Excellent soundproofing ensures a peaceful and high-quality sleep. Its convenient location offers a wealth of dining and entertainment options nearby. This is a highly recommended hotel! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room and the powerful, effective air conditioning. Absolutely worth a stay!

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. Our hotel room was a two-bedroom, one-living room suite, which we found comfortable. It was also well-equipped with various facilities and amenities. I hope to have the opportunity to return and have a different experience next time. We also tried out their laundry room on the fifth floor this time. It's quite spacious, featuring five washing machines, five dryers, and even sofas where you can sit and wait comfortably.

AAnonymous UserMy original room wasn't available, but they upgraded me, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotlessly clean, with a huge, comfortable bed. Service was excellent; the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and always ready to help. Any requests for assistance were handled immediately and with impressive efficiency. Truly fantastic! I would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays and highly recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserThe B&B is very close to Dongmen Old Street. I stayed there for the second time. The price was very cheap. The house decoration was old and the air conditioner in the living room would drip. The room I stayed in this time was relatively small. The door stopper on the floor of the room with special decoration was a bit dangerous. I stayed there for two consecutive days. There was garbage, but I didn't notice that there was no paper towel in the bathroom.

Dongmen Pedestrian Street is right next door, offering incredibly convenient access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. On my first stay, the front desk even offered a complimentary room upgrade! The soundproofing, however, wasn't great. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming!
