"I randomly picked this hotel when I went to KSPO for a concert, and it was a delightful surprise! First off, the location is superb. It's in Gangnam, near Sinnonhyeon Station on Line 9. It's just a 5-minute walk from the station to the hotel, making it super convenient for getting to the airport and the venue. You can even catch the express train. Secondly, the area around the hotel is very lively. There's a convenience store and coffee shop downstairs, and all sorts of delicious food options are within walking distance. I booked a family room with two beds this time. For a small country like Korea, where space is at a premium, the room was surprisingly spacious. The website mentioned a 1.3m + 0.8m bed, but the larger bed felt big enough for two people. There's also a sofa lounge area. The front desk staff spoke English, so checking in and communicating was a breeze. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I come for a concert!"

"Perhaps because it's a new opening, there were quite a few disappointments. 1. A staff member opened the door and walked straight in without knocking. 2. It's called a 'hotel,' but the service felt indistinguishable from a motel or hostel. It seems like everyone needs service training. The Korean staff spoke very sharply, and the foreign staff were overly casual with guests. 3. The cheapest rooms are located in the semi-basement, so they were extremely humid. To make matters worse, there was no cell phone signal. Because of this, I received a free room upgrade. However, the room itself was very clean and the facilities were good. The location, situated between Unjuyeok and Sinnonhyeonyeok, was quite decent. Since I got it at an opening price, it was affordable, so it was okay, but I probably won't revisit. I'd rather pay more and stay at a hotel on the main street."

"Convenient to travel from the airport—Bus 6009 stops nearby. The hotel is located right by the Orange Line subway. The staff provide good service and offer luggage storage. However, the downside is that the bed is very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it’s a good stay."

"Very thankful that they are English speaking PLUS PLUS PLUS they help store our bicycle boxes (6 of us) until we return after our ride to Busan. However we also note that thy have limited space which is why best to use soft bicycle case which can be folded up and stacked nearly. I trust that they can help handle bigger groups, just need to call them up and ask nicely. Love the hotel rooms too, though a bit tight but the space is generous enough for us to navigate even with unpacking and packing our bicycles with 2 person in a shared room. Thank you Best Western Premier Gangnam for making our first and last day in Seoul pleasurable for we have the best sleep in the single bed."

"If you're in the Gangnam area for a beauty trip, this place is within walking distance. They have lockers and laundry facilities, so it's perfectly adequate if you're traveling light for a 2-3 day stay. It's supposed to be self-check-in, but for some reason, I always end up having to go to the front desk. The noise level from other guests depends on their etiquette at the time, but it generally feels like there are people around throughout the day. Since the air conditioning is centralized rather than in individual booths, it can be quite strong, so if you get cold easily, you might want to bring thicker pajamas."

"Traveling during Chinese New Year, everything is expensive, so I chose this hotel which offers great value for money. There's a 7-Eleven and a CU convenience store right opposite. The hotel is very clean, and there's a free water dispenser with hot, cold, and ice water near the elevators. There are also many food options close by, just a short walk away. I'm quite satisfied."

"The hotel is super nice and worth it! From the staff and check-in to the room and hotel facilities, it's perfect for solo traveler coming to Seoul for concert (wink). The spa area with free laundry was a highlight! Like Dormy Inn in Japan, they serve hot ramen at night - again, perfect for solo traveler! The staff here speaks multiple languages so asking for help/services was definitely fine. The only downside is that this hotel is located pretty uphill, a lot of walking upslope from the nearest train station. Be careful if you are with heavy or big luggage - better take the airport bus 6703 to the hotel even it takes much longer time. And yes, please top up for breakfast - Dormy Inn's breakfast never disappoints me"

"I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this is genuinely the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in Korea. There was a whole patch of mold on the bathroom sink, and the trash from the room next door was just left outside their door – it was still there when I returned in the afternoon! The hallway also had a very strange, unpleasant smell. The only upside is its proximity to KSPO Dome, just about 4 stops by express train, less than 20 minutes away. I guess it might be okay for a one-night stay if you're not bothered by cleanliness."

"It's the kind of room that's small but has a big bed. You really can't even open two suitcases. The Korean-style housekeeping after check-in was pretty basic, but the convenient location really makes up for it; it's a solid choice."

"I stayed here when I traveled to Korea for a thread lift and submental liposuction. It seemed to be newly built, so it was incredibly clean. There's a cafe on the first floor, and you order using the tablet in your room, which is super convenient. There was probably a Japanese staff member there, which made me feel a bit more at ease since traveling alone internationally can be daunting. ;; I stayed on a women-only floor, and access was via a key card. The locker also opened with a key card. Inside the locker, there were amenities like slippers and towels. They had Type C outlets, which was helpful because I could charge my devices without needing a converter plug. There are showers and washing machines in the basement, and it seems you can even make ramen down there. Everyone on my floor was quiet, which was great. There were also others who had undergone more extensive cosmetic procedures than me, so if you just need a place to sleep that's also clean, this might be a good option. The price was affordable, and it was so clean that I'd like to stay here again and recommend it to everyone."
