ShiyueyuThe hotel's location is excellent, it's definitely my first choice when I come to Macau, and I'll stay here again next time. The room was clean and tidied promptly. There are lots of local eateries nearby, and it's close to the attractions. You can wander through the streets during the day, and in the evening, you can enjoy different views from the hotel's top floor. The hotel breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options; I personally preferred the Western style, as the Chinese breakfast leaned more towards Cantonese cuisine, which I'm not used to.

Great location, and the room was new and very clean. I booked it for a promotional price of 20 TWD, which was incredibly good value for money. Plus, they gave me a bunch of gifts! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Macau!

To sum it up, this is a hotel with incredible value for money in Macau.
Complimentary one-way private car transfer service (choose either pick-up or drop-off): The hotel offers a free transfer service, and we were picked up directly from the airport to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a taxi, and the staff very kindly helped us call one, which was fantastic.
Facilities: The hotel amenities include a Dyson hairdryer, Acqua di Parma toiletries, etc., on par with what you'd find at Morpheus. It exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied.
Cleanliness: The hotel is generally very clean. The hallways, rooms, and even the balcony all looked quite clean. Since it's near the sea and on a lower floor, the bed felt a bit damp, but it was an acceptable level of dampness.
Ambiance: I came specifically for the castle-like architectural features. Upon entering, there's a mountain spring by the steps. Our sea-view room directly faced the ocean and the towering buildings across from it. Both the daytime and nighttime views are remarkable, and if you don't feel like going out, just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sea view is quite chill.
Service: The staff were very warm and attentive. It was my first time using the hotel's pick-up service, so I wasn't entirely familiar with it, but everything was handled perfectly.

Guest UserWhile the hotel's facilities are no longer brand new, it's clear they were of high quality and met five-star standards when it first opened. The surrounding scenery, directly facing the Macau Tower, and its proximity to various attractions, left us very satisfied. Unfortunately, due to the hot and rainy summer, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which we've actually experienced in several hotels across mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau during our travels. After reporting it to the hotel, the front desk and cleaning staff handled it very promptly. Although they could only use air fresheners and have technicians investigate, the staff's attitude was absolutely five-star plus. In particular, a trainee manager at the front desk, I believe his name was Victor Tang, made guests feel valued, addressing feedback immediately – truly excellent 👍. Finally, the hotel even sent up a bucket of ice with drinks and a handwritten apology note, which my family found very thoughtful. All the hotel staff, including those at the front desk and the cleaning ladies in the restaurant, had excellent service attitudes. When issues arose, they repeatedly bowed in apology and dealt with them immediately; the staff's service level is truly impressive.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is located on a slope, so getting up and down is very steep and would be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The bus stop is close to the hotel, but again, the climb is challenging. The room was spacious, and I was pleased to find an iron and ironing board. The hotel has a cozy, Portuguese style. There's a small pool, which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was modest, with coffee in a thermos, but you won't go hungry. We walked to the sea to swim but decided against going in. The water was very murky, and there were dead fish floating around. Only a couple of Chinese tourists were on the beach. Housekeeping was very poor; all the towels and bedding should be replaced. Everything was old and worn out, and the duvet covers were synthetic. There was mold in the bathroom. And the icing on the cake – a huge, 5cm cockroach ran in and scared the children.
