"I booked this hotel because it’s very close to the Dongmen Pedestrian Street. The hotel is located down an alley that feels a bit dirty, but once you reach the main street, you’re surrounded by endless shopping and food options. Dongmen is a huge area, and staying here lets you start exploring from a part of the district that many visitors might not normally see. The hotel itself is okay, but it’s currently undergoing renovations, which it definitely needs. It’s nice that they have a laundry room, although it’s really just a room with two washing machines. The staff and cleaners were all very friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay."

"My overall stay at the Viezhan Bay Hotel was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's proximity to the exhibition center made getting around for business very convenient. I especially want to commend the housekeeping auntie. She was so warm and thoughtful. Upon check-in, she proactively helped me get an extra power card, solving the small inconvenience of the power being off when entering the room. Her daily room cleaning was meticulous, carefully cleaning even the corners and crevices. The bedding was neatly arranged, showing excellent attention to detail. The auntie even thoughtfully gave me a local tourist map booklet, with practical markings for attractions. Her warm gestures made me feel very welcome, and her detailed and attentive service far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment and hygiene are consistently good, and the service is full of human touch. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. If I ever come back to the Bao'an Exhibition area, this will definitely be my first choice."

"The check in stuff made a mistake sending me to the wrong room number. After long journey going back to reception was unpleasant. Then breakfast was full of people they opened their convention room to be able to deal with the guests but it was hot and I needed to bring the cutlery by myself. People smokes in the hotel common toilets, uwful. Rooms are nice, big with great view over Shenzhen, breakfast buffet have a large selection. Iocating is good if you want to stay close to the electronic markets and the mess of the city. I will be choosing a different hotel in more business quite area."

"Traveling with a child, I chose this hotel because I needed to leave early the next day from Shenzhen North to Hong Kong. It's about a kilometer from the North Station, a few minutes by taxi or about a twenty-minute walk. The corridors are wide, flat, and step-free, and the public areas are clean and non-slip. The guest room floors have non-slip treatment, and anti-slip mats are added to the bathroom. Housekeeping is meticulous, with no dust accumulation in corners. The mattress is on the softer side, good for lumbar support, and the bedside facilities are in good condition. The hot water maintains a consistent temperature and won't scald, and the room is dry and refreshing. Housekeeping staff tidies the room daily on time, paying attention to thoughtful details and ensuring excellent hygiene."

The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was stable. All daily facilities were well-maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet environment at night for a restful and relaxing sleep. The common areas were neat and orderly, and the rooftop even offered complimentary laundry facilities, demonstrating thoughtful attention to detail. Considering its prime location in the bustling Futian area, the hotel's pricing is very reasonable, and both its facilities and service level offer exceptional value for money. This brief stay was a fantastic experience. "If you appreciate peace and quiet, this place is a huge plus for its soundproofing. Once the door is closed, you can't hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The ventilation inside is excellent, preventing any stuffiness or dampness, and the common lounge areas are clean and tidy. The guest rooms are deep-cleaned, with every corner, even under the bed and inside the wardrobe, thoroughly wiped down. The disposable toiletries are complete and clean. All in-room appliances are regularly maintained, the mattress is comfortably springy, and the hot water flow is stable. The self-service laundry room is open 24 hours, and the washer-dryer combo is very practical. The front desk service is discreet; they don't bother you but are always available when needed, polite and patient. Its proximity to both the subway and the airport makes it the top choice for solo travelers on a layover."

"Take some time to find this service apartment location, their check-in counter is at level 6 and there is nothing no sign to leads the ways up. Do take note there are 3 Tower -A, B, C and unit number are the same. If you asking friends to visit you MUST advise the Tower. The room we booked they claimed for 8 people, i believe they are referring beds not the room area. This unit has 1 toilet, 2 rooms with queen size and another 2 queen size bed occupied the hall and 3ft table, 2 chairs. Their very small kitchen allows 1 person to go in and there is a stove BUT no utensils and cutlery. **Look at the ceiling patches here n there. So if each of us bought 26-28 inches size luggage. How to clamp is the room!! Good point you can consider, It is so convenient on transportation by bus or trains and food."

"The apartment was spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. It was also very quiet. I came to Shenzhen to watch a stand-up comedy show, which was a lot of fun! The location is not far from COCO Park. I chose this place because I needed to go to Huaqiangbei to fix my phone the next day. Unexpectedly, on the way to Huaqiangbei, I stumbled upon a beauty complex and bought a lot of affordable, high-quality skincare and makeup products 💄. I'll definitely come back again!"

"Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the room, but there are a few points the hotel really needs to address: 1. There are eight USB charging ports by the bed, but six of them were broken. 2. I personally think there should be some USB charging ports on the desk, which would be much more convenient. 3. There should be an additional mirror on the desk so I don't have to go to the bathroom every time I want to use one. The hotel's location is good, and I'm very happy with the environment. I'll definitely be back next time."
