"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Jinbi Hall Hotel. The service here is absolutely outstanding from start to finish: Seamless Arrival & Departure: When we first arrived at the DiDi drop-off location, the hotel staff was already there waiting for us to help carry our luggage to the property. On our check-out day, they went above and beyond again, escorting us and carrying our heavy bags all the way back to the DiDi pickup point. Muslim-Friendly Breakfast: They were incredibly accommodating with our specific dietary requests and ensured we had a breakfast suitable for Muslims, which we deeply appreciated. Incredibly Helpful Staff: While there is no microwave in the rooms or a shared kitchen, the staff was more than happy to reheat our food for us whenever we asked. Perfect for Prayers: The front desk team communicates flawlessly through the app and kindly granted us a late check-out so we could peacefully complete our prayers before our flight. Fantastic Location: It is perfectly situated on Nanping Pedestrian Street, and there are plenty of halal restaurants and food options right around the vicinity. "Traveling solo in Kunming, my stay at Old Big Foot International Youth Hostel completely exceeded my expectations – it's truly an ideal haven for backpackers! The location is absolutely unbeatable. Just a few steps out the door is Zhuanxin market, where I could get everything from tofu rice noodles and Dai-style snacks to fresh fruit in one go. It's also not far from the subway station, making it super easy to get to all the major attractions around the city. The hostel itself has a courtyard bursting with bougainvillea, and you'll find traveler messages and map check-in walls everywhere. The downstairs bar is perfect for sunbathing during the day, and for listening to music and chatting at night, sometimes with guests playing guitar – it's such a gentle and therapeutic atmosphere. The accommodation details are incredibly thoughtful. Every bed has a full blackout curtain, creating a private little space when drawn. The bedding was clean and odorless, there was 24-hour hot water, and the cleaning staff tidied regularly, so the bathrooms were completely free of any smells. They provide lockable lockers and self-service washer and dryer machines, so no worries about valuables or laundry. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, offering detailed recommendations for local tours and free luggage storage. Their 24-hour presence made me, as a solo female traveler, feel completely safe. It's really easy to meet like-minded travel companions here. There are plenty of activities like billiards, movie nights, and city walks, so you never have to worry about feeling lonely. The prices are affordable, the facilities are comprehensive, and the atmosphere is warm. It's perfect whether you're staying for a short visit or just passing through. I wholeheartedly recommend it to solo travelers who enjoy a lively, authentic vibe!"

"I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

"Choosing Atour for my Kunming trip was definitely the right call! The location is absolutely perfect. It's right in the city center, and just 50 meters downstairs is the 900-year-old Kunming Old Street. Nanping Street, Nanqiang Night Market, and Shuncheng Shopping Mall are all within walking distance. You can easily grab all sorts of local Yunnan snacks and flower souvenirs, and the whole area just buzzes with life. It's only 200 meters from Wuyi Road subway station, and a few minutes by taxi to places like Cuihu Lake and the Military Academy, making travel to and from the train station and airport super convenient. Tourists really don't have to worry about getting around at all. What surprised me most was how peaceful it was despite being in a bustling area. Downstairs, the commercial district is lively, but once you close your room door, the soundproofing is excellent, and you won't be disturbed at all when sleeping at night. The room hygiene was impeccable. There's a fresh air system throughout the room, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and standard 'naked cotton' bedding and Deep Sleep Pro pillows – after a long day of traveling, lying down was incredibly relaxing. The 65-inch screen-mirroring TV, mini-fridge, and smart toilet were all fully equipped. The natural light was great, and the space felt spacious and not at all cramped. The breakfast buffet was truly impressive. They had all sorts of Yunnan specialties like freshly made rice noodles, tofu pudding, soy milk, and Ersi (rice noodles), with a rich variety of dishes. Plus, they even let you pack food to go if you're in a hurry. The hotel also offers complimentary self-service laundry facilities with an iron, a small gym, and free parking for those driving. The front desk service was gentle and thoughtful. Check-in was fast, and they proactively offered flower cakes and hot tea. They were also very patient and accommodating with requests like luggage delivery and late check-out. The attention to detail made me feel really at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!"

