The room was spacious with a window, and being on the 14th floor, the view was fantastic. You needed to use your card to operate the elevator, which made me feel very secure. Right opposite the hotel is Cuihu Park, which is free to enter, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is located in the city center. To the right of the hotel is Huangdong Street, a vibrant area, especially when the jacaranda trees are in bloom, with many small cafes for visitors to relax in. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with high-quality offerings. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was also excellent; the dishes tasted great, the prices were reasonable, offering great value for money. I had all three meals at the hotel every day, which was clean and hygienic, with beautiful views of Cuihu Park from the window! This hotel is quite popular, and rooms book up quickly. I booked a week in advance and couldn't even extend my stay for an extra night. If you get a city view room, you can catch the sunrise. The most sought-after rooms are the lake view ones, which overlook Cuihu Park and offer stunning sunset views. If you want one, make sure to book well in advance! This hotel definitely deserves a 100/100 score!

Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained, and the cleanliness is quite good. The soundproofing is also excellent, and the blackout curtains are superb. It's convenient for sightseeing, very close to Nanping Pedestrian Street, Jinma Biji Archway, and Kunming Old Street, with plenty of transportation options. The hotel staff are warm and friendly. When checking out, the front desk allowed us to store our luggage while we went to buy souvenirs, which was super convenient. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel is excellent in service and amenities for both family travel and business stay. 

Inside the hotel and the room area are very clean and tidy.
The staff here are very professional and supportive.
Self service laundry is very good with the big size of washing and drying machines.
Breakfast provided here has a variety of Oriental food with a selection of noodles.
(Just one thing to mention about the service, we tried to request boiled vegetable without noodle but some of the cook team members seemed to be unhappy with our request. Please correct us if our request is against your policy or something. We also would like to understand the situation.)

This stay truly exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The overall facilities and environment perfectly matched what was advertised online; in fact, the real place is even more refined than the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise.

The most thoughtful touch was the complimentary upgrade to a room with an adjustable mattress. Being able to customize the firmness made a huge difference to my sleep quality – a real bonus for tired travelers!

I especially want to commend the housekeeping staff; their service was incredibly meticulous and attentive! The bed was made perfectly, with every detail neat and tidy.

In the afternoon, the hotel even sent a gentle SMS reminder asking if we needed our room cleaned. It turns out we had accidentally pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button. This level of respect for guest privacy, coupled with such attentiveness and thoughtfulness, truly made our stay comfortable.

The entire experience was a perfect 10. From the environment and facilities to the service, everything far surpassed what I expected. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou!

I chose this hotel because I had an early train to catch the next day, and it's quite close to the train station. The location is genuinely great and convenient. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and both the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. It was quiet at night, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a really good rest.

The environment is clean and tidy, and they even offer complimentary fruit every day. The location is excellent, right by the city moat. It's about a 10-minute walk north along the river to Daming Lake, and a 6-minute walk south to Black Tiger Spring, Jiefang Pavilion, and Kuanhouli. The commercial street is just to the west. The breakfast selection is quite varied. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.
