This hotel is located right across the road from Kyoto Station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, dining, and shopping. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the standard amenities. Nothing extraordinary, but perfectly adequate. The breakfast buffet offered a wider variety of options compared to other hotels I've stayed at. I'd definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-amenities with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, close to shops and train stations, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right near Kyoto Station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, izakayas, and a large shopping mall all nearby. The hotel offers hot spring baths, along with complimentary ice cream and coffee. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the housekeeping service is fantastic, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Highly recommended!

This was the best hotel of the three we stayed in on our trip to Japan. 
The location was absolutely central to everything, and amenities were all close at hand. Close to Kyoto station meant that even when you were out all you had to do was finding a train or bus coming back to the station.
From the first view of the hotel inside we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. 
The room blew us away when we opened the door, it was well laid out.
 The service and food were exceptional, absolutely loved the ”Meat Theatre” this was an all you can eat and well worth the money.   The staff were truly helpful at all times.
Exceptionally good value loved it and would recommend it to everyone we know that are going to Kyoto.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kyoto Station, making it very convenient for traveling. It is located right opposite Kyoto Station Hachijo East Exit, with Avanti Mall just next to it, so everything you need is nearby.

There is another Keihan Hotel in the same area, which may be slightly confusing at first. However, the hotel is actually very easy to find — just exit Kyoto Station, turn left, and you will see it next to Avanti Mall.

The hotel also provides skincare products from KOSE, which is a very nice and thoughtful touch.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The hotel's location is fantastic! The design is also very modern and forward-thinking. The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and always attentive to whether we needed any assistance. It was a very satisfying stay. We stayed in Japan for 7 nights and switched between 3 hotels, and this was by far the most satisfying five-star hotel experience!

TLDR: worth!!!!

Booked their “run of house - short stay” room. You only find out the room decor and size when you enter, which is fun if you’re into surprises.

The room was relatively big (for 1 pax), and was very clean. A few downsides: there’s no vanity, a total of 2 power sockets in the whole room, frosted window that can’t be opened, bidet wasn’t working, you can hear traffic from the station, soundproofing wasn’t great.

Hotel service was great! They have amenities in the lobby but not in the rooms. They also give you a discount voucher for the observation deck. And the rooftop bar is conveniently located in the same building.

Location is amazing! Easy to find, extremely near the train station. A lot of food places nearby, even in the train station.

Overall a good stay!

Absolutely fantastic. Close to universal studios,train station and lots of convenient stores. The room was small for three men but managed to make it work. The under the sea theme rooms are impressive and the window view good but if you want a better view go up to the onsen and you'll have a spectacular view of the city. For an extra few dollars give the onsen a try it is amazing

The location is excellent, right across from the Tanimachi 1-chome subway exit. The check-in process was very smart, and the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and equipped with smart features, making for a great overall experience.

Hotel entrance is not easy to spot, given that we drive and required a space to stop by and drop off luggage. Hotel is comfort, enjoy my stay here, able to open luggages and room corridor to walk on. Big space in bathroom. Walkable to Namba station and then dotondori, kuromon market and Shinsaibashi.

I visited during the late hours. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Osaka-jo Hall, where the concert was held. There are tons of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby, so no worries about shopping or dining. Keihan Station is right downstairs, offering multiple lines from JR, the subway, and Keihan Electric Railway, making it really easy to get to the airport, Kyoto, and other attractions within Osaka. However, because it's built right on top of the station, some rooms are incredibly close to the railway tracks. Even late at night on weekends, you can still hear train noises past midnight, which is something to keep in mind!

If you prefer a less noisy environment, this is a place for you. Located in a quiet neighborhood quite closed to subway. There is a convenient store just a few steps away and some restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast choice, self laundry is easy to operate and staff are friendly. The only downside is the housekeeping only change your towels and dump the trash bins without a choice of bed making. It would be better if choice of making up room is available for guests staying 2 nights or more.

Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was great. The location is really excellent – within 100 meters, you'll find a subway station, convenience stores, coffee shops, and a mall. There are also several restaurants nearby. Check-in is done via a self-service machine, and there's a Cainiao Express point nearby where you can send packages.

The service here is truly excellent. The moment you walk into the lobby, you're struck by how spacious and clean it is, and the staff are always incredibly attentive. 

The location is fantastic too. If you exit Tsukiji from exit 3b, you'll be at the hotel entrance in no time. The closest convenience store is a 7-Eleven, followed by FamilyMart and Lawson, so grabbing food or anything else you need is super convenient.

As for the room, yes, it's small, but that's pretty standard for Tokyo. However, all the facilities are spotless and brand new, giving it a very tidy feel. I have to especially praise the bathroom; the hairdryer and showerhead are from the famous Japanese brand Refa. Plus, the complimentary amenities in the lobby are from Sekkisei. Overall, the hotel has a very upscale vibe.

If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again.

Staffs and the housekeepers are friendly. The room was surprisingly small but good enough for one person. If you have a big luggage you may struggle. Basic amenities are provided (towels, shampoos and conditioners, slippers, water, etc). Some are provided by the front desk for free (at level 2).

Daily housekeeping provided. There's ”Do not disturb” and ”eco-cleaning” cards you can put by the door based on your comfort. If you stay for more than 2 days, they will change your bed linen on the 3rd day of your stay and do a full housekeeping. They will inform you with a note by the door.

They also allow Netflix and YouTube on their TV. So glad I could watch my entertainments during my stays ＞_＜.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro station but you can travelled straight from the airport. Sensoji Temple is right behind and you can take a walk at Sumida Park nearby to see the Tokyo Skytree. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Many convenient stores too (7/11 is right beside the hotel).

Can take the Ginza line (10minute walk to Tawaramachi Station) to other places like Ueno, Akihabara, Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Overall, enjoyed my stays at the hotel. The staff was very informative. Check in and out are fast and efficient. Do prepare to pay taxes though.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Shinjuku, and the breakfast is pretty good too. The room layout and space are well-designed and practical, and it's fully equipped with everything you need. You can pick up toiletries from the first floor if you need them. It's super convenient for getting to places like Ginza.
