This hotel is right in the heart of the shopping district 🛍️ The hotel is huge, and as soon as you step into the lobby, even the hallways smell fragrant~ 🌿 The main thing is that the location is incredibly convenient! You can walk to 6 shopping malls, and even Guangzhou's largest, Grandview Mall, is nearby ✨ Plus, there's a Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant right downstairs called Chaofa Beef Hotpot, which is absolutely amazing! 🥹🥩 You can head straight back to the hotel after eating, no need to go far at all~

This is my 3rd Stay at this Fantastic Hotel in Guangzhou. The hotel is situated at the junction of Beijing Road, next to T-Mall and bustling pedestrian walk, where there are scores of Restaurants and Shopping. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, although slightly expensive compared to nearby hotels. Hotel Staffs are Very Friendly, Helpful and Professional, especially Ms Lucy, Ms Pan and Ms Ning, at the Front Reception. Would Highly Recommend this hotel for All Travellors to enjoy the GZ hospitality!

My family of six, including both elderly members and young children, recently spent a week at CityNote X Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road). We had a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The front desk service was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. They made us feel immediately welcome and even arranged our rooms ahead of the standard check-in time. A special mention must go to Ms. Liang (Siau Liang), who provided exemplary professional service throughout our stay. Understanding the logistics of traveling with a large family, she thoughtfully arranged our two booked rooms right next to each other for our convenience. Because we were staying for 5 nights, she even took the initiative to upgrade one of our rooms to make this layout possible. This level of care and consideration made a massive difference to our trip.The cleanliness and design of the entire property were highly impressive. Our rooms were absolutely spotless, well-maintained, and featured a sleek, modern, yet simple aesthetic. It is clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work; every corner, from the pristine linens to the spotless bathroom, was thoroughly cleaned every day. Overall, the hospitality here is second to none. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. Located just a 5 mins walk from Beijing road, this hotel offers a convenient high rise stay inside a commercial office building, with guest rooms occupying the 39th to 41st floors. The main highlight is the 41st floor lobby and dining area, which boasts impressive city skyline views alongside complimentary perks like afternoon tea and late night supper. My stay at Mehow Lichi was much better than expected, no disappointments at all. I originally just booked it because it was nearby, but I didn't expect such a comfortable experience. Elena at the front desk was very quick with check-in and had a gentle demeanor, responding promptly to any requests. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly at night. The facilities were well-maintained, with stable water pressure and effective air conditioning. The hotel also offered thoughtful services like free tea and snacks, which added to the overall experience. The location is convenient for getting around, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I stayed twice, and they arranged a fantastic room for me both times. I left my luggage at the front desk, and they even brought it up to my room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

The rooms were fine, but I have to give a negative review for the concierge service. I was with my child and in a hurry to register my car plate number before heading out. However, the concierge, a man with glasses, was engaging in a lengthy and polite conversation with a foreigner and completely ignored us. Even though I was standing there with my child for several minutes, no one bothered to approach us. I finally had to interrupt their enthusiastic chat to ask if someone else or the check-in desk could register my car plate. I received a cold and quick 'no' – a stark contrast to the warm interaction he had with the foreign guest. After waiting for a long time and seeing no end to their conversation, and with my one-year-old getting restless, I went to the check-in counter to ask if they could help with the car plate. It was then that a nearby check-in staff member took us back to the concierge desk, where someone there *did* register my car plate. I was utterly confused! Turns out, it *was* possible. So, is concierge service only reserved for foreign guests, and we don't even deserve a smile? He knew I had a baby and had been waiting for almost ten minutes, yet he was completely indifferent. This is hard to assess... The hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. The doorman when we left was very enthusiastic. The breakfast, to be honest, was really just mediocre! The French toast was alright, but the rest was truly unremarkable... especially the waffles, which were hard and unappetizing, and the eggs were very average. Three days, two nights – next time I visit friends in Guangzhou, I definitely won't choose this place again! Though I was happy they upgraded my room type when they saw I had a small baby.

Close to the subway, so transportation is convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station, with plenty of restaurants, clothing stores, luggage shops, and convenience stores nearby, making both getting around and shopping incredibly easy. It's also very close to attractions; there's a park nearby and several temples within walking distance. Right across the street is the Comic City, and Beijing Road isn't far either. The apartment's surroundings and the room's environment are both excellent. My family and I stayed in a room where each bedside had a wireless charging cabinet and power outlets. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the shower even has grab bars. The facilities and amenities are very thoughtful, especially for elderly guests. All daily necessities are well-stocked, and the bathroom even provides compressed facial towels. The room includes a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, and washing machine. If you need drying services, you can take your laundry to the front desk. The service was excellent; they were responsive to almost every request. For example, when I needed an extra outlet or had to adjust the air conditioning, the staff promptly addressed my needs and answered questions patiently. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic without being intrusive, making us feel completely at home. For guests with international friends, the front desk staff also speak basic English, so communication won't be an issue. On sunny days, the sunlight streams in, and there's a small balcony where my family even dried peanuts. The room's TV can be rotated, which is great whether you're watching from the sofa or in bed. The clarity is good, and you can watch live broadcasts or choose from on-demand programs. Overall, the living experience was fantastic. If I have another opportunity to stay in this area, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

Seriously, this is hands down the best value-for-money hotel in all of Guangzhou. It's really excellent! The rooms are luxuriously decorated and comfortable, the hygiene is top-notch, and the transportation is convenient. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

My child and their friend were traveling alone for the first time, and I was quite anxious about them being away from home. I had originally booked a king-sized bed, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a twin room at a discounted rate, which was so thoughtful. When they checked in, the front desk even called me to verify information before giving them the room key, which made me feel very secure. My child had an early flight the next day and was worried about oversleeping, so I contacted the front desk for a wake-up call. The staff responded quickly and were very efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, and they had a very peaceful stay. Overall, the service was exceptionally reliable, and the attention to detail was excellent. I was very satisfied with this stay and would choose this hotel again if I have the chance.
