Checking in was a breeze, thanks to Kelly from the front desk. She warmly introduced me to the hand-purifying ritual and the evening essential oils, striking a perfect balance of being enthusiastic and professional. Her polite and professional demeanor made me feel right at home. Every staff member I encountered exemplified the professionalism and high standards one expects from a Waldorf Astoria. The breakfast was lavish with a wide variety of choices, offering both à la carte and buffet options. Unfortunately, my stay was too short this time, so I didn't get to experience the spa. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing.

We chose this hotel because my daughter's clinical exam was right across the street, and it turned out to be a real gem. 1. Upon check-in, Duty Manager Wang Dandan assisted us. I mentioned my daughter was taking an exam and asked for a quiet room. Manager Wang immediately upgraded our room type and gave us a truly satisfying room. 2. The next morning at breakfast, my daughter barely ate anything due to waking up early and exam stress. I asked the restaurant staff if I could take a few pastries for her to eat when she returned, and they immediately provided a to-go box for me to select items. 3. My daughter had three exams on Sunday, with the last one starting at 4:30 PM. I requested a late check-out, and Manager Wang enthusiastically coordinated and got approval for it. A business that genuinely considers its guests will always be our choice. Thank you, Jinyuan Century Grand Hotel, Manager Wang Dandan, and the restaurant staff for your help…

I brought my elderly parents to Xiangshan for the weekend and chose this hotel mainly because the rooms were renovated last year.

**Facilities:**
The lobby, first-floor restaurant, and pool facilities are a bit dated, but the room facilities are very new. The layout and decor colors are somewhat similar to 'Ji Hotel', and the TV supports screen mirroring. There's also a smart toilet.

If you're sensitive to smells, you might notice a slight odor, but you can open the window for ventilation.

**Drawbacks:** I had planned to take my parents to the hot springs, but you have to go through the changing room, down to the pool level, and then walk a bit further to get there, which is not very convenient.

The breakfast is quite average, not as good as 'Ji Hotel' or 'Atour'. There are few Western options, and the Chinese hot dishes are mostly vegetarian. The noodle station only offered beef noodles and 'rouyan' (meat wontons).

**Cleanliness:**
From the lobby to the hallways and rooms, everything was kept clean and tidy. Even though it was the low season and there weren't many guests, I saw staff waiting to clean rooms daily.

**Environment:**
The hotel is less than 1000 meters from the Botanical Garden, Xiangshan Park, and the light rail station. The hotel's greenery is nice, and my parents enjoyed taking walks there in the mornings and evenings.

**Service:**
Check-in was quick. We arrived early, and the front desk promptly arranged two mountain-view rooms for us. Seeing that we had elderly guests, they also reminded us about safety and provided some fruit and snacks. Throughout our stay, all the staff we encountered in the hotel proactively greeted us.

The room was clean and tidy, and very convenient. The cleaning auntie did a very thorough and meticulous job. The mattress and pillows in the room were perfectly soft and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. On the 33rd floor, there's late-night service, and the small noodles and porridge were very satisfying. Special shoutout to staff member 100520, who was absolutely wonderful! The overall service was even better.

This stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The location is super convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, my stay was very satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with quick hot water. The bedding was soft, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing at night was good, allowing for a very restful sleep. Shuangshuang (the staff member) handled the check-in efficiently, and the staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good. Facilities were well-maintained, and the internet speed was stable. For this price point, the quality is exceptional, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

Super big room with a great pricing.
There are restaurants and mall very near. Will be a great choice for people who need stay over the weekend due to work.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The front desk service was warm and polite, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and great for sleeping, so we rested exceptionally well. All the staff were very courteous and responsive, truly providing thoughtful and thorough service – a five-star standard!

The experience of staying at Hefei Beicheng Century Jinyuan Hotel is excellent. The exterior of the hotel is eye-catching, the lobby is exquisitely decorated, and the water scenery is green. The atmosphere is full. The rooms are spacious, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the whole is clean and tidy. The supporting facilities are complete, the water quality of the heated swimming pool is clean, the gym equipment is complete, and it is very convenient to relax in leisure time. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, fresh and delicious meals are made, Chinese and Western dishes are complete, and seafood dry goods are available for purchase. The front desk was particularly intimate, and presented a tea-chilled tea companion gift, including sputum black tea and Pu'er raw tea, produced from Linyi, Yunnan, with solid materials and exquisite packaging. The duty manager (job number 6302) is meticulous and thoughtful, responds promptly, treats people warmly, the details are full of care, the overall stay is comfortable and comfortable, whether it is business travel or family play is very suitable, next time you come to Beicheng will choose this one.