"The room was spacious and new. My flight was delayed, so I arrived at Changshui Airport in the early hours. I contacted the front desk, and they instructed me to collect my luggage, then go to Exit 5 on B2, turn left, walk about 50 meters to the No. 7 police booth, and call them again. Around 10 minutes later, a car came to pick us up. The driver first dropped us off at the T1 branch on the way, then took two other guests to another Park Inn hotel. We quickly checked in and booked a shuttle for 7:25 AM. The staff kindly arranged for us to stay on the first floor, which meant less walking. By the time I got into the room, it was already 2 AM, so I quickly went to sleep. The bedding was very comfortable. I woke up at 6:30 AM and had a refreshing shower. At 7:15 AM, I checked out and went for a walk outside. It's close to the airport but not noisy. Among all the airport hotels I've stayed in, this one was the quietest. Great value for money and excellent service; I'll definitely stay here again."

"Extremely satisfied with the environment! As a long-term self-driving traveler, the environment and hygiene of this hotel are comparable to luxurious Conrad hotels. The decor is incredibly tasteful and very photogenic. The staff service is excellent, with a dedicated service chat group. The hotel restaurant also has a great vibe. It's definitely the top choice in Kunming for birthdays or other special occasions. The robot delivery service is very convenient. Parking right at the entrance is handy, and the surrounding commercial area is well-equipped. Apart from slight traffic jams during peak hours, everything else is perfect! Plus, it's pet-friendly! I will definitely be revisiting this hotel!"

"This newly opened downtown hotel, built in 2025, is a gem! It's just a 3-minute walk to Kunming Old Street, Shuncheng, and Jinma Biji Archway. Plus, there are tons of amazing food options nearby, making it the perfect base for any food-loving adventurer. The entire room features smart controls, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. While the hairdryer isn't a Dyson, the Laifen is still excellent. We even received complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival, and the minibar is entirely free. The concierge was proactive in helping with our luggage, and the views from our 28th-floor room, overlooking the city lights at night, were stunning. The 24-hour gym is a huge plus, allowing me to work out whenever I wanted – a truly thoughtful amenity. Many star-rated hotels are still stuck with traditional satellite TV, so it was a delight to find that this one offers screen mirroring that works seamlessly. The smart entertainment system is a standout feature, and I give it a big thumbs up! (*≧∪≦)👍🏻 Now, let's talk about breakfast: The selection of Chinese and Western dishes is extensive, including many authentic Yunnan specialties. The rare pea flour, kumiss, five-color glutinous rice, and flower cakes were all outstanding and delicious. My only regret is not getting to try the Eggs Benedict – a slight disappointment. The restaurant service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, proactively guiding us to our table. They even offered coffee to go, cleared plates promptly, and provided warm and thorough service throughout. This truly enhanced my experience. Justin Liu deserves a special mention for his proactive enthusiasm and prompt responses. Five stars!"

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. It's located in a village, which makes the location a bit off the beaten path, but that's perfectly fine as they offer airport shuttle service. We arrived at Changshui Airport at 2 AM on our first day. After collecting our luggage, we contacted the hotel for pickup. Even though it was raining heavily that night, the hotel was fantastic and was already waiting for us in the parking lot. Since we had to catch a high-speed train to Dali the next day, the hotel even dropped us off at the nearby subway station. When we returned to Kunming on our last day, we chose to stay at this hotel again. The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic; they recommended local breakfast spots and hot pot restaurants, all of which were delicious and very affordable. Because it was pouring rain that day, the hotel even went out of its way to drive us to the restaurant for dinner. The hotel is a good distance from the airport, so it wasn't as noisy at night as I expected; if you don't listen carefully, you can barely hear the planes landing. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers transiting through Kunming or those who want to be close to the airport without the noise. On a side note, dining in the village where the hotel is located is super convenient. There are restaurants within a 100-meter walk from the hotel, and the food suited our out-of-town tastes perfectly. I've included the name of the hot pot restaurant we went to; it was genuinely affordable, tasty, and the portions were generous. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The only downside is that there's no place to hang clothes or towels in the room, only in the bathroom. I hope the hotel can add some racks or hooks for guests to hang their belongings."
