"Booked for a family wedding ceremony, check in was 3pm, had to pay £20 to get an early check in. No fridge in the room, no air con, but it has fans in the rooms. Over all it was a comfortable stay with breakfast included."

"The room is clean and very cost-effective. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a good restaurant next door. It is a simple and clear express hotel, suitable for family travel. It is some distance from the subway station, about 30 minutes' walk!"

"I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to start the day right. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my visit and would happily stay here again!"

"Impossible to park, not your fault but very lively outside in the car park eg a man weeping in the middle of the open car park in front of my son. Families complaining about an unmade bed without pillows on arrival didn’t help. Reception staff and kitchen staff very polite."

"For the price I paid (around £65 per night, though prices can vary quite a bit like with many other hotels in Greater London), this was a great hotel. The rooms are modern, the shower is fantastic, and it was a nice bonus that breakfast was included (I'm not sure if that's standard). The mattress was firm (which I liked, but I can imagine some people might prefer something softer). The receptionist was friendly. There's a cheap pub, a supermarket, other eateries, and a park nearby. With the Elizabeth Line, which is just over a 5-minute walk away, you can reach places like Tower Bridge or Tottenham Court Road in about 25 minutes. If you don't mind not being in the absolute best area of Greater London and are okay with a bit of a commute into central London, then this place is perfect. I've already rebooked!"

"Living so remote is because I have to visit relatives, otherwise I generally will not live here 😂 The hotel has no elevator. The luggage has to climb the stairs to move up. The room has no air conditioning and electric fans. It is generally not hot in the UK. The room was large and the two people lived very comfortable. Before leaving on the last day, the front desk staff also sent us a cup of hot coffee for breakfast."

"It was just okay, but one of the housekeeping staff, the elderly man was so rude , for the price the rooms could be better, but good location, lovely pub downstairs and the waitress that attended to was lovely, didn’t catch her name but short, petite, blonde and cute."

"The room didn't have a hairdryer and the facilities were a bit old. I hope they add hairdryers. The price was relatively low. There's a supermarket and restaurants nearby. It's quite close to the subway station, and you can walk about 5 minutes to the bus stop to get to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium."

"Even though it's far from central London, it's about a 15-minute walk to the tube station, and there's a bus stop right outside with frequent services. The hotel is basic, but for the price, it's excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is an extra £5.99, and it's absolutely worth it compared to prices in the area. The room was small but functional, with a new bathroom. The only minor issue was that when we arrived at Britannia Inn, they directed us to another hotel (Park Hotel) from the same group, about 500m away."
