JW Marriott Hotels in Shanghai

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy my stays. Usually when I see Anna at the reception I feel happy. She’s very friendly and welcoming. This time it was Claire and Carrie that helped me for checking in. Both of them are very nice and helped to arrange a great room for me. Moreover, it’s so nice to have some relaxing time in the lobby lounge and drinking tea while having a beautiful view of Shanghai. The staff of the lobby lounge are also great and they remember my preference to drink tea.

Lovely stay on the 43rd floor. Lovely room with very comfortable slippers and robe. Executive lounge was nice and the afternoon snacks and drinks were very good The breakfast eggs that were freshly made were very nice but the buffet food was only luke warm. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Overall a very nice stay

The hotel is located in the middle of Shanghai Fish, suitable for self-driving, but not convenient for public transportation. If there is a vacancy, you can check in before 12 o'clock, and all hotel staff are polite. A deposit is required for check-in, but it is refunded in seconds when checking out. Unfortunately, the ”butler service” has never been seen. The room facilities are new, various operating surfaces are spacious, and it is close enough to get out of bed to the bathroom. There are 4 bath towels and large and small towels. The balcony is slightly small. At the entrance of the breakfast room, there is a reminder of dining congestion, which is indeed the case. In addition, the hotel is not together with the conference center, and it is often seen that takeaways choose the wrong address.
