"Friendly welcome. Nice staff who provide good service. The room was clean and had everything I need. It is small but enough. This is a good hotel for travelling on a budget."
"The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes getting around quite convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bed was really comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner offered a good variety, which was a definite plus."
"Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel"
"For those booking a seaview/ocean view room, should know that many rooms offer only a ”glimpse” of the sea from one corner of the window. What is on your face is an old dilapidated building right outside. I believe rooms #15 and upwards of higher floors may offer a better view (i.e rooms to the right of the lift lobby. But they are probably offered to the frequent guests.
Rest, everything was good including a good buffet breakfast. Marriage functions could scuttle ur ”relax by the pool” plans since the entire area is cordoned off. So thats a bummer.."
"If you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other"
"Amazing hotel. Great pool and spacious rooms. The executive room has enough space and amazing view. The buffet breakfast and dinner has a kings spread - lot of variety and all taste great. Check-in is a bit slow but understandable as it is India’s largest hotel. Special mention to Anshu at reception who is so welcoming and was best friends with our daughter. Overal you cannot go wrong!"
"The hotel was great! It was close to the airport and the staff were friendly. It's a good place to stay if you arrive in the evening and have an early morning flight. However, while the room was cozy, the shower space in the bathroom was a bit cramped. Despite that, I would be willing to stay here again."
"It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby."
"I had a 6 AM flight on the second day, so I stayed at this hotel for one night. It was incredibly cold inside, even with the air conditioning off. My room had no windows, and I assume all rooms are like that since it's located inside the airport. It's easy to find the hotel from the T2 arrivals gate. However, be aware that because it's inside the airport, going outside or to the departures level is a hassle, typical of Indian airport regulations. You're pretty much limited to finding food on the arrivals level, and there's hardly anything to eat there. Also, the hotel provides its own bottled water, not sealed mineral water. To avoid an upset stomach, I went to the arrivals level to buy my own bottled water. Otherwise, it served its purpose for a convenient transfer."

Amazing
KKizzaBGreat experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb.
Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.
The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them.
I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.
HHareth84Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾
AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.
GGuest UserWe recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive.
A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance.
The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!
GGuest UserAmazing hotel. We forget our passport and money in another hotel safe box, they assist all the way to pick up to send back to us safely. Will definitely come back again
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Airport Terminal 2, making it perfect for travelers catching a flight.
However, the check-in experience was significantly marred by an unprofessional front desk. I was assigned an uncleaned, dirty room, which is a rare oversight. Fortunately, the room itself was outstanding: spacious, clean and tidy (including the bath towels), with a plentiful supply of drinking water. The best part was the bathroom system; the water heated up quickly, the pressure was strong, and the toiletries smelled great.
Overall, despite the service process needing improvement, it's still a very good value-for-money option near Mumbai Airport.
GGuest UserMost stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.
GGuest UserGreat staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry.
Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am.
GGuest UserPlus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel
