"Very nice room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice however the water tends to flow out of shower and into rest of bathroom. The checking in process took a while when I got there but it happens sometimes. Overall, nice stay."

"The hotel's location is convenient, within a 10-minute walk to Central Market. The room was clean and soundproof, and the environment was quiet. Special praise: The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful. I was on a 2-day tour, so I had two separate stays and stored my luggage at the hotel. However, the local tour was delayed, affecting my check-in and luggage retrieval time. They were excellent, confirming everything via email, helping to arrange things, and even delivering my luggage to my room. Truly, truly fantastic! 👍👍👍"

"Really good location in Adelaide CBD. Complimentary breakfast and zip tap in the lobby was convenient. Only downside is no complimentary hotel slippers in the room. Would stay here again on my next visit to ADL"

"Got very harshly send away when i wanted more than two tiny servings of dinner. Also on site it is claimed the dinner and breakfast are not included, they are voluntary treat from the hostel. One of the bathrooms was never restocked with toiletpaper, one had no lights. Kitchen plastered with warnings of fines."

"The ladies at reception were very helpful. When a ceiling light didn't work, an external electrician was immediately called to fix the problem."

"Fancy to book here as reviews are limited online that means this place is relatively new - up to the point that the lobby and reception are temporary. Thanks to Matthew who has been trying hard to facilitate our requests, such as extra vacuum cleaning when we found lots of food debris under the sofa, and also extra touch with the lose toilet seat etc. Sorry for those who stays in room 1208 - my partner used the oven and left some bread crumbs in it. In short, I think the cleanliness can be improved if the housekeeper of the floor can double check the utensils and nearly missed area. Otherwise thanks to the staff and I hope when I can back next time after April 26 the swimming pool would be ready to use. Thanks again"

"The hotel was pleasant, clean, and easy to get to. The location is close to many destinations in and around Adelaide, including the airport and a reasonable shopping centre with cafes and major retailers within a 1.5km walk. There was plenty of parking in good sized spaces. I booked a basic, single room and got exactly what I expected. It was basic but clean and had a fridge, kettle, and single bed. There was a small armchair but no table although the kettle/fridge cupboard had a pull out tray which I could have used but this was a little dirty so I just sat on the bed to eat. They have a bistro which looked good (25% discount for house guests with dine in or delivery to your room) and offered regular pub menu options but I ended up walking a couple hundred metres down the road to the local takeaway shops for some Thai takeaway. The only complaints I really have are regarding noise, that the walls are quite thin and you could hear the other rooms' doors closing very loudly as people came and went. The next door neighbour listened to their TV at full volume until about 1:30am (I was due for a 6am start and this didn't help!).... Not the hotel's fault, just them being a selfish douchebag. The bar fridge rattled away fairly constantly but I just turned it off until the morning. The worst problem were the pillows though. They were like bricks; thin and extremely hard. I ended up putting the decorative cushion inside a pillow case and using that just to be able to have some padding. I drove only a few minutes around the corner to the famous Cafe de Villi's for breakfast before continuing on my way. All said and done, I would stay here again as it is very budget friendly yet so close to everything. But I will bring my own pillow.... and earplugs just in case!"

"Beautiful apartment located close to City West Tram Stop and Adelaide Station. West End area is within walking distance from Adelaide Convention Centre and the river Torrens. These apartments are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even a washing machine! It can be a little noisy if your apartment is facing the main street, but overall, it's a wonderful stay!"

"The receptionist didn't check who I was and didn't disclose the hotel room number when I told her that my partner has already checked in and I had paid for the hotel room. They don't provide a spare key when 2 adults are staying in 1 room. The amenities were decent however they need to have their signs laminated for DO NOT DISTURB or for HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE as I couldn't put the sign on the door knob because it's made out of cardboard. I could hear mobile notification noises from the room next door throughout the early morning which is annoying, there should be a sign about that. Other than that, the amenities were functional and easy to use, the bed was comfortable for me to sleep in after 20 hour flight and easy to get to. The check out reception were great."

"I highly recommend Ibis! I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 AM on my check-in day, as my friend was taking me to a local attraction and I just wanted to drop off my luggage. I casually asked if there were any available rooms, and to my surprise, the young man at the front desk checked and found one, then efficiently arranged for me to check in. It was such a pleasant surprise! The staff were principled, efficient, and genuinely warm. :) The hotel's central location is fantastic – you can get everywhere easily. Housekeeping is on demand; just hang the 'clean' sign outside if you'd like your room serviced, which is also very ESG-friendly. The shower was incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was decent, though a little more variety would be a nice touch."
