After a lot of searching, I finally chose this hotel, and I have to say, the positive reviews don't even do it justice! We're a family of three traveling together, and I was a bit worried the king room might be cramped. But the front desk lady, seeing I had a child, proactively offered us an upgrade – how incredibly thoughtful! Meeting such a detailed and considerate service right after landing in Nanning really put us in a great mood! Not only that, but the front desk also offered special amenities for the child, making us feel cared for from the moment we walked in. During our stay, we bothered the front desk multiple times because of the child, and the lady was always so patient and enthusiastic in responding to our requests, and very efficient too. If only our trip wasn't so short, I would have loved to stay a few more days!

Came to Nanning with a friend and chose this Yicheng Hotel, and it was a fantastic choice, no regrets! The whole place was spotlessly clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's own coffee bar was a pleasant surprise – the atmosphere was quiet, perfect for chatting, the coffee was delicious, and it was a great spot to relax and take photos. The front desk service was prompt and responsive. The location is excellent, very close to MixC, which made shopping super convenient. It's also quiet and well-soundproofed. Overall, it's a five-star experience across the board; my friend and I had a wonderfully comfortable stay!

Located on Baisha Avenue, it's super fast to get to the highway and the airport. There's a convenience store downstairs, and Jiangnan Wanda Plaza is very close by, making it easy to grab necessities. The self-service breakfast offers a full range of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are kind and attentive, and they patiently provide directions. The rooms are clean, and there's free parking. Highly recommended for transit or a stopover!

This time I stayed at the Yicheng four-star hotel and the experience was great! As soon as you step into the hotel, you will be attracted by its elegant and warm environment, exquisite decoration and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was clean and soft, and the bathroom was odor-free. The safety is impeccable, the access control is strict, and the security measures are in place, so you can feel safe when living here. The hotel facilities are complete, the gym equipment is brand new, and the smart devices in the room are also very convenient, which can easily control the lighting and temperature of the room. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, Yicheng Hotel meets my needs and I will choose it next time I travel!

The room offered a nice view of the Liu River, which was great. Breakfast had a decent variety. It's very close to the pier, so you can easily take a boat trip. There's also herbal tea downstairs, which is quite effective, though the taste might not be for everyone. Nearby, there's a restaurant called Fei Luo Zhuang that serves excellent duck feet hotpot. Taking a taxi from downstairs to attractions is convenient and quick. You can also buy fruits and enjoy BBQ nearby. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area, and the hotel itself offers great amenities with comfortable, well-maintained rooms. Everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better.

There was one small incident where another guest accidentally tried to enter our room due to a staff mistake. It was clearly an honest human error rather than negligence. The hotel handled the situation very professionally, sincerely apologized multiple times, explained what had happened, and even offered us a 30% discount as a gesture of goodwill. We really appreciated how seriously they took the matter and how quickly they resolved it. While it was a memorable moment, it didn’t affect our overall impression of the hotel. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and what matters most is how they’re handled. Based on the excellent service, location, and facilities, I would happily stay here again.

I chose this hotel for my business trip, and it was surprisingly good. The front desk service was professional, efficient, and attentive. The room was meticulously cleaned and tidy. The breakfast was nutritious and complete, and the staff greeted me proactively. The hotel also thoughtfully provides valet laundry service and free parking, making it convenient for both driving and business trips. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended!

This trip was very satisfying. The breakfast in the morning was abundant, and the environment was very quiet. There are also many good restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the subway. This was a great choice, and I will definitely come again next time!
