"I've stayed here twice now. The location is excellent and it's great value for money. It's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. While the rooms aren't huge, the price is really good, and honestly, you don't spend much time in your hotel room in Japan anyway. It's perfectly fine for a good night's sleep."

"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email. 호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다. 만약 호텔측에서 분실물을 습득하면 제 이메일로 연락주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다."

"Excellent! The hotel is located near Shinsaibashi, Osaka, just about a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market, and other attractions. There are many subway stations around the hotel, and I was able to find the most suitable subway exit using Gaode Maps (a Chinese navigation app). There are two convenience stores (Lawson and 7-Eleven) just a one-minute walk away. Nippombashi Station is about a 4-minute walk, and Exit 2 is the closest (as shown in the photos). The roadside near Exit 2 is also the meeting point for Ctrip's one-day tours (as shown in the photos). Right across from the hotel is Dotonbori Plaza, the terminal stop for Airport Limousine Bus Line 10. From Kansai Airport, taking Bus Line 10 is the most convenient and comfortable option, costing 1800 yen and taking 55 minutes, with beautiful ocean views along the way. The accommodation tax is 200 yen per person per day. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. It's perfect for family trips and independent travelers. The 17th floor rooftop has separate free bathhouses for men and women, open from 3 PM to 11 AM the next morning. They are divided into indoor and outdoor sections (connected). You just need to bring your room's towels and room card to go up and enjoy the hot spring bath. There are Chinese instructions on the wall in the changing room, so even first-time bathers don't need to worry. Overall, the hot spring experience was fantastic!"

"Fantastic 9-night stay! Perfect location, super clean, and amazing amenities. I stayed here for 9 nights (August 20–29) and had a flawless experience. 5 stars all around! Location: Absolutely bombastic! It is incredibly close to Dotonbori and right next to Nippombashi Station, making dining, shopping, and traveling around Osaka extremely convenient. Room & Cleanliness: The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room comes well-equipped with high-quality shampoo and a good hair dryer. Amazing Amenities: I loved the amenity bar where you can pick up extra coffee, green tea, shaving kits, and even skincare products. On the 2nd floor, there is a super convenient ice machine and 3 washing machines (600 yen per load), which was perfect for a longer stay. Service: The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and will definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed at Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring and absolutely loved it. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and every staff member we met was kind, helpful and efficient. Service felt warm without being intrusive. I saw quite a few comments online saying the rooms are too small, but honestly I think it depends on which room type you book. We checked the room size before booking and found it very acceptable for Osaka standards — spacious enough to open luggage comfortably and move around without feeling cramped. One of our favourite parts was all the little extras included during the stay — the free late-night noodles every evening were surprisingly good, and the onsen was such a nice way to relax after walking all day. After the bath, there was complimentary ice cream which made the experience even better. Location is another huge plus — directly across from Dotonbori, within walking distance to Kuromon Market, and very convenient for exploring Namba and nearby areas. The whole hotel has a calm Japanese ryokan-style atmosphere while still being modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time in Osaka ❤️"

"This was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Japan! The price was incredibly affordable for Japan, and the hotel was fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and it even had an oversized bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel's location was also very convenient, being close to the subway station."

"The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently accessible from either Nippombashi or Nagahoribashi subway stations. The best option is Exit 10 at Nippombashi Station, which has an elevator – perfect if you have heavy luggage and want to avoid stairs. Dotonbori is right across the street from the hotel, and Shinsaibashi is also very close, making shopping incredibly convenient. You can even walk to Namba Station, though it's a bit further, where you'll find Takashimaya department store, which is great for browsing. The hotel has a hot spring bath, which is popular with Korean guests, and offers unlimited ice cream and Yakult! The front desk staff are warm and polite, and some even speak Chinese. There's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs, making it super easy to grab snacks. The hotel breakfast is bountiful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable."

"I came alone so I couldn't borrow clothes, but I want to use it again next time ㅠㅠ Because my schedule was so tight, I didn't have a chance to wash up at the accommodation in the evening and use the bathroom, so I quickly went to wash up in the morning and wow, it was really nice. The bath was really hot, but shampoo and body wash were provided to help you relax, and towels were provided too."

"The hotel itself was great, and the employees were very kind and helpful. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff did their best to accommodate our concerns. However, the first room we were given had a strong smell of Indian spices that made it unpleasant to stay in. We requested a room change, and the staff quickly transferred us to another room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room smelled like cigarettes, although it was still better than the first room, so we decided to stay there. Overall, the hotel has great staff and good service, but the rooms could definitely be cleaned and refreshed better to improve the guest experience."
