"I originally booked a fireworks view room, and I'd like to thank Wing at the front desk for upgrading me to a Diamond Suite. The room was spacious, and the bed was 2.2 meters wide, facing the Grand Lisboa with a very open view. The room was fully equipped. However, the soundproofing wasn't ideal, and I was woken up by other guests walking past at around 6 or 7 AM. The hotel's location is good; it's about a ten-minute walk to Senado Square. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau."

"Hotel Location: The hotel is situated halfway up a hill, very close to Hotel Royal. I originally intended to book Hotel Royal, but decided on Hotel Guia instead because it offers a shuttle bus service to the border gate. It turned out to be a great location. Heading up the hill from the hotel entrance takes you to Guia Lighthouse and Guia Hill Park, perfect for active travelers. Walking down the hill, you're very close to the 'King of Gambling's' photo spot, and there's a 7-Eleven and small supermarket nearby, along with a variety of restaurants. Further down the stairs is Tap Seac Square, and it's also a short walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. This location was incredibly convenient for my work. Hotel Facilities: The hotel has a charming, old-world feel, like something from the last century, with a rustic, aged character. The showerhead is a fixed,莲蓬-style spray, and there's a bathtub and wooden sliding doors. Overall, it's clean and tidy, with a mini-fridge to chill drinks. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and there's enough space by the window to fully open a large suitcase. There's a lovely little rooftop terrace with cute decor; sitting up there for a drink and a breeze in the evening would be very pleasant. Hotel Restaurant: There's a very popular restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. It seems to attract not only hotel guests but also many outside diners. Hotel Service: All the staff I encountered were excellent and professional, never showing any negative emotions. The hotel shuttle driver was also very helpful, reminding me to use the pedestrian walkway ahead to avoid a fine. Many thanks to them. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."

"Had a fantastic experience! The young man with glasses who checked me in was super nice. He upgraded my room and even sent up fruit and a cake. He also took the time to explain the hotel facilities and resort (I forgot the name of the resort, but the service was excellent). Room 916 was great, and the toiletries were lovely and fragrant. The hotel is centrally located and has a really charming, vintage feel to it, with lots of international guests. The lobby is quite photogenic, especially with the grand staircase and chandelier! The hotel's location is also convenient, with a bus stop nearby."

"Excellent stay! This time, my experience was a delightful surprise. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was dry and sparkling, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Any requests were handled promptly. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway and the food street, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest even though it's in a busy area. For its price range, it offers unbeatable value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends."

"Stayed here with friends, and it was a fantastic experience! 🏨 The ambiance is super elegant, perfect for taking photos. The service was also very attentive; as soon as we walked in, a staff member warmly guided us. The room facilities are very new, and the bedding is so soft, I slept incredibly well. My friends and I had a wonderful time here, and we'll definitely choose this place again when I come with my family next time. Service: I particularly liked one of their male staff members; he personally carried our luggage to the room and even helped us with our slippers."

"This is a very new hotel, exceptionally clean and odor-free. They provide two complimentary bottles of water in the room, and the Cony rabbit decorations are super cute! As soon as I arrived, a staff member warmly guided me through the check-in process and even helped with my luggage, which was a great start. Throughout the hallways, you'll find many Cony rabbit and Brown bear mirrors, and the area near the elevators always smells fresh. The terrace is also perfect for photos, though at night, you might encounter some small insects due to their attraction to light, but that's a natural phenomenon, so it's understandable. Getting around is convenient too; to visit attractions, I'd just walk to Grand Lisboa Palace and take their shuttle bus, or hop on a public bus, as the stops aren't as far as I expected. The 50 MOP dining voucher I received at the shuttle bus stop was a great deal, and the noodles I had for breakfast at Sang Gor Cafe were delicious. I'm also very grateful to the hotel for preparing a birthday cake after receiving my email – it was really tasty! The only minor drawback was on the last day when I checked out and stored my luggage to visit a themed restaurant. I only stored it for less than an hour, but it took about twenty minutes to retrieve it. I understand it was a busy time for luggage storage, but the three people behind me got theirs before me, and I only had one suitcase, yet it took so long. When I asked about it, the staff member was quite impatient. Despite this small issue, the overall experience was very satisfying."

"Excellent hotel located in the green part of Coloane Island. It's a very peaceful area with sea views from the window. Quiet, with the sounds of the jungle. I love walking on forest trails, and near the hotel, there's plenty of space – huge parks with well-maintained paths for hill walks. You could probably explore different trails for a week. I really enjoyed it. In the center of the park, there's a massive A-Ma sculpture and a Buddhist temple. The hotel doesn't have its own beach access, but it does have swimming pools. There's a public beach nearby, so it's not an issue. I was very pleased with the bedding in the room – the mattress was perfectly soft, and the blanket was well-chosen, making it ideal for sleeping with the air conditioning on, neither too hot nor too cold. The hotel isn't new; it seems to have been built in 1993, and there's a certain charm to its slightly older feel. Some of the old furniture and wooden doors remained in the room, which I found beautiful. The breakfasts were superb – delicious and varied. I wasn't impressed with the lunch and dinner menu at the ground-floor cafe; it was expensive and uninspired. The Japanese cafe upstairs was decent. There's a street cafe near the hotel, towards the beach, which seemed good, but I didn't eat there. I'm very satisfied with my stay; it's a beautiful, green part of the island. A pleasant hotel that I recommend."

"The hotel is located in the quiet Cheoc Van, away from the bustling Cotai and Coloane, but accessible by bus route 26A, which runs every ten minutes or so. It takes only about an hour to get to the hotel from the Macau Peninsula city center, which wasn't too far for me. If you're arriving by bus without much luggage, the public bus stop near the hotel is named C677-1 Cheoc Van Barbecue Park 1 (according to the bus company). After getting off, cross the street, and there will be a black iron gate leading to the hotel. The hotel's swimming pool area and front desk are located in front of the pool. Otherwise, following Gaode Maps will require a longer walk. However, that stone staircase is a bit narrow, so it's inconvenient with large luggage; in that case, you'll have to follow Gaode. The hotel room's balcony overlooks the beach, and the room itself is clean and has a Portuguese flair. Although breakfast is simple, it tastes good. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can take a bus to Coloane for a meal, which is only about a ten-minute ride. This place is suitable for tourists who want to escape the hustle and bustle of Macau and enjoy some peace and quiet."

"The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located, with clean public areas. The breakfast is more Western-style, so those who prefer Chinese stir-fries, fried rice, noodles, or steamed dim sum might find it less to their liking. We were fine with it and found enough to eat. As for service: housekeeping was decent, front desk service was secondary, and restaurant service was extremely average, with overly salty dishes for some reason. The room noise was a major issue – constant sounds of running water from pipes, air conditioning, and what sounded like furniture being dragged from upstairs or downstairs, which continued intermittently until late at night. The hairdryer quality didn't match the hotel's caliber, which was a poor experience. Overall, the service isn't as good as hotels in Taipa and definitely needs improvement, especially in guest-facing details, where there's a significant gap. This might be due to language barriers with the foreign staff."
