"Arrived in Macau after 9 PM. The 701X bus from Hengqin Port took us directly to the hotel lobby entrance, which was super convenient. Every staff member was polite and helpful when answering questions. We arrived too late to ride the Ferris wheel, though. They told us the room had free snacks and drinks and also pointed out places for kids to play. There's food, drinks, and a Don Quijote on the first floor, great for a browse. The night view was beautiful, with the Eiffel Tower and MGM visible across the way."

"Booked a three-day, two-night luxurious Royal Suite through Ctrip. Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a young and lovely Ms. Wen. She warmly and thoughtfully inquired about our check-in preferences and then specifically arranged a room for us on a non-smoking floor. To allow us more time for activities, she even permitted us to go directly to our room to rest and drop off our luggage before noon. Her efficient and excellent service added a lot of pleasant surprises and joy to our trip. We are truly grateful for that!"

"From December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point. Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹"

Environment: The room was spacious enough and directly overlooked the garden, starting the day off right! 💚💚💚 Spent two leisurely days in Macau, enjoying the Grand Lisboa Palace~~ The French garden here is absolutely stunning! This dreamlike sky garden feels like a secret garden from a European palace. The Baroque architecture beautifully contrasts with the lush green lawns and exquisite gardens surrounding it. It transports you back in time to old movie scenes of aristocratic weddings. Every corner is a fantastic backdrop for photos, and it's definitely become a popular spot for influencers. #GrandLisboaPalace"

"Our stay at Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 was absolutely delightful and exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic district, just steps away from Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul’s, and many cultural landmarks. It offers the perfect balance between luxury comfort and easy access to Macau’s heritage attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was plush, the bathroom was spotless with premium amenities, and the view of the Inner Harbour added a special touch to our mornings."

"This was my first stay at Andaz, and it truly lives up to its reputation as being family-friendly. For two adults and two children, the hotel provided all the necessary kids' amenities, including a bottle warmer, a baby bathtub, and a child-sized potty. Bed rails were also available upon request. The room was a bit on the small side, but the children's tent was a fantastic addition that the kids absolutely loved. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality offerings, including gluten-free bread, which shows incredible thoughtfulness. We also received several complimentary gifts upon check-in. The only minor drawback is that for entertainment, shopping, and dining, we pretty much had to walk over to the Galaxy complex, which was a little inconvenient. However, for a stay with kids, it's still a really good option!"

"Pros： Great view, probably unmatched. Room is clean, interior design also quite new Spacious. Quiet. Great restaurant Easy to commute to the Peninsula. Cons: If you like to stay close to many casinos and shopping malls, not the best choice, as the hotel is a bit isolated from the “central area (Cotai)” Casino is smaller compared to the other big names. Overall very pleasant trip - I like the quiet vibe and staying away from the crowd so it’sactually a plus for me , will definitely come again."

"This hotel is located on Beijing Road, with a bus stop right downstairs. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, with Xinmiao and Laolai supermarkets nearby, and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!"

"We requested a smoking room, but there was hardly any lingering smell, which was great. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the breakfast included a fantastic lobster buffet – truly all-you-can-eat! Downstairs, you can go shopping, and it's quite close to Wynn Palace. To get to Senado Square, there's no shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation. We paid 80 MOP for a taxi there. On the way back, we took a shuttle to another hotel and then walked the rest of the way. Overall, the breakfast offers much better value for money than the local cha chaan tengs, so it's definitely worth trying."

"Absolutely delighted with my stay!!! The service was exceptional. Everything in the mini-bar – all the drinks and snacks – was complimentary, which made my mom so happy. The slippers were thick and comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The decor is incredibly retro and charming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come for a concert!!! It's super close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and there are tons of great places to eat and shop nearby; we got tired just looking at all the jewelry stores. The room was very quiet overall. What a shame I didn't get to go up to the rooftop to photograph the night view this time! I heard it's really beautiful. My only minor complaint is that the pillows were a bit high and firm."
