The staff member who guides cars at the entrance saw my child and me struggling with luggage and immediately came over to help. In the evening, when we were heading out, he enthusiastically gave us directions. He was an elderly gentleman, super nice! 👍 The front desk staff was also great, providing service with a smile throughout and even upgrading our room. Many thanks! Kids under 12 eat free for breakfast, which is a thoughtful touch, though the variety wasn't extensive. The hotel is very close to the subway station; you just need to cross the street, and there's a direct elevator access next to the Guardian Art Center.

The whole family was satisfied. The guest relations department contacted us in advance and upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic: the room was spacious, well-ventilated, and even had a washing machine – it was incredibly comfortable! For this price, the overall experience completely exceeded our expectations! Oh, and the big ice cream cones were cheap and delicious.

This hotel is quite spacious and has a tranquil atmosphere. The guest rooms are generously sized and well-lit. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful; they immediately resolved an issue with the TV remote control in my room. When I scraped my ankle hiking, the front desk kindly provided a band-aid. The breakfast buffet was quite rich, with plenty of pastries, fruits, and coffee available. The freshly made hand-pulled noodles were particularly delicious. During the May Day holiday, the hotel organized a variety of activities for children, including lacquer fan painting and baking, which the kids clearly loved. The pool and hot spring bath on the basement level were at a comfortable temperature, perfect for relieving the day's fatigue. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Guanyin Bridge.

The overall hotel environment is good. They offered a complimentary afternoon tea with coffee and bread. In the afternoon, there was also a snack event in the lobby where you could pick one snack for free. Other snacks could be purchased, basically at the same price as outside, and it saved me from going out in the heat, which was great.

The breakfast selection was rich and very satisfying. They even offered porridge in the evening, which was perfect when I was a little hungry but didn't want to eat too much.

My only dissatisfaction was with the air conditioning. In the first room, there was airflow, but it wasn't cool. When I called the front desk, they claimed it was due to the 'setting sun,' affecting the cooling efficiency. I thought, being an older hotel, perhaps the central air conditioning wasn't very effective in general, and all rooms were the same, so I just endured it. Later, while having porridge in the evening, I noticed the air conditioning upstairs was working perfectly, and there was no 'setting sun' excuse then. The restaurant staff helped me speak to the front desk, and they arranged for a technician to check it. It turned out the cooling was indeed poor, so I was moved to a different room, and the difference was immediate. The front desk was clearly trying to fob me off initially, and I suffered through a hot afternoon because of it.

Hotel is within short 5-10 minutes walking distance to nearby eating places while a DIDI to nearby popular sites also typically dont take more than 15 minutes. This is a great place for business travellers who want to steal some time off for brief sight seeing. The lunch buffet was a little underwhelming considering the reputation of Chongqing being a food haven. Also, if the room's air condition can be improved as it gets slightly warm at times, it will be an even better stay. 
That being said, the service, cleanliness  and attention to details have been outstanding. Overall, I am very happy with the stay!

Overall, my stay was very satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with quick hot water. The bedding was soft, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing at night was good, allowing for a very restful sleep. Shuangshuang (the staff member) handled the check-in efficiently, and the staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good. Facilities were well-maintained, and the internet speed was stable. For this price point, the quality is exceptional, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

There are restaurants and mall very near. Will be a great choice for people who need stay over the weekend due to work.

Can find food easily

I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. 

The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. 

Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

The experience of staying at Hefei Beicheng Century Jinyuan Hotel is excellent. The exterior of the hotel is eye-catching, the lobby is exquisitely decorated, and the water scenery is green. The atmosphere is full. The rooms are spacious, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the whole is clean and tidy. The supporting facilities are complete, the water quality of the heated swimming pool is clean, the gym equipment is complete, and it is very convenient to relax in leisure time. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, fresh and delicious meals are made, Chinese and Western dishes are complete, and seafood dry goods are available for purchase. The front desk was particularly intimate, and presented a tea-chilled tea companion gift, including sputum black tea and Pu'er raw tea, produced from Linyi, Yunnan, with solid materials and exquisite packaging. The duty manager (job number 6302) is meticulous and thoughtful, responds promptly, treats people warmly, the details are full of care, the overall stay is comfortable and comfortable, whether it is business travel or family play is very suitable, next time you come to Beicheng will choose this one.
