The staff were really friendly, and the location is quite good too. It's just five subway stops directly from Universal, and then a short taxi ride of a few bucks gets you right to the hotel. We got a free upgrade to a family room, which was decent. The only downside was that the projector was pay-per-view. They also offer a shuttle to Universal with two early morning runs, but we woke up too late to catch it. A taxi there wasn't much anyway, about 20 yuan. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

The room's location was excellent, clean, and tidy. It was very close to Tiananmen Square, making it convenient for our family of six to visit all the attractions. It was also very near the subway station. Our family stayed for three nights in two rooms, including a family room, and everyone really enjoyed it. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

I chose this hotel last minute for a date with my boyfriend. It had a high rating on Ctrip and was very close to the subway station.

There's a small garden on the seventh floor, which was a shame we couldn't enjoy because it was raining. Otherwise, I would have loved to sit there. Overall, it was great, and the air conditioning in the room worked really well!

The hotel's breakfast noodles and rice vermicelli are a must-try! 👍 They were even better than the ones we bought at a small noodle shop the night before!

The front desk staff deserve a huge shout-out as well. They were so helpful in storing our luggage, and when we came to pick it up, seeing we had a lot of bags, they even offered us a hotel bag to combine them. That was a really thoughtful gesture!

Came here for a family vacation with the kids. The location is super easy to find, and we could walk to Beicang Cultural and Creative Park as well as the pedestrian street. I came to Suzhou on a business trip and chose a hotel near Xutu Port. The experience was great! The transportation is extremely convenient.
