Room was clean and has a freshly cleaned smell. Always a good sign when hotels are clean. Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room. The downside of the room is that some plug sockets didn’t work. There’s only a total of 3 sockets in the room. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near the subway station and walking distance to Nanchan Street area where there’s a lot of shops. If you’re staying here, remember to come out and see the Nanchan Temple at night. The lights make the temple look magical. Best timing to see it in the evening.

It's 500 meters from the East Gate of Lingshan. You can have hot pot in the courtyard. The room is close to the bamboo grove and has a small balcony, making it quite comfortable. The service is excellent; when it's not busy, the owner is happy to help with luggage. The breakfast is simple and home-style, and the auntie is very helpful. The welcome fruit is also a thoughtful touch.

This hotel was our choice for a family trip to Wuxi. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was extensive. We stayed for 5 days and even received complimentary breakfast vouchers. The room was cleaned daily, and the sheets and duvet covers were changed mid-stay. It was a fantastic travel experience!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, they were very helpful in finding a solution for us. Since we visited on a weekend, we were able to park next to China Telecom. We originally booked a superior room, but it felt a bit dark and the lighting wasn't great. We spoke to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room, which was great! The bedding at Atour is, as always, incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was also good, with all the basic offerings.

The hotel's surroundings are incredibly convenient, with a bustling commercial area right outside. Shopping and dining are a breeze, and there's even a unique themed shopping street directly across. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and boasts a high-end design. The service is attentive and friendly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The rooms are larger than other hotels, clean and comfortable. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer great nighttime views. Conveniently located near the subway station, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. My kids are grown up now, so I specifically booked a family room for this trip. The hotel started off great, but then I noticed the attention to detail was lacking! First, the single bed in the room was a spring bed, and the mattress was clearly old and deeply sunken in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My child didn't complain, but as a parent, I felt quite uneasy. Since it's a family room, why wouldn't they provide a standard single bed? Secondly, the restaurant service. The coffee machine needed cleaning, and I even told a staff member, but by the time we finished our meal, the coffee still hadn't been served. Breakfast in the restaurant goes until 10 AM, but when we went at 9:30 AM, some dishes and drinks were no longer being refilled. I don't think this is right. They don't offer a discount for eating after 9:30 AM, so shouldn't all food items be fully stocked?

I always choose to stay here whenever I'm in Wuxi, and it's consistently a fantastic experience. The front desk service is excellent and attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. This is my absolute go-to for accommodation in Wuxi! Highly recommend!
