"Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory."

"When it is Hilton brand you expect certain minimum standards no matter which part of the world it is located. On booking site it said airport pickup included which was one of the main considerations to book this airport hotel. Upon arrival from 25+ hours long flight I had to look around for over 15 min for hotel pickup . Finally I gave up and booked uber. I reported this at check in and staff was friendly and acknowledged the issue and said will get that corrected as they do not have airport pick up. Other issues that one would not expect with Hilton facilities is WiFi was extremely choppy , slow and absolutely useless. Power outlets were made for Indian power plugs only, I could not charge my laptop or phone for entire stay. Food was great though and staff was no doubt friendly and courteous. With these limitations I am not going to pick Hilton Mumbai for sure when landing in Mumbai next"

"Location wise is great which is near to malls and shopping areas. You will find a lot of food options outside the hotel in case you need to try local food. inhouse restaurant is very good and has hygiene and tasty food."

"This is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it. These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place. Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area."

"It is a quaint little hotel on Juhu Tara road, a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It's well kept and clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. My first stay here and I will return no doubt about that. As I did not partake in any meals or drinks this time ,I will sample those next visit and review it then.. I will however recommend this hotel for those visiting Mumbai."

"The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” ."
