I brought my parents to Kunming, and our first stop was the Green Lake Hotel – we were very satisfied!

**Facilities**: This is an old, established state guesthouse in Kunming that has hosted many famous figures. It even has a staircase designed by I.M. Pei, which is quite beautiful and worth seeing and staying here for.

**Service**: The front desk staff were very efficient and personable during check-in. There were welcome flowers in the lobby, and the concierge even offered to share the hotel's history. Overall, it felt like a high-level guest experience.

**Environment**: It's directly across from Green Lake Park, offering an excellent view.

**Hygiene**: The room was great, very clean, and they provided complimentary bathtub liners and toilet seat covers.

**Evening Beverage**: Delicious peach gum dessert and small pastries!

**Minibar**: They provided complimentary snacks every day, a good variety and all tasty! 😋

My main purpose for visiting Kunming this time was to escape the summer heat, relax, and explore the local food scene, so I chose a hotel right next to Kunming Old Street.

It's an established five-star hotel, showing its age a bit, but that also gives it a reassuring sense of reliability. The rooms are standard, nothing fancy, but the blue skies and white clouds outside the window were beautiful every day. The complimentary welcome fruits and snacks were plentiful and even included lollipops, which made me feel like the hotel puts a special emphasis on families with children. There's a kids' play area on the floor, and the buffet restaurant even has a dedicated children's dining section.

The breakfast was the biggest highlight – rich, delicious, and featuring many Yunnan specialty dishes. Just be sure to avoid peak times.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. Nanping Walking Street, Nanqiang Street, and Jinma Biji Archway are all within walking distance, and ride-sharing services are readily available, with pickups almost instantaneous.

My recent stay at Kunming Haitien Hotel truly surpassed all my expectations – it absolutely deserves a glowing review!

First off, the location is truly superb. It's close to many attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient, and taxis are quick and easy to find – absolutely no need to stress about transportation. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the room size was surprisingly generous. While there's an All Seasons Hotel right across the street, Haitien is not only more affordable, but its rooms are nearly twice the size, incredibly bright and airy, ensuring a completely unconfined and relaxing stay for both mind and body. Plus, there are plenty of diverse dining options conveniently located nearby.

The breakfast spread was varied and tasty, catering to different preferences. What's more, they thoughtfully provided complimentary breakfast for children, a gesture that families traveling with kids will truly appreciate. However, what truly stands out is the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day, and amenities were promptly replenished. They even neatly arranged our shoes that we left casually – such attention to detail is truly impressive! Even more heartwarming, fresh milk was delivered to our room every evening. A cup before bed was comforting and soothing, making us feel right at home. Every staff member, from the service staff to the cleaners, greeted us with a smile, showing professionalism and sincerity in every detail. The service was absolutely excellent!

Parents traveling with children need not worry at all. The hotel has a dedicated children's activity area where kids can weave toys, play ring toss, or make sachets, keeping them thoroughly entertained and allowing adults to relax peacefully. Even more thoughtfully, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the nearby zoo. This saves the hassle of checking routes and finding parking, making the outing experience absolutely seamless and perfect!

Overall, I couldn't fault anything, from the facilities and service details to the excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kunming and highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, the hotel is great. Firstly, the location is near West Lake and Intime in77; it took me and my child only about ten minutes to walk there. Parking at the hotel is convenient, and the room is very tidy. You can see West Lake from the room. Breakfast is decent, and the staff are very service-minded. Lulu at the restaurant, for instance, asked what I wanted to drink as soon as I entered, prepared it, and brought it to my table. She also promptly cleared unnecessary dishes during the meal.

The room looked very clean, with two bathrooms and a huge bed. There were many windows offering city views.

The buffet breakfast on the 33rd floor was quite good. I ate there for two days, and the dishes had slight variations each day.

For dinner, I went to the Zhongwei Restaurant on the fifth floor for Hangzhou cuisine. I found the dishes a bit salty, but after I mentioned it, the subsequent dishes were much milder.

The only downside was that the in-room WiFi was terrible, so I ended up just using my own mobile data.

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Linyi. It’s conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport, making it a very practical choice for travelers. The hotel has a charming Chinese style that gives it a unique local touch.

The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a restful night after a long day of travel. Although the reception staff doesn’t speak English, they were extremely kind and helpful, always doing their best to assist me with anything I needed.

Overall, this hotel was perfect for my trip. It had everything I needed: a good location, cleanliness, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Linyi in the future.
