"Overall, our trip was just perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location with ample parking. At only £15 per 24 hours, we found this great value. The hotel is on a hill, but the buses run frequently directly outside the hotel. Our room was large and clean with everything you could need. The breakfast was fantastic and so much choice. It certainly set us up for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"The hotel facilities are normal, but there is no air conditioning. The location is ideal. Parking is chargeable. Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet; although the variety isn't extensive, the price is cheap and very good value."

"A delightful surprise during our 16-night UK trip! I loved the Cotswolds so much that I decided to stay an extra night in Bath instead of heading straight back to London. It was a last-minute booking on a Saturday, so the price was a bit high, over 2000+. The location is absolutely fantastic, close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The hotel itself has a wonderful British charm and a very artistic vibe. Our room wasn't huge, but the layout was incredibly well-designed and efficient. We also met a very enthusiastic Spanish guy at the front desk who gave us some excellent recommendations! I really hope to have the chance to visit again."

"An amazing hotel. The staff responded to every additional question without any problems. The food in the hotel restaurant was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with a huge bathroom, shower, and bathtub. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna available until 10 p.m. The reception was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend it to friends and will gladly return"

"This hotel in Bath offers excellent value for money. It's just a few minutes' walk from Bath's main street, making it a very central location. Being so close to the main street means easy access to all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, and Bath's main attractions (the Abbey, Roman Baths, River Avon) – all within walking distance. The main draw is definitely the affordable price, which really makes it great value. The room was a bit small, but it had all the necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"Friendly , helpful & efficient Front office staffs. Offered complimentary late check out until 2pm. Thankful for their kind service. Room is clean, modern and with adequate services and amenities. Bathroom is spacious and nice shower room. Bed is comfortable, free WiFi and inclusive buffet Breakfast.The buffer Breakfast spread is very good , serving hot English breakfast and continental breakfast. Within 20 minutes peaceful walk to the town centre. Very convenient. We are truly happy & satisfied with our stay in the Holiday Inn express Bath , highly recommended!"

"If you ever wanted to pretend you lived in a Georgian house, as if you were in a Jane Austen novel or in Bridgerton then you will not be disappointed staying here. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the centre of Bath, Holburn Museum and was an easy walk from the bus/train station. I will stay here again."

"Central location helps to overcome the cramped feeling staying in the annexe. The car was parked at the other end of town and drop off was difficult to say the least but it is what it is. I had no reason whatsoever to check out the main building reception, breakfast area perhaps a bar and lounge area too because nothing pointed me there! So generally, it was a room in a loft space built to an ”average” measure. I never like shower cubicles where I tend to bang elbows and worry about breaking something when I drop the soap. Breakfast price was horrendous so no inclination to walk in on the hop to check it out for the 2 nights stayed. I felt detached, cramped and in a bed-sit like accommodation. It is what it is."

"Wonderful setting and decor. Clean, comfortable bed. Would be good to add a smaller shower with the rain shower as it was difficult to have a shower without a shower cap  Helpful and attentive staff.  Good breakfast except they had obviously ran out of fresh mushrooms and replaced them with tinned, would have been better if they had asked if they can replace with something else and they were left untouched"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location right by Putney Bridge, making it super convenient to get around. There's a Waitrose supermarket next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is quite new, with a clean and minimalist decor – not luxurious, but very comfortable. I'd give full marks to the service in the ground floor restaurant; the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating, and the food was plentiful and delicious. My only slight complaint is that the shower stall was a bit narrow. Even for someone who isn't particularly big, turning around felt quite awkward; I'd estimate it's only about 60-70 cm wide. Everything else was perfect, though! I had a wonderful three days here."
