"The room was clean, we have a bunkbed, double bed with a single bunkbed. The toilet is separated, the shower room is very tiny, not much room to move around inside. No hair dryer is provided. There is a small TV in the room where the channels are quite many in France and some in English. Our towels were changed daily and our bed also being done daily during our stay. The hotel is in good location, there is a tram stop nearby, also we can just walk around 15 minutes to the main train station and it was safe during the night and even early morning. The nearest supermarket is COOP and it is around around 5-10 minutes, you can see the COOP office building from the hotel and still need to walk straight from it."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this family-friendly hotel with a well-organized atmosphere and exceptionally kind staff. The hotel fully met our expectations. The tram stop right in front of the hotel made transportation extremely convenient, and its location was also very close to the city center. Thank you for the two wonderful days. "The hotel is located near the train station and in the city center. The room is beautifully decorated with a very clean bathroom. The beds and duvets are wonderful. The breakfast was good, though for a 4-star hotel, I expected it to be a bit more luxurious. However, everything was there for a good start to the day. You can park your car in the hotel's parking garage, but reservations are required. I definitely recommend staying here."

"The hotel is located quite near to the station (around 5-10mins walk away), but you will have to lift your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach their lobby. The hotel is also located near Basel's tourist attractions. The hotel staff who served us during the check in was super friendly and polite, and guided us to look at the city map. Enjoyed the fact that they served fruits and water at their lobby for guests, as we will always get a drink when we exit/enter the hotel."

"This hotel was a great value for our stopover from France to Zurich, Switzerland. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, with lovely views of the Basel cityscape from the window. "Basel was our final stop in Switzerland this year, a border city spanning only 24 square kilometers. Despite its border location, it's very developed and modern. **Environment:** Among hotels like Victoria, Mövenpick, Radisson, and Novotel, we chose this 3-star option. It's directly opposite the SBB train station, and the main bus terminal is just 100 meters from the lobby exit. Although it's a transport hub, the area is decent; there are a few homeless people around, but its convenience makes up for it. **Facilities:** There's no fitness center, but you can pay to use a partner facility. The lobby bar is alright, not too crowded, with a nice corner view of the street. Coffee runs between 6-7 Swiss francs. The room isn't huge, but it's fully functional, and the bathroom is quite spacious, which is great for travelers. **Cleanliness:** The common areas, like the lobby and hallways, are well-maintained, and the room was very tidy. You can definitely trust the cleanliness standards of Swiss hotels. **Service:** Check-in and check-out were both quick. Our room was ready well in advance, and luggage storage was straightforward. They provide a Basel Card, which offers free use of all city public transport and half-price entry to some museums. I didn't particularly notice any other services."
