"I'm very satisfied with my stay in the room. The transportation here is super convenient. I've stayed here many times and always had a great experience because the staff are very friendly and the front desk ladies are very polite. The environment here is also excellent, with a subway station right downstairs, making it very easy to get around. I often choose this hotel for my travels, and I really love it."

Super new, super clean, and a fantastic location. Location: It's about a two to three-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's and St. Dominic's Church. Right outside, you can catch direct buses (26, 21) to Taipa, the Parisian, and the Londoner. A ten-minute walk takes you to the Grand Lisboa entrance, where you can find the direct airport bus (MT1). Room: The room isn't particularly spacious, and the pictures are true to life. If you prioritize space, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if cleanliness, location, and price are your main concerns, then I highly recommend it. Value for money: Especially for solo travelers, the price is good and it feels very safe. What more could you ask for in a new hotel located in a tourist area at this price point? Service: The front desk staff were all excellent, and they offer luggage storage. Facilities: There's a wireless charger on the nightstand, plenty of wall outlets (mainland chargers work directly), and USB ports. The hairdryer is a Laifen, and the airflow is surprisingly powerful! 😂 The window can be opened, and the building opposite isn't residential or office space, so there are no privacy issues. A great experience! 👍🏻

The pillows, though advertised as coming in both hard and soft options (as shown in the picture), were too high. My 6-year-old completely abandoned their pillow in the middle of the night and just slept without one. When I asked, I was told there were no lower options available. The toothbrushes had a very unique texture. We were supposed to get a free cocktail for following their public account, but because of a typhoon, the rooftop bar was closed, so we didn't get it. The staff member said it was a complimentary offer, so if it wasn't available, it just wasn't available – they seemed quite inflexible when issues arose. Also, the twin beds were only 1 meter wide, which is really too small. That night was a Saturday, so for various reasons, the price of 1700 RMB was quite expensive.

This was my first stay at Andaz, and I found everything—the environment, service, cleanliness, and amenities—to be excellent overall. The staff was incredibly friendly. This trip was a family celebration, and I'd like to specially thank Front Office Supervisor REA R SYIA for her detailed check-in introduction and thoughtful arrangements. Traveling with a baby, the hotel was very accommodating in providing children's facilities and all the supplies we needed. The hotel room was beautiful, and my child especially loved the bathtub! 👍🏼👍🏼 As a guest, you can also enjoy the hotel's happy hour bar from 5 PM to 7 PM. There's also a delicious Portuguese restaurant within the hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼 Getting to the Grand Resort Deck only requires a short walk outdoors, which is quite convenient.

The hotel's location is superb. It's about a 300-meter walk from Exit A of the Macau Barra Transport Hub. The Barra Transport Hub includes a bus terminal and the Barra Station, which is the terminus of the Macau Light Rail Taipa Line. From the Taipa Line, you can transfer to the Hengqin Line at Lotus Checkpoint Station to reach Hengqin Port, or transfer to the Seac Pai Van Line at Union Hospital Station to go to Seac Pai Van. The hotel itself exudes understated luxury, surrounded by lush greenery, with the sounds of birds chirping and cicadas singing, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location is already a popular spot, and I even saw people taking wedding photos there. The front desk service is thoughtful and professional. Although the hotel currently doesn't have an elevator, staff are arranged to help carry luggage upstairs, which is quite convenient. The room was very clean and tidy, with all necessary toiletries provided, and even mosquito repellent equipment. I only used the electric mosquito coil and didn't notice any mosquitoes in the room. The hotel has good sound insulation and is very quiet, with excellent privacy protection. Housekeeping and replenishment of daily necessities only occur with the guest's notification, and non-guests are not allowed into the guest room areas. The hotel's breakfast is semi-buffet, offering both Chinese and Western options. Although simple, it's very delicious. There are also additional self-service items like bread, fruit, and coffee. The restaurant on the second floor serves excellent food and is very popular; you often need to make a reservation to get a table, otherwise, you might have to dine on the outdoor terrace. However, dining on the outdoor terrace in the evening is also a great option. Firstly, it's not too hot and there are no mosquitoes, and secondly, you get an unobstructed view of the bay's sunset and night scenery (the sunset and night views of Hengqin and Zhuhai across the sea are also quite beautiful). All in all, it's a great hotel, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in an elegant and luxurious atmosphere. The decor is incredibly well-designed and exquisite; every common area and even the small details are stunning. You can snap a beautiful photo anywhere, which instantly puts you at ease. What surprised me even more was the value for money. For a very affordable and exceptionally reasonable price, I was able to stay in a spacious suite. The room felt incredibly expansive – it was truly excellent value, far surpassing what I expected for the budget! The check-in process also deserves high praise. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient; the check-in was quick and seamless. I didn't have to wait long in the lobby at all, getting my room card in just a few minutes. Their service attitude was also very friendly and polite. Upon entering the room, the cleanliness was impeccable. The floor was spotless, the bed linen was fresh and clean, and there was a subtle, pleasant fragrance in the air. The bed and pillows had just the right firmness, making them extremely comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. From the hardware facilities to the service details, this stay was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back!

Service: This deserves a huge thumbs up! The front desk service was excellent, and they were very understanding towards parents traveling with babies, helping us with many issues. Hygiene: Very good, very clean. Facilities: Very Macau-themed. We paid extra to upgrade to a sea-view room with a large balcony, and I think it was definitely worth it.
