I had a wonderful stay at Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful tropical surroundings, spacious and clean rooms, and excellent facilities. The large swimming pool was a highlight of my stay, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Bali.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with Sanur Beach, restaurants, and local attractions just a short distance away.

The room was great, clean and tidy, and the location was excellent – very close to Monkey Park, making it convenient to get everywhere. The service was also very good, with everyone being really enthusiastic. The breakfast was a bit average, but overall, it doesn't detract from the experience!

Several facilities were affected by a renovation which was supposed to be finished on the first day of our stay. Unfortunately the renovation continued and so the onsite  restaurant and gym were not available to us. They did make do with a small buffet breakfast held in the kids club each morning. Staff were all friendly.We stayed in the 3 Bedroom apartment. The room was spacious and clean. Each bedroom had its own air-conditioning unit. A short grab ride to the Icon / many of the restaurants along the main strip. I did the walk once from the rear gate of the hotel to the Icon which took 22 mins at a fairly decent pace. The kids loved the waterslide which was a fun way to enhance the pool experience. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I booked this hotel specifically for the massage, but then I walked past the ground floor and smelled the most amazing food, and I was instantly hooked! And it really was delicious. I ended up eating all my meals at the hotel for five days straight. The avocado milkshake was fantastic too, and honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the drinks on the menu. The massage on the fifth floor was about 80 kuai a session! What more could you ask for? I went almost every day, but definitely book in advance.

We had a fantastic stay at Bali Dynasty Resort. It’s truly a paradise for families with kids.

The water slides and kids’ pool were the highlight — our children absolutely loved them and never wanted to leave! The facilities are very family-friendly and well maintained.

The staff were warm, attentive, and always welcoming with big smiles. The food options were varied and enjoyable, with great service throughout.

A perfect choice for a fun and relaxing family holiday. We will definitely be back!

It was really great. It was a really long way to get there, but I definitely plan to visit again next time! It was so disappointing to stay for one night! And there was a review that said the restaurant wasn't that great, but that's not the case at all!! The price was really cheap and I really enjoyed it! Restaurant highly recommended

The hotel was clean though it's a bit old. Room door was not close tightly as there's gap in between but it's just 1 night stay for me, so I ignore that. Overall service at the recept was good & value for money.

During my stay there is group of company members who sit along the aisle to my room every morning and evening, since they are very noisy makes me uncomfortable while passing by.
