The room was great, very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The air conditioning was also quite strong. However, the bath towels didn't seem to dry overnight when hung in the room. My only slight concern was that the hotel is located deep in an alley, which is a bit dark. A woman walking alone might feel a little scared. On the bright side, there's a night market and a 7-Eleven right at the alley's entrance, which is very convenient, though the main street outside can get quite congested at night.

We always come back to this hotel, and Kuya Kung is the main reason why! He is consistently so kind, welcoming, and helpful during every single stay. The staff here go above and oltre to make you feel at home. Combined with the fantastic, super-convenient location right near the Pratunam markets and clean, comfortable rooms, this is our absolute favorite place to stay in Bangkok. Thank you, Kuya Kung, for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely return!

The master bedroom has a smart TV with a large screen. The bed is wide enough for three people. The bunk beds are single size. The room was basically cleaned every day. Every hotel staff member was very friendly. It's convenient to get to any attraction. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the station, but we didn't use it. It's close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which has great food, cosmetics, and a supermarket. This hotel offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Thai food is fantastic. There are two 7-Eleven stores near the hotel. About a 5-minute walk further, there's an affordable and legitimate massage parlor worth trying.

9/10 – Very Good Stay

I had a very pleasant stay at Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for money. The only reason I’m giving 9 instead of 10 is that there is still a little room for improvement in some facilities and amenities.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would be happy to stay here again.

The location is convenient, but unfortunately, there's a limited variety of room types, and the soundproofing isn't great, so noise is an issue. Getting a taxi or being dropped off/picked up is difficult due to the tricky parking situation. The customer service, however, was attentive. The area itself isn't very suitable for families with young children. Overall, it's just about acceptable.

Overall, the hygiene was good. There were very minor stains in the toilet, but they were acceptable and easily cleaned with the shower head. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Nana station and about 3 minutes from Nana Plaza. It's also right next to the famous Nana nightlife area. It's a great choice for a trip with friends.

It was an extension stay so my previous review remains the same. Checkout was smooth and without hassle, the service counter staffs were courteous

Please improve the amenities such as toilet door unable to close, bathroom door is missing, and have more power points in the room.

Conveniently located near massage parlors, McDonald's, and the night market for fruits and clothes. It's a 5-minute walk to Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum and Central Festival. This is a small, cozy hotel. The breakfast spread isn't huge, but there's a good selection: eggs cooked to order, soups, some pastries, three types of fruit (usually watermelon, pineapple, and alternating melon with jackfruit and papaya), and three kinds of juice (orange, pineapple, apple, and rarely grape). There's a coffee machine, cereals and milk for kids, and yogurts. They also offer Indian cuisine, with about 10 dishes in total. The pool has a bar with 1+1 cocktail promotions, and you can order food there too. By the pool, there are two slides: one for older children, and a mushroom fountain and slide in the kiddie pool for younger ones. In the bathroom, you'll find a shower cap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are also provided. There's a small gym with three exercise machines and a weight bench. You'll find a scale in the gym to weigh yourself, and luggage scales in the lobby. A 1000 Baht deposit is required upon check-in.

Location is good and quiet for a good night's sleep and staff was good and friendly but a down side are there were ants everywhere in the room, on the desk, the bathroom and even coming onto the bed. The staff was good, the did come and spray around which I suppose helped a little bit but didnt fully get rid of them.

My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere.

First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in the heart of South Pattaya, just a few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach. Songthaews (public pickup trucks) are readily available right outside, and there are 7-Elevens, restaurants, and massage parlors everywhere. It's super convenient for getting to Walking Street and the Pattaya Princess cruise. Coming back from a night out, you don't have to go out of your way, which I, as someone who loves exploring, really appreciated. Plus, there's free parking, which is a thoughtful touch for those driving, as there's no stress about finding a spot.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The variety was better than expected, with Thai fried noodles, curry, bread, and fruit, as well as some Indian-inspired dishes. The taste was decent, nothing spectacular, but it filled us up and offered good value for money. Some of the front desk staff were quite helpful, answering all our questions and even offering tips for exploring the area, so that experience was pretty good.

However, there were some significant downsides! The room's fixtures and fittings were severely outdated. We booked a room with a balcony, but the walls had mold stains, the towels looked old, and the floor felt a bit wobbly when you walked on it. The worst part was the terrible soundproofing; we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the street late at night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The cleaning was also quite perfunctory; they only made the bed and emptied the trash daily, without properly wiping down surfaces or the floor. We even found a small bug in a corner, which was a bit off-putting.

The rooftop pool view was mediocre, and the water didn't look particularly clean, so we didn't really dare to swim. Also, the hotel is near the nightlife area, so the music was quite loud at night. I genuinely wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

In summary, for the price of 300-500 baht, the amenities are pretty standard. Its main advantages are the convenient location and ease of getting around, making it suitable for travelers who just need a place to crash and spend most of their day out exploring. If the hotel could improve the cleaning and soundproofing, the experience would be much better.

All the staff are helping with a smile on their faces. We had a lot of luggage. They helped us with all of that. The kitchen staff are very humble and happy. They have a funny washing machine at room 607. It never stops.

Yes the room was dated, and yes the room was hot. However the room was clean, comfortable and a fan was provided to help circulate the warm air. The windows have restricted openings most likely due to H&S but with the fan it was enough to move the warm air out and allow cooler air in.
Check up was chaotic but the lady apologized and explained they had a member of the staff off sick. She worked her way through everyone as quickly as she could giving everyone the same warm welcome.
Breakfast was enjoyable and the spa area was a delight offering everything you need.
After checking out I realized I left my sunglasses in the room. The cleaning team were so helpful allowing me access to retrieve them and to double check I had everything

Hotel was quite easy to find & access was quite good. Good car parking arrangement with the council for 2 day's. Disappointment the hotel didn't offer an evening meal so we had to go out & find it which wasn't ideal as when booking we noticed a restaurant on site. Only coach parties would be entertainment apparently.
Breakfast covered hot & continental which was good to us.
Our room however was far from satisfactory to us but we tolerated it & didn't complain. The bathroom door handle was troublesome to open so instead of fixing it they put a sign on the door telling us what to do.. The bathroom blind was also broken.
The very small room had a tiny bed which was far from comfortable. We paid a lot for 2 nights which we regret so alas we won't be returning.
