This was by far the best hotel of the trip! First, let's talk about the location. We booked a bay view room and it was absolutely stunning. The air conditioning was the only one in all the hotels we stayed at that we could actually turn off, which was great because I get cold easily (thumbs up!). Downstairs, in the Funan mall's basement two, the food court is fantastic. The bitter gourd fish slice noodles, roasted chicken rice, and Japanese bento boxes were all incredibly delicious and affordable. The only minor drawback is that the pool closes at 9 PM, which feels a bit early. The hotel is conveniently located near the National Gallery and has a park and Old Hill Street behind it. My kid's favourite hotel for staycation! Receive a complimentary upgrade n it fits us family of 4 perfectly! And just outside their level 1 cafe, there is a 24/7 halal hotfood vending machine. On top of that, the pool is perfect for kids. They have big pool n jacuzzi for 0.85m children. Corridor smells awesomely good, n their shampoo soap the bomb! We could not use the machine for self check-in because their system could not find our booking on trip.com, so a staff member had to manually check in for us. Excellent facilities - they provided lots of trolleys for luggages near the front door/reception area, which I think were quite thoughtful. Our kids used the playground a lot. Would love to use the swimming pool but our room (Studio Queen and Single) was quite small (especially the bathoom) to hang our swim clothes to dry. Coat hangers were provided in the room which could be used to hang swimclothes on to airdry, but with the humidity in Singapore, it would take about 2 days to completely dry. In the middle of our stay, we found a dead cockroach on the bed (first photo) while clearing stuff to prep the room for daily room service/cleaning. We left it there for the cleaner to handle it, but when we came back at night, the dead cockroach was still in the room (and moved to a different spot this time - second photo), so we cleaned it ourselves. Not that we are nitpicking, but since the room was small, we had to organise our things around every nook and cranny of the room, and I found the wall under the table near the floor quite dirty.FromNZD 179

We came here november 12 with my husband and our first tike to travel in singapore and we choose this hotel because some of my friends told me to book this hotel because in front only the bus station and the mrt not too far .The price is not that expensive and it's ok ...A lot of filipino stayed here in hotel and i would like to thanks to staff jevania who assist on us in the hotel reception and the staff also who cleaned in our room number 828 .This hotel is kind of old but comfortable and the service is good.Thank you we definately be back💕🫶🙏🇸🇬FromNZD 158

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Bugis, Haji Lane and several MRT stations, which made getting around the city very convenient. The hotel itself has a modern, clean feel with a nice balance of comfort and style.
The service was another highlight. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, whether it was check-in, directions, or general requests. It made the stay feel smooth and welcoming.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool area and gym, which were well-kept and relaxing after a day out in the city.

I stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay during a solo business trip to Singapore, mainly because I had meetings near Marina Bay Sands. The hotel checked many boxes for me, especially its convenient location, Halal certified breakfast buffet and walking distance access to train stations.
The reception area on Level 4 immediately left a strong impression. The interior is beautiful and filled with greenery, somewhat reminding me of Gardens by the Bay. It feels modern, relaxing and very photogenic / Instagrammable at the same time.
I appreciated the convenience of online check in and check out. During check in, I was assisted by Yarik, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He thoughtfully gave me a room facing Marina Bay Sands, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again, Yarik.
The room itself was spacious for a solo traveller. Everything was very clean, and I really enjoyed the bathtub and toiletries provided. Another thing I loved was the coffee selection in the room. There were different coffee strengths available, from mild to very strong, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys coffee a lot.
I visited the hotel gym as well. It is not huge, but good enough for a basic workout. Since I am an Anytime Fitness (AF) member, I also walked to the nearby Suntec City AF branch, which was very convenient from the hotel.
The location is excellent. Promenade MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station are both within about five minutes’ walk, and the Merlion Park area is nearby too, making it easy for me to go jogging.
Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. I especially loved the blended juice with ginger and cinnamon.
On checkout day, although my late checkout request was initially declined by Lydia at the reception counter because the hotel was full, the team later managed to accommodate my request after I explained my situation.

Overall, this hotel was amazing. I genuinely enjoyed the stay, especially the thoughtful service and the Halal certified breakfast buffet.FromNZD 497
