"Excellent airport free shuttle service to airport and easy booking kiosk in the lobby. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a couple of restaurants nearby and petrol station. Nice TV with good cable channels in the room."

"It’s was a rocky stay ! The rooms were alright the service ****** ! From me getting ice a worker asked me to not get so much ! I thought I’ve was free then I was banned from here because my niece left a sheet outside on the ground ! So the decided we can purchase a stay ! I left disgruntled I won’t go back"

"In the morning the shuttle is supposed to arrive every half hour. Even though I was ready to leave at 6:23 the shuttle did not arrive at 6:30. In fact the shuttle arrived around 6:45. To make things worse the driver took his time walking slowly into the hotel and slowly back out of the hotel (stopping to speak with the receptionist) which caused us to leave around 6:50. The driver nor anyone else bothered to apologize. When I arrived at the airport I was only one minute away from checked luggage cut off time. If you’re operating a hotel on airport property people choose your hotel because of it’s convenient location. This convenience is negated if the shuttles do not arrive at a consistent time interval. The receptionists should also work on their tone over the phone when they’re communicating with customers. They shouldn’t sound as if they are being inconvenienced by a customer asking questions. Furthermore if the sign on the counter says that breakfast is served from 6 AM until 10 AM yet at 6:20am, there was no breakfast in sight. Did anyone bother apologizing or explaining? No. I personally didn’t have time for breakfast anyway but that’s not really the point. I assume you can find another hotel in proximity that does not have the same low standard of professionalism."

"This hotel was amazing. We got stranded in Charlotte due to a missed flight connection - one adult traveling with four kids. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Every staff person was pleasant and kind to interact with - from the airport shuttle driver, to desk staff, to the ladies making the breakfast (so delicious!!!). 10/10, I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here with my family for a three day long vacation. We LOVED it. We needed a pack n play crib for our youngest and they were very accommodating even though we checked in late! Also, they had a fantastic breakfast. Very very clean with the best views!"

"In order to catch a plane for one night. Very close to the airport, 6 minutes drive. However, there are also near defects, and there is still noise. Fortunately, our sleep has always been very good and has not been affected. People who sleep lightly can't stand it. Other facilities in the room are OK, can't ask too much. The hotel has a free airport transfer, which is convenient and saves a taxi fee."
