Amazing
GGuest UserIt was our first time staying at Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport, as we usually stayed at the adjacent Villa Fontaine Hotel. The Premier property definitely feels more upscale and refined.
Check-in was smooth and pleasant. Unlike the sister hotel next door, the front desk here is staffed with courteous and attentive personnel. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, we left our luggage with the staff and went shopping. Upon returning, our suitcases—and another one delivered by Yamato Transport—had already been brought up to our room, which was a very nice touch.
We stayed in a Deluxe King River View room. It was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, a generous washroom featuring a deep bathtub, and a long sofa by the window that was perfect for relaxing or having a quick meal. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the overall room design felt modern yet cozy. The wardrobe wasn’t particularly large but sufficient for coats and travel clothes.
We didn’t try the breakfast as we had an early flight at 7 AM, but the convenience store downstairs made it easy to pick up yogurt, fruits, and light snacks. Another charming feature was the aroma pouch-making station in the lobby, where guests can choose from several fragrances — it’s a small but thoughtful detail and a lovely souvenir idea.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for travellers catching early flights — it took only about 10 minutes to reach our airline’s check-in counter after checking out. The hotel also provides easy access to Tokyo’s major shopping areas like Shibuya and Tokyo Station.
We’ll certainly be back on our next visit to Haneda!

HHaoxianghaoxiangnvxiaDidn't expect to find such a great value-for-money hotel in Tokyo Bay. I was attending an exhibition in Odaiba, and it was just a 3-stop ride on the Yurikamome Line, then a 2-minute walk from the station exit on the same level to the hotel lobby. The hotel's main selling point is definitely the Tokyo Bay city night view. Even the hot spring on the 14th floor faces Tokyo Bay. The room size was adequate, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, with noticeable dust accumulation in several spots. There are some restaurants directly opposite in Senkyaku Banrai.
Also, during my 3-night stay, bottled water was only provided for two days. There was no water on the day I checked in, which was probably an oversight by housekeeping.
GGuest UserExtremely satisfied!
1️⃣ The room was very spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel.
2️⃣ It had a Japanese-style design, but without tatami mats. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation.
3️⃣ There were complimentary soba noodles available from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and they were delicious.
4️⃣ The hotel has a hot spring bath (onsen) with separate facilities for men and women. They also offer free popsicles and lactic acid drinks there. Soaking in the onsen was incredibly relaxing; I used it three times during my two-day stay.
5️⃣ The location is excellent and convenient. It's in Ginza, and you can walk to the bustling main street in about 10 minutes.
6️⃣ I heard the breakfast is also very good, but I didn't book it this time. I'll definitely opt for a breakfast-inclusive stay next time.
Overall, I'm very satisfied, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but it's very refined and has a lovely Japanese aesthetic. The location is excellent, and I loved being able to use the hot springs. Plus, there were complimentary ice pops and Yakult, and hot ramen in the evenings! The breakfast was also exquisite and delicious. I really enjoyed my stay at Dormy.

GGuest UserReally enjoy my stay here, the location is unbeatable since it's walking distance to many metro lines, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the onsen is also very clean, the juice bar in the morning and bar in the evening were also great touches. There is only one elevator but I didn't find it to be a deal breaker, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob).
Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn.
They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park.
However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay:
1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around.
2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

RrongThe room was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. They even stored my luggage for free. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. It's only a 5-minute walk from Ariake subway station, and there's a duty-free shop nearby.
BBaochudeUKONOWFacilities: Excellent! It comes with its own hot spring, including two indoor pools, a sauna, and one outdoor pool. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the staff frequently comes in to tidy up.
Cleanliness: Spotless. You won't find a single strand of hair.
Ambiance: Great! The area around Ikebukuro is lively, but the hotel itself is very quiet.
Service: Wonderful, with meticulous attention to detail.

XXiaoJay89Overall experience is good although the room is slightly small for 2 persons. About less than 10mins walk to Shinjuku town area.
The onsen is amazing with the entire Shinjuku view.
Highly recommended.

WWanderlust Y AventurasIt was a small but lovely hotel. You take your shoes off at the beginning and walk without shoes. At night they have free ramen which was delicious and their morning breakfast was crazy good.
The hotel is a little older but it was clean. And all the amenities and it’s location make this place so worth it.
