Location near to O2 is great, staff were pleasant and helpful, the problem arose with the breakfast which was cold and not fresh or appealing. Have previously eaten breakfast at Stevenage IHG express which was excellent and certainly put the offering here to shame.

Just as we needed quiet and good located hotel in London. London is expensive city especially hotels. You can get sth cheaper like 30 min away by train from centrum or crazy expensive hotel in centrum. This one is just on spot. Next to Greenwich 5 min walk! I live Greenwich is one of my favorite places in whole London. It is vlose to the centrum and quiet.

This is a fantastic hotel in most respects. Truly wonderful location and superb rooms. Cleanliness was first class. The only slight let down was the breakfast service.... Whilst the food was top notch the queue for ten minutes to be seated was not acceptable. We were escorted to a table and promised that a waiter would take our order for tea or coffee shortly. This didn't happen and I had to seek out a waiter and request the drinks. The whole atmosphere was one of a canteen and not a five star venue. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not able to clear tables or provide a decent degree of customer service. That said, the buffet breakfast was good quality and plentiful with a good choice but don't expect anything like customer service. However, putting the breakfast service aside, this is a lovely hotel in a fabulous place and is perfect for visiting the O2. We had stayed in London theatreland the previous night at the Victory house and enjoyed a table service breakfast at their sister hotel,The Indigo, which is only 4 star but presented a much better offering than this 5 Star establishment. Despite an overall decent stay I found it hard to get over the really second rate service at breakfast...

This is an exceptional hotel to begin with. You will be greeted when you step through to the entrance. You will feel good when you have a chat with the receptionist as they are there to help you. I feel at ease when putting up a night at this hotel. Apart from that, the room is clean. If you need anything, you can always get in touch with them from your room as they have a dedicated telephone in the room. Moreover, the air-con is working perfectly. Best of all, the hotel is comfortable and quiet! I will definitely recommend travellers to stay here.

Large and spacious room with comfy bed and contemporary decour. Brilliantly located a few mins walk from Greenwich overground and only 10mins or so from central Greenwich and the DLR. Staff were friendly and helpful. Every area I experienced was very clean. For those staying on longer trips, the small kitchen facilities were well equipped for snack and small meal preparation. Would certainly stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Perhaps it might be a good idea of the hotel to replace the carpet as it looks quite worn. Apart from that, it was strange that the toilet is separated from the shower room. The toilet does not have a sink in it. Therefore it was quite inconvenient to move from the toilet to the bathroom just to wash your hands. We have asked for some slippers but only one have arrived. The air-con was not as cold as it should be. I think it needs to be re-gas or having the filter washed or replaced. Bear in mind that we paid extra to stay in an executive room. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast. This is because the breakfast was really nice. Compliments to the chef!!!

We were gifted this night away by our daughter as we were off to the 02. The location is ok but it's a half hour walk. (ignore Google Maps, it will take you around the back of the 02). We are regular customers of Premier Inn & I must say, for the price, our room, disappointing. It was small & had seen better days decor wise. It was also very brown! The bed was very comfortable (a little hard for husband's liking, but I loved it). The shower room was excellent although the loo seat was a little off centre. Brilliant shower & nice touches with the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash. We asked for a couple of things from reception (sugar and instructions for the safe but they did not materialise). We had chips with blue cheese sauce in the restaurant and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Recommended. Check in and check out was easy. Parking spaces are designed for normal cars and with so many SUVs, the ability to find a space was halved. We parked further down the street, no charge.
Whether you want to see the landmark attractions or take a breather from the hustle and bustle, Premier Inn London Greenwich is a great choice for your city break. Explore the historic streets, shops and markets of Greenwich town. Take a trip into the area's past at the Cutty Sark and National Maritime Museum. Visit the home of Greenwich Mean Time at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich Park. Or nip across the river to the O2 Arena. And, at the end of the day, unwind in our tasty Thyme restaurant and extra-comfy rooms.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Greenwich for two nights, though unfortunately, I was unwell for the entire duration and didn’t get a chance to explore or travel around. I spent my time in the hotel room resting and sleeping.
The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet – perfect for someone needing rest. The bed was supportive, the room was clean, and the environment was peaceful, which made it easier to recover. I didn’t interact much with the staff due to my condition, but check-in was smooth and everything I needed was already in the room.
One thing to note is that the hotel is quite far from central London. To get around, you'd typically need to rely on the DLR (Docklands Light Railway), which is convenient but does add some travel time compared to staying more centrally. While this wasn’t an issue for me personally on this trip, it’s something worth considering for future stays.
Overall, while I can’t speak much to the sightseeing or amenities, the hotel provided a calm and restful environment when I needed it most.

The hotel was great and service was great however I was dissatisfied with the room I selected did not look anything like the room in the photos and also we had a view off the car park which wasn’t great 🙄

Great
GGuest UserBooked the Pilot Inn for a show at the O2. Truly pleasantly surprised at the experience we had for the price! The rooms re quaintly decorated, with the whole hotel being nautical themed! Our bedroom was well acquainted, cosy and the bathroom was newly renovated and honestly spotless! Shower was incredible! 🚿 The team were really accommodating, providing more milk when needed for the room. We had some issues with the TV connection, unfortunately our WiFi was not working at all on the night so we couldn’t stream to the TV.
Breakfast the next day was an experience in itself. We had lots of choice and also the option for continental items on the buffet selection. The quality of produce was excellent! I would definitely stay here again.
ZZhuzijiaxunThe room is pretty good. But the window cannot be opened, the air is not circulating, it is a bit stuffy, it is unbearable for a long time.
The Beefeater restaurant on the first floor is delicious, you can try it.
GGuest UserI've been to Premier Inn at Tooting but this location, the staff were very accommodating as I was able to check in 15 minutes earlier, the customer service was good and check out was simple and easy without involving staff. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, easy to sleep after 21 hour flight and the breakfast buffet for vegan was delicious and very filling with unlimited tea, juices, hot and cold meals. Highly recommend. The only suggestion I would make is to insert the wifi login details or instructions on the menus inside the hotel as it wasn't explained at check in or the staff should mention that at check in.
KKitKatBarA great place with plenty of space. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave. It was also very clean.
However, the curtains were not blackout at all, and both had some issues, making it even harder to block out light. It was very easy to be woken up by the sunlight in the morning.
But other than that, this place was really nice!
MMankit888Heathrow Airport is located in the west of London, and this hotel is located in the southeast of London, so the distance from the airport to the hotel is quite long, but the hotel is located at the subway station exit and is very convenient for access. We take the subway or bus from the hotel to the city center for about half an hour every day. This is a very atmospheric town with a variety of restaurants, museums and parks. The hotel room was larger than expected and very clean, but there was no hair dryer or slippers. The price was reasonable in London, and the price/performance ratio was OK!
GGuest UserVery convenient place which only few street from Woolrich Station, clean, nice customer service, staff friendly, only without teeth brush & slpeey shoes.
