I was so happy to finally find a Chinese-language guided tour that fit my schedule! The one-hour tour covered both the South and North Halls, and even included a seat inside the concert hall. The ticket exchange process was simple: just go to the ticket counter on the basement floor of the Sydney Opera House, give them your code, and you're good to go. If you have a backpack, go forward to store it—it's free. Then you can go up to the first floor to meet up and wait. The guide even gave us time to take photos during the tour, which was great!

The instructions clearly state where to pick up tickets, and the process is very simple: go to the counter to get a booklet. Staff will write a number and the date on the booklet, and remind you of the last shuttle bus time. Take the booklet to the Blue Mountain entrance to have your ticket checked. They will also give you a map and helpful route suggestions. Perhaps due to the holiday, the crowds were huge; each type of cable car required a wait of over 15 minutes. The Railway experience was comparable to a roller coaster (52-degree incline). The drivers, who hop on and off the train, were very attentive and drove smoothly, proactively informing you how many more trains were available, even if the last shuttle bus had passed.

I honestly think Blue Mountains National Park is amazing! The Three Sisters peaks are absolutely stunning; the entire valley looks spectacular when the sunlight shines on it. Along the way, you'll encounter many waterfalls, like Wentworth Falls, where the mist feels incredibly refreshing and cooling on your face. The forest is filled with the scent of eucalyptus trees, and the air is so fresh you can't help but take deep breaths. The whole place is very relaxing to walk around in, and every snapshot is a masterpiece—it's definitely worth a visit! However, driving is the most convenient way to explore the Blue Mountains; public transportation is quite slow.

It's a bit of a shame that the red koala was under maintenance this time and we didn't get a chance to ride the world's straightest koala. Also, because of the strong winds, the yellow koala could only go halfway before turning back, so we didn't get a chance to walk all the way to the Three Sisters Peaks. But even just taking pictures from the koala was beautiful.

The hotel is old and the equipment is average. The location is very good, just by the pier. It is very convenient to eat nearby. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also OK. We booked for 2 nights using an app. When booking two nights straight, it will be more expensive than booking two nights seperately. The first night, the app suggested a disability room. I told the lady at the front desk if that room is needed for someone in need I don't mind changing. The room has a little more space than the 2nd room we had, but overall I would say much cleaner...with a funny smell. The second room, as soon as you get in, it smelled humid and mold; there were mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all around the tub. Two of the towels were undone as if they were already used, and only has 1 set of towel for a 2 person staying. There were squashed bugs on the wall. On the bed, it seemed like someone stepped on it with their shoes on. (See pictures) All the staffs are very nice. I asked for extra towels and pillow cases and the lady at the front desk brought them to our room.FromAU$117
