"The location was not great compared to the other hotels I stayed at, and took a long time to get a Bolt/taxi to come to the hotel. I also found the hotel address took me to a building site down the road, so the Oktopus Gym was the address I put in. The room was small but decent abd very clean. It had less amenities than other hotels ie. no electric kettle or tea/coffee. It gave me the feel of a dormotary room. However, it felt quiet and I got a couple of good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful."

The hotel offered outstanding value for money, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were also impressive. "This hotel might seem unassuming at first glance, but it's genuinely a great choice if you're traveling alone for business or leisure. First off, it's very quiet at night, which is perfect for sleeping. The hotel also has a fantastic terrace where you can even order food late at night. It's also really close to the city center of Tbilisi. The only downsides are that communication in English can be difficult, so you'll need to have a translation app ready. Also, toiletries are only provided for the first day; if you need more, you'll have to ask at the front desk daily."

"The hotel is well-located, within easy reach of the main sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view, and the bathroom was nice and warm. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee were restocked daily. The only minor downside was that the furniture was a bit dated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay—I wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Cozy hotel right in the city center. The staff are friendly and speak several languages. The breakfast wasn't very varied – the same things every day – but the food itself was good. They maintain cleanliness and all the necessary amenities are provided, though the carpet in the room is quite worn out. Overall, it's an excellent option for the price."

"This hotel was my first stop upon arriving in Tbilisi, and it made me feel extremely comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and we slept soundly. But what mattered most was the staff—every single one of them was incredibly friendly! The front desk lady who checked us in on the evening of November 16th, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was wonderful. We booked the room on App without specifying a king-size bed or twin beds, and she kindly helped us switch to twin beds and even escorted us to our room. Thank you so much! Also, a big thank you to Michael and another gentleman (I regret not asking his name) who helped carry our heavy luggage. Last but not least, thanks to David who assisted with our check-out. I mistakenly thought I had lost my phone at the hotel, and he went out of his way to help me look for it—he was also so kind! I appreciate every staff member who offered us help. If I have the chance to visit Tbilisi again in the future, or if any of my friends come here, I will definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel was on a quiet street, but just around the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was a huge size with a kitchen (full fridge, stove top, table chairs and sofa). Bed was comfortable. There was no lift/elevator but there was help from staff getting things up and down. Issues was the shower, that despite being enclosed, there was a huge puddle outside it everytime, no matter how much I tried to stop it. But the towels were changed everyday. I would like to have had time with no staff coming to clean, as I was told to go out for a bit while they cleaned. Breakfast was tailored to people, so you had to give a time to go down. On holidays you wake at odd times so I woke up hours before I said I was gping down but became too hungry to wait, not knowing what to expect. After that I didn't bother with breakfast and sorted my own food. I would say, overall, very good value for money."

"This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Georgia in terms of service. The staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. The 24-hour free coffee was a great bonus. They don't provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms; you have to get water from the dispenser in the common area, which I assume is for environmental reasons. The location is excellent, right next to Freedom Square in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The balcony room offered a nice view of the mountains and a church, which was a definite plus. However, due to its central location, the room was generally on the smaller side with limited space. In particular, the bathroom was right next to the bed and lacked noticeable ventilation, which was a minor downside to the experience. Overall, the location and service are its biggest strengths, while room comfort is about average."

"This is a very cozy hotel, which is what we loved most about it, so we came back for a second visit. The location is super convenient, with establishments nearby that might play some background music, but you can't hear it with the windows closed. Even with the windows open, it's not bothersome and turns off early. Plus, just around the corner, you're right in the heart of the city at Freedom Square. Everything you need is close by: shops, supermarkets, the metro, a shopping center, restaurants for every taste and budget, parks, currency exchange offices, coffee shops – literally everything. Housekeeping is daily, and they replenish tea, water, coffee, slippers, toothbrushes, shower gels, soap, and other amenities every day. This is really thoughtful and sometimes essential when you've forgotten something. The staff are welcoming and, most importantly, responsive; all issues are resolved immediately. The hotel also has a partly enclosed, partly open terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city, especially in the evening. It's a great spot to relax after a busy day. We've stayed in two different rooms: on the second floor, the balconies are small, and on the third floor, the balcony is larger. All windows have screens."
